Good service – I had my 980 fixed, it has a bunch of isssue and was not picking up any more, it cost a bit more than I would have liked to repair, but it did need allot of parts as it hasen't been serviced since we bought it 7 years ago. Its back working like new.

Excellent support – My i7+ was showing error 26, I conatcted support and thye sent me the link to a new cleaing head module and it up and running agian...thanks

Terrible customer service policy – The machine has not had suction for over 3 months! I've attempted to file a warranty claim and my only request is that post be paid to return the faulty product I paid for an extended warranty for! My money I paid you in good faith was not faulty when you happily except payment from an extended warranty! Please advise if you will infact senda reply paid or shall I proceed with legal action? If you do this I have no longer required a new item. Failing this abusive reply and unprofessional smug response to your disabled clients is just not good enough! Please go shop at dreame robotics as I have their vacuum mop combo MUCH BETTER! MUCH QUIETER. I believe that you can do much better as a company and therefore the client should not foot the bill for this return and if I just pls kindly advise and I will seek to recoup once I Sue your company!

Terrible customer service – Went to purchase a vacuum from the owner of the business for a cash purchase as offered by the owner himself. time for this" I asked if he wanted to sell the item in which he said if I wanted to buy it, I would have to wait until he was off the phone or he wasnt going to bother. I offered to wait so I could inspect the $500 vacuum. On his return, I asked if it came with an invoice for warranty purpose, in which he said no, it's a cash purchase... only verbal warranty. I then asked if I could turn it on and make sure it worked, in which he became frustrated and said "this is a cash purchase.. it works". He had not charged the vacuum so it had no power, despite know i was coming days prior. at this point I could see that this was not a trustworthy sale and his effort to even sell me the product was a good indication of how he does business. Wouldn't recommend

Fake parts - do not use! – I ordered replacement parts for my Roomba i7 and the parts they sent are very obviously fake, and cost a fortune. Avoid at all cost, so you don't get duped like I did.

Fantastic! – Great experience! Easy to deal with, fast arrival, no faults, love our Roborock S7! Definitely recommend! Edit***** at approximately 5 months, our Roborock started alerting us to Sensor faults. I could not fix it so I contacted the company and had it sent back and we received another fixed. Contact was mostly through email, slow but fine, no postage paid but was recommended to buy a new filter. The new Roborock is back working great!

Good product – I have had a Luba 1000 now for about 6 weeks and it has been great, set up was pretty straight forward and after running it for a few weeks and making some adjustments to the boundry, which is easy to do, I am very impressed.

Good Value – I purchased a refurbished Roomba i7, does have some signes of use, but that was to be expected as it is used. Works great, and much better than my old 780. May look at addding a clean base at some point.

Thanks for the help – My Roomba i7+ was giving error 26, we emailed Australia Robotic and was told it was a vacuum motor fault, they send the link to the new cleaning head module, which I ordered and replaced, roomba is back up and running.

Referb J7+ – Had a refurbished J7+ delivered, good price and works great, some marks but to be expected for half the price of new. May but another for holiday property.

Good value – Received a i7+ refurb, all good some scratches, works well good value.

Great price – I didn't want to shell out $1000 + for a new S7 so I went with a refubished one, at less than half the price of new its a good value. I would get another refurbished.

Seagull 1500 pool cleaner – I bought a Seagull 1500 pool cleaner, great unit. So nice not to have a cable and cleans as good or better as any of the larger pool cleaners I have had.

Very impressed – I got a roborock S7 refubished and have to say I am very impressed with this unit, the mopping works better than I expected.
