nothing like the photos - The claimed it was 'dog proof'. Our cavoodle puppy was able to lift up a corner and tear the grass in a few minutes. - They denied our warranty claim because they had a management restructure. Why do I deserve a crappy lawn because they move some staff around? I got no apology either. I have to resort to legal action if I want any resolution.

I now have to spend lots more and replace it with real grass. These guys are the worst.

quote which I did (while I'm waiting for the palm tree guy's to remove our date palm which will be next month) the second place quote was much cheaper which is $5,000 so I rang asking for my $1,000 deposit back which they refused to give me back stating that they had already cut the Artificial grass and due to that reason I can't get my $1,000 deposit back. I was advised by my second quote that they should only cut the grass when it's being laid making sure all the edges fit perfectly especially that I have a wavey shape Island at the corner of my yard which would be impossible to cut beforehand like they supposedly had said which is why I then suggested to buy the grass outright as they weren't going to give me back my $1,000 deposit as they also stated that they couldn't resell the precut grass to anybody else so they said that they were happy to just sell me the grass which will cost me a extra $4,500 on top of my $1,000 deposit which will cost me $5,500 for the grass and if I go ahead with buying the grass that I also need to give them another $1,500 deposit so they can keep the grass in there warehouse if I don't put that $1,500 deposit down then unfortunately they can't store it in there warehouse if I don't go ahead with buying the grass then unfortunately they will not refund my $1,000 deposit which means they will re sell it to someone else (Even though Mark told me he can't re sell it as no-one will buy precut grass) As Mark from Australian lawn wholesale has already made profit from keeping my $1,000 deposit and by them charging me that ridcidlous price ( As my second quote stated that the grass should only cost me $2,500 not $5,500) knowing that they won't loose any money on this grass they don't care if I buy it or not as they already made an extra $1,000 from not refunding my deposit goes to show that Australian lawn wholesale has obviously ripped me off from the beginning. Even on their website it states that they promised to match price and beat any other written quotes that you get aswell as an extra 10% off from their price on any Artificial grass which I also had explained to Mark which he also refused and threatened me that if I do or don't go ahead with either buying the grass for $5,500 or getting them to do the job for $7,700 they won't be refunding my deposit at all. Not only have Australian lawn wholesale continue to false Advertise by beaten other quotes they also have ripped me off from $1,000 including not answering any of my calls as all I want is my $1,000 deposit returned back to me I never signed any contract at all and they have no right to keep my deposit and for that reason I don't recommend anyone to go with Australian lawn wholesale at all. If only I had seen and read the other people's bad experiences first with this Company I would have never gotten a quote with them in the beginning not only are they untrustworthy, they also lie, steal your money by ripping you off.

Better Than We Expected – The entire experience was stress free. The sales person did not rush us with a rehearsed spiel, instead showed us the samples and answered all our questions and explained the whole process from signing up, to laying, maintenance and after sales care. After agreeing to go ahead, our lawn was installed a week later. Two people came out and it only took 1/2 the morning for our grass to be intalled. they worked quickly and cleanly. Once they finished, they gave me all the information I needed with regards to maintenance (very little) and the dos and donts. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions and then they left.

The grass instantly boost the street appeal of our home and my kids love to sit/ lie/ cartwheel on the front lawn if we're out in the front garden. We have received lots on compliments on our "grass". The best part is, is green all year long and no need to mow it! Thanks again, Australian Lawn Wholesalers.

We have Special Needs Unit and the students love to go down and rub there bare feet over it. /an unexpected bonus as it works well as a calming and sensory tool. All of ALW personell were very polite, professional and knew their job and were able to give some excellent suggestions and solutions to a couple of problems. We will be having the Special Needs play area done in the future. Highly recommend them for either home or business situations. Excellent price also.

Beware of this company – Hello. The company has completely stopped responding to my calls. In fact their number is now not reachable. They have taken my deposit and have stopped responding. Beware of this company.

TOOK OUR MONEY AND CLOSED UP SHOP – BEWARE- company has gone into liquidation! Took our $900 deposit and have now closed their doors. Sales rep was more than happy to get personal with me, only to know behind my back he was realistically stealing money from me. Do not contact!

Really bad workmanship, stay away! – Had about 18m2 of artificial lawn installed. Dealt with a different person at every stage of the installation (sales, measure, installation, back office) no lead person and information between people not shared correctly. a week started buckling outwards. Grass mat wasn’t cut straight resulting in random gaps between mat and edging. Worst part of this experience, was that the final payment was taken without authorisation! This made getting the rework done so much harder. After about 2 months they come out again to “fix” the issues only to make things worse. My advice is stay away!

Excellent; has made all the difference to our backyard! – The artificial turf that we ordered came with two polite and friendly installers who efficiently laid the foundation and then carefully laid the grass on top. It looks great; comfy and welcoming instead of the bleak grey concrete verandah floor. Our grandchildren love to play on it now. It is thick and natural-looking, and is nice to walk on. Excellent service & highly recommended – Had the Riviera laid on the side of the home. Work was completed within 2 days by Indrek without no fuss. The only set back was a miscommunication with the supply of road base but after that finally arrived the work continued smoothly. Still Waiting After Paying Deposit 83 Days Ago – 119 phone calls from myself to ALW after paying my deposit on 11 Jan 2018 and 14 calls returned from ALW with plenty of excuses and further delaying installation. Obviously couldn't be bothered removing all of the existing pavers so cut grass around paver .... now have one lone paver in the middle of lawn sticks out. Also left bags of sand behind for ME to spread on lawn as it was raining and they had to leave. I hear ALW have gone into liquidation ..... it doesn't surprise me with this shonky WORKMANSHIP and lack of customer service. Oh and lets not forget when l actually went into their office to confront them as no one would return my calls l was told to get off the premises or they would call the police. What a joke these guys are. And beware they also own another business dealing in solar heaters for pools. God only knows what cereal packet the owner got his business degree from. .....

scratch" but since then i have been given the run around with "we will call you back in an hour" or "we will call you back tomorrow"... still waiting. At this point in time I want the grass removed, my money back and to have a much more able company complete the job. Stay away from this company and don't give in to a very convincing sales consultant like I did.

Great Detail around my complex rocks – They did a great job of coving my concrete area behind my house. There was a lot of complex detailing around odd spaced natural rocks which they made look perfect and natural!  Show reply

Didn't realize it could look so good – We had a lawn in a small yard that was fast turning into weeds regardless of the care. Making the decision to install artificial lawn has turned that yard into an outdoor room.
