Sequin top was poor quality with raw edge seams (not mentioned in description) so I returned item for a refund over a month ago. No refund received and no response to my emails. Avoid!!! Show details

email from AusPost stating order is being packed by sender and that it should be on its way within 3 days. That was over one week ago and order has still not been received by Aust Post. Should have read previous reviews before placing order. Is it any wonder they are going out of business.
Will not accept autograph gift cards – Fraud they are not accepting gift cards purchased in good faith. You get told you can only redeem in the store. Given that all Sydney stores have closed down this is a major issue

They do not process returns – Return never processed but they kept my money I ordered 6 items. They were way oversized (first time shopping there) but I kept 2 items and sent the rest back. The received my items months ago yet no return was issued. I sent an email to their ‘help desk’ and I received an email back saying they refused my email?!?! So basically I gave them my hard earned money and have nothing in return. Will never shop there again.

Late Delivery – This order was placed on 12/11/2023 for 15 items. I'm yet to receive 7 out of those 15 items. The delivery timeframe is 10 business days. The issue appears to be with items listed as online deals. These are cheap items handled by their Melbourne warehouse. Basically I'm looking at 10 business days for shipping and another 10 business days or more for the actual delivery.

bought a lot of my Summer clothes here though this year instead of going in store as they have better variety of styles and sizes online. It’s just the long wait time for delivery I hated.

Paypal that isnt the reason it is because, they dont fit. So Autograph received my items, but because my dispute stated different and not "didnt fit" Paypal, refused to refund me and opted for Autograph. So feeling very ripped off by Autograph, as they know the real reason, but wont refund me. They clearly have my returned items, how else would they know they wont significantly different. Very deceitful company. Never again. It sad to see companies need to rip people off, life is tough enough as it is without losing money to greedy companies.

size and their communications with me have to be seen to be believed! They gave me the run round continually. It was a joke! It’s not like I was asking for a refund - only a new size. Months of arguing to keep being told it’s not their policy. No one should ever order clothing from these people.

send a courier. I am a very busy mum and I shouldn't have to go out of my way to do them a favour when it is their mistake.
Their customer service and policies are terrible. I still have not heard a response about having a courier to pick up the incorrect item.
No wonder they are going out of business.
I will never purchase anything from them again!
Spamming emails everyday – Receiving 6-8 promotional emails a day! This is a joke, how annoying unsubscribing and not shopping there! Ok advertise the business and send us some sales and specials but that many emails a day is absolutely ridiculous!

Zero care from customer service – Online ordering System allows buyers to specify “no authority to leave”, however this isn’t added to delivery docket. may or may not have been a bot ? ) I gave up on the instore purchase. I could only exchange, and only instore. My nearest store is now over 300km away ! . The online purchase is also exchange only, and I had to print a custom return label with a return delivery cost of $15 ! I explained to customer service that the cost of postage for this 1 item ended up being $28. Being an exchange only now also meant I'm forced to buy another item and pay postage again ! great clothes but poor return policy – Can't return stock in store if you bought it online and the store does not carry it - have to pay postage to send it back! If they do have it you have to go to the mosiac store you got it from (eg Autograph, Millers, Katies etc), even though you can buy all brands from one website. Absolutely disgusting return policy. instead of refund but told that is not possible. Very disappointed as I had purchased as Christmas gifts for someone. Their clothing for plus sized ladies is very nice and for the most part their prices are reasonable, but this is not the first time they have stuffed up an order, although it has been a while since the last one they stuffed up. They need to review their mailing process to make sure the right orders go to their customers.

Off she goes again and returns to tell me she will refund me $22.50 for the dress and then I can go on the site and reorder it. Why? Customer service? what customer service? – Purchased an outfit that took over a week and a half just to get shipped. When it did arrive, part of it was missing and something had been clearly tried on. When I called to complain (and ask for a refund) I was told it wasn't in policy since it was a 'change of mind' (not it wasn't!), but since they were being generous I could return it and get a credit minus fees within 20 business days. Seriously? Not even eBay is this bad.

Disappointed – Purchased sale items including a shrug and a dress that were to be worn together. Parcel arrived with no dress. The shrug is no good to me without the dress so I wrote to them explaining that I wanted the dress. They then refunded the money for the dress, however they still have the dress on sale for triple the price. I find this very shady and poor form and won’t be buying from them again.
Not sure how they can continue to operate like this – Ordered a puffer jacket online 7th May. 2 weeks later get an email (just as I was about to contact them) saying order was delayed. Not a lot of contact inbetween to let me know what was happening. Finally got my order mid June only to find the sizing runs very small. Item wasn't even posted until 7 days after ordering! – Delivery is poor. Turns out delivery times aren't how long Australia post will take, it's from when the item is sent or dispatched by the store or warehouse. One item I purchased wasn't even posted until a week after I ordered it!
Worst customer service – I purchased a coat May 4th 2023. Absolutely no contact other that what I initiated to find out where my order was. Five weeks later still no delivery and no contact from them Would highly recommend never using this company. :(
Terrible – Put my order online three weeks later and no order. They advertise clothes and sizes but don’t have these clothes. I had to send three emails and two phone calls.
