ABSOLUTE SHOCKERS. Why can we not give a zero star rating.
Auspost only have one job to do - deliver mail. It would be nice if they were honest too, but perhaps thats a bit much to expect. As noted 9 - 25 days to get the package overseas (under 500g for ONLY $33; or for lots more it would actually take 2-9 days)
The reality - 17 days to go from one side of sydney to the other. 9 days waiting for the customs guy to see what was outbound (?), a day in the air and now sitting somewhere overseas since 27 dec.
Im sure Ausdpost will be reimbursing for the time wasted engaging with them.

Because of the busy period I then sat back patiently and waited....and no parcel. I contacted you 19th December and you didnt respond until I then had to send another query early January. Parcel Force the company YOU have a contract with ....did not inform us any duties were being requested and remember YOU had told me it had cleared customs and was on its way. Stop passing the buck....this is not about customs this is about both you and Parcel Force giving mis information and then no information at all ....oh and about you ignoring my query so long that we did not get the parcel delivered for 53 DAYS. 53 for express delivery is not acceptable and your part in the farce should not be acceptable to you as a company either. You need to hang your heads in shame about your attitude towards your customers and the diabolical service you happily stand by as acceptable.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Ammended review- Horrible service from Australia Post. Parcel stuck in system for weeks with no updates to tracking. Different story from every postal services officer I had contacted. Pay for letter to sent overseas and after 4 days they sent it back to me. No refund from post office but I had to call a number and give my account number to send me a refund. The worse service just before Christmas. I don’t recommend Australia post . Any business small or large when they take your money they must deliver and if they don’t they must compensate you.

end this to me in a private message. I'm afraid COVID is the only excuse why some services are suspended, we've all had to renegotiate new ways to get mail overseas, it's possible that we haven't been able to find a cost effective way to get mail over there which I am sorry about. Some countries like Spain are not accepting letters sent to Australia and will only accept parcels, it's the way things are which I know is frustrating but there is very little we can do when there are not many commercial flights. Different companies may have their own planes and this is why they will accept it, we have to use different delivery partners to get parcels to certain countries still because of the lack of flights. We appreciate your understanding.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Also, just a quick note on our timeframes, the estimates we advise are in business days, not total days. ET150624179AU was posted on the 7th so yesterday was the 12th business day. If NZ Post are able to deliver it to you today it will only be 1 day past the estimated time, hopefully that's the case! Looking at the tracking for ET151899461AU, we can see the shipping label was only created last Friday on the 18th of December so definitely wasn't posted early enough to reach you by Christmas. So far it's only the 4th business day since it was posted. Delivery is estimated for some time between the 30th of December and the 8th of January. (This is based on Australian business days as I'm not sure which days over Christmas and New Years are public holidays in NZ) I hope this information helps you calculate estimated delivery dates for any future parcels you expect to receive from Australia. How Can Australia Post Treat the Australian General Public with Such Contempt.?
22nd Dec 2020.
Minus 100 Does Not Cut This. How Can Australia Post Treat the Australian General Public with Such Contempt.?
I bought 2 items on eBay from 2 different suppliers. (So Ebay speedPAK). EBay tracking has shown the 2 items, for each tracking check-in within hours of one another leaving China and arriving in Australia.
EBay tracking shows the items (i will call them #1 and #2) going through Aust Post Redbank Plains Depot, Aust Post Kearneys Spring Depot. And Item #1 checked in to Kearneys Spring Depot 6 hours before item #2.
Item #2 was delivered, item #1 was not delivered (here we go yet again) so figuring it has been either been "lost" or "stolen"....I will ring them.
Ph call #1. (20 mins)....Read more
The operator continually spoke over me. And I kept repeating "you are talking over me" The upshot of the call and the Crux is Aust Said (even though eBay Tracking and Australia Post Tracking obvious communicate to one another) "Oh we Can Not see the items tracking with the tracking number from eBay" "Go back to the sender and ask for an Australian courier Tracking number" "And check which company they are using in Australia" "It may Not be Aust Post". I just happened to have to ring Aramax (Aust Post) about another issue and asked about tracking etc. Reply..."Once an item is with Australia Post, It Stays with Australia Post, Not Aramax, nor Anybody Else" Ph Call #2. (13 mins). I try to get through to the operator and go to automated message about abuse, and then sat on hold for 13 minutes then the call misteriously dropped out. Ph Call #3. (30 mins).Ok, thats interesting, I turn my number to Private Number, and Then ring and I get to talk to an operator. Same old Garbage Conversation.. Aust Post "We can not track your parcel from the eBay tracking number" Me... "but i can see the tracking Kearneys Spring Depot etc" Aust Post "No i don't have that tracking number here" "I can't see your item" (but we manage to spend a full 30 minutes talking about an item that Can Not be seen ot found on the Aust Post pc). 23 Dec 2020. EBay Tracking. Item #1 has gone back to Aust Post Redbank Plains Depot. Well Done Aust Post. So eBay and Australia Post obviously do communicate to one another. Like anyone else I can see the real time tracking on, My eBay-Purchases. Who are you trying to kid Aust Post.1 comment

Hi there,
I'm very sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience trying to receive your delivery and trying to follow up with us about it over the phone.... Read more
To clarify, we definitely do need the Aus Post tracking number to be able to assist find out any information about your parcel and to track it within our system. When something has been shipped internationally through a global logistics company such as SpeedPAK, the item will be relabelled with an Aus Post shipping label before being posted with us domestically. While the eBay tracking may still update based on scans the barcode receives at our facilities, we do need a valid Aus Post article ID to be able to find it in our system as the SpeedPAK article ID is not registered in our system. It sounds like Redbank location you are referring to above is the Brisbane Parcel Facility. This is the main sorting and processing facility for all parcels travelling in, out or through Queensland. If your parcel has gone back to this facility after having reached a delivery facility (sounds like it might have arrived at the Toowoomba Delivery Centre based on the Kearney's Springs location you advised), it could indicate an issue with the address label either causing a missort or preventing delivery. This is definitely something we need to look into for you but will need the Aus Post tracking ID. If you'd like to send me a private message with your full name, address, email and contact number, I can search to see if any tracking numbers have recently been registered to your details and to see if we can identify this parcel. I'll then be able to see what tracking events have actually occurred in our network to determine if the parcel does need to be isolated to have any issues corrected or if it does appear to be heading to your correct delivery facility now.Similar opinion? re travelling at the moment but during a pandemic, it's very hard for us to keep up with what's happening and again, this is only an estimate. There are just not enough flights so there is a possibility your parcel gets caught up in a back log waiting for a flight, or if and when we can hand it over to one of our delivery partners to get it over there but then you need to take into account their volumes as well. What's also not included in the estimated timeframe along with flight availability is customs as this is not part of the postal industry and timeframes spent in customs vary depending on their volume. In regards to your item we couldn't get it on a flight so it's been handed over to one of our delivery partners who will get it to Ireland, again we are not made aware of when it will arrive but once it does arrive you will see an update. I'm really sorry it won't arrive in time for Christmas and wish there was something I could do but this is the reality of how parcels are travelling overseas this year and it's nothing but disappointing on top of everything else we've experienced this year.Hi, I understand there is uncertainty but I am not happy that I paid extra for express post and it's taken longer than you would expect by regular post. Could you please arrange a refund?

Parcel was sent from USA to Sydney and arrived for clearance on September 30th. Our website only displays tracking for 60 days which is why it's now reverted to pending but I can check it in our archive. There's definitely no scans since it was indicated as arriving here on the 30th so an investigation does need to be raised. For international mail, investigations always have to come from the sending postal service. Please let your sender know this item never arrived and please ask them to get in touch with USPS to lodge an investigation. USPS will then be able to confirm the parcel was actually on the plane it was scheduled to be travelling on and then follow up with us to investigate further.Similar opinion? I'm expecting to receive a package, a gift for my wife for my first anniversary from the US to New Zealand. Estimated arrival: 10th of Dec.
arrives 4th of Dec in Australia, and supposedly ships to nz on the 8th! after "processed by air carrier" 5 times, for absolutely no clear reason, no updates for 5 days. nothing at all.
Customer service has been absolutely useless, and passive aggressive too, and made sure not to tell me where my package is. I believe they have no clue.
Also, they moved the date of arrival to between the 17th and the 25th! beyond my anniversary date!
