were to be starting at 9.00am-at 9.15 Shabham called me and advised their crew had not shown up and could we reschedule until Friday 11 April 2025 which we advised would work as the resident was starting their move on Friday evening. I received a call from the new resident on Friday night advising their crew had place was in a terrible state(we were going to sign off the clean the following morning due to the excessive delays caused by these clowns. I rang [Name Removed], texted and left messages and heard absolutely nothing back-I even rang him on my personal number(which he would not have known)and he miraculously answered !!! When I asked him why the clean had not been done-he commented that the cleaners had been !!!~I advised that nobody had been(as he well knew)and that as he had advised me due to the Wednesday cancellation that he would be doing the delayed clean by himself personally !!!

When I asked him again what the story was-he laughed and slammed down the phone in my ear !!

Dirty Parasites – What a disgrace! These clowns charged my tenants $1,599 for a final clean to a 4BR house. Nothing was cleaned! No kitchen cupboards wiped out, no toilets were cleaned, no cupboards were even cleaned in Bedrooms. Floors filthy. A total disgrace and very deceptive. AVOID THESE PARASITES AT ALL COST!

settlement. No show for the three days before. Phoned '[Name Removed]' who assured me it would be done. On the day of settlement, still not done, in fact worse. Food containers everywhere, rubbish everywhere. SO unreliable. Job was not done as promised. I even - stupidly - paid the full amount to try and encourage completion. Still didn't happen. Unanswered calls afterwards when trying to sort it out and laughed when I requested a refund for not getting the service I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute scam.

Ausie bond back is scam and unprofessional. They can one hour late , asked more money and later 100% advance and left .

Their new name is the bond cleaning guys – They’ve changed their name to avoid being associated with the 90+ 1 star reviews. These guys are objectively a scam. An absolutely horrible job was done on our spare bedroom, the carpets were worse than before as the cleaner had worn his dirty shoes throughout the carpet cleaning process. things such as marks on the wall, and withdrew their guarantee once we said we don’t want certain items done and we could do ourselves. The cleaner had a disgusting mop that again, made the floors worse than before. Overall, just abysmal and I advise you to do research and dig a little bit to find these guys should not be operating a bond cleaning company.

Unbelievably poor – "Included services" of the bond clean do not include doors, walls, tracks, kitchenette, carpets, ceilings or apparently anything that makes up a room. Unbelievably poor. Had to go back and clean ourselves, took literally 30 mins with 3 people.

Horrible experience – Don't fell into their 35% discount. They charged me extra $ 370 for extra cleaning but that never happened. Unreliable people.Not at all happy with their cleaning job.

Horrible: Wish I read the reviews before contacting them – Paid the initial $50 deposit. Waited for them at the time they said they'll show up, they didnt show up. Then I read the reviews and knew I just fell into their trap. Called them 30mins later, didn't respond. Then they call me to say they'll be 45 mins late. One person came and asked for another deposit before doing the job. Told them I'll only pay after the job is done. Cleaner leaves and they threaten to charge me for canceling the job.

The "cleaner" that came told my partner she was going to bunnings to get some things and never came back.

Upon which the boss also agreed with the new bill. He said he is going home, has to cut the call and it was up to us if we want to hire them or cancel them for the new rate which was I believe 300-400 dollars more than the original promised quote. So we got stuck at 8pm (that's when all the TALK was done) with an uncleaned house to be handed over tomorrow morning. I forgot to review these guys last year. I'm coming back to review these guys after an year because they were that bad. The best part is I called emerald cleaning service and this nice kind girl did clean our house for the rate we were promised by this, Australia bond cleaning service at first. We thought we will take them to consumer court but then only realised they are a fake online company. They can start a new one the next minute with another fake identity. What kind of bond clean doesn’t include the cleaning of the oven or walls? Desperate as I was officially moving out and handing the keys back the next day I agreed.

He tells me they are going to be at the house till 6pm which he would send me photos of and lock the place up before he leaves. 8 o’clock rolls around with no message or call I came in to the place with my front door left open, my courtyard gate left wide open, Every single light on and all 3 aircons running. No one in the house. I also had to pay upfront before they started the work.

Warning: Be advised, It's a scam and fraud to extort money by deceit – They took a deposit. They never contacted me to arrange time to clean property. When I tried to phone them, they screen there incoming calls and only answer if it's a new caller, that they can defraud. Called from another number and they answered and kept up the pretence of lures and fraud.

Total scam do not use – Same as everyone else demanded payment did no cleaning at all looked in the oven and instead of cleaning anything she just threw the bottom tray in the bin. been ripped off by Ipswich Bond Cleaners - same scenario where she and I paid a deposit, the "cleaners" came to the property where we both paid upfront. Having returned to the house to inspect, both properties were not even touched little known cleaned.

I have had to pay for x 2 bond cleans due to this business not completing nor returning to my home to complete the job - the real estate was forced to hire their own cleaners which I had to pay for. Currently under court proceedings to get my money refunded and has been reported to the authorities, hopefully these pathetic life forms get what they deserve

( mind you the cleaner was 4 hours late she was supposed to be there at 11am didn’t arrive til 3pm) we called mike he blocks your number as soon as you call. I called him on private and gave him notice I’ll be contacting ACCC and fair work trading Australia to request to take his website down as it’s fraud I requested a refund he kept offering to send out another cleaner this was 5:00pm I said no I want a refunded, he said he’ll refund if I don’t report him I said that’s fine I want a refund still haven’t seen a refund at all. absolute pure trash – DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY absolute worse cudtomer service. Would not give us a time for the initial clean until 9pm the night before. I called numerous times and sent numerous emails and every single time I was told that someone would get back to me but never did. As soon as I put in a complaint with Fair Trading Australia they no longer wanted to answer my calls or emails. They took our money and we never saw them again. We've just lodged a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and suggest that everone scammed by these criminals do the same so they can be prosecuted. It only takes about 10 minutes to fill out the online form.
