to pay for shipping cost to send the items back and the only way that I will have a chance to get new items in the same table is for me to re-purchase at the now higher price due to the fact that there is no sale. The company has continuously refused the resolution that I am requesting which is either a partial refund and I keep the tables or they collect the items the tables at their cost and they resend me out new tables as they are described on the website.

Love my new dining table and chairs. Took a long time to find a table the correct size, colour, tone and grain. Love the option to pick colour, style of chairs within the range. we ask B2c to do refund,and to return. They deducted (policy is return 14days) 20% ~750$ because we trow the original cardboard packaging. They disregard the poor quality and factory deamage,as is acceptable discoloured is Normal....It is our great loss of money and time for such a poor quality furniture. We don't recommend anyone that experience.

 Follow-up  · Assemble of dining table is complicated, but chairs is acceptable easy, still you need screwdriver. Customers service was not taking i account that factory deamaged, I have to do reassembling ,and day take 20%,from whole payment on return refund......

This company gaslights when you try return anything – This company gaslights you if you aren’t satisfied with the product. We purchased the 7 piece Gaudi dining set, and in less than 6 months the chairs began to wobble. We followed this up with B2CFurniture and this is what happened: 1. They asked us to tighten the screws. Which we did, chairs still wobble. 2. They asked us to disassemble the… Read more

chairs and reconstruct them paying close attention to the manual. Which we did. Still wobbly. 3. They asked us to disassemble the chair and follow a video they sent us, as they questioned our assembly of the chairs. Which we did. Still wobbly. 4. They then asked us to partly deconstruct the chair and film the chair wobbling so they could assess the video. Which we did. Still wobbly and no solution. 5. They asked us to deconstruct the chair completely again and measure the bolts. Which we did. Still no solution.

This has gone back and forth for several weeks and whilst the company says they have full faith in their product, it seems they have no faith in their customers ability to assemble a chair. It seems they cannot accept that a customer is not satisfied in the quality of their product and will refuse to offer a refund.

This is a prime example of gaslighting to avoid any kind of return and it just demonstrates the poor authenticity and integrity of this brand.

Even if they did decide to refund the product they still require you to pay a restocking fee of 20% AND pay for shipping back of the item, which is telling of how much they care for their customers.

This negative review could have been avoided if B2CFurniture was willing to step up and take a little accountability instead of accusing their customer of poor assembly and sending endless instructions to appease their own pride.

have to pay for the delivery and 20% returns charge for their defective product. I won’t buy from this company ever again. I ended up selling it half price on marketplace and loosing 150 dollars.

long enough, the holes are not quite right in that they are inconsistent in size, meaning that my screwdriver did not fit into the one hole to secure the screw, where do the screws under the chair even connect to? They have clearly not thought about plugs to cover the gaping holes which are ugly and visible. The assembling craftsmanship is not thought through and pretty poor. This is worse than building furniture from KMart - a fraction of the price. If they’re going to make it so difficult to assemble the furniture they sell, the should sell it already assembled. Pretty outraged at the 800$ total spend on these. I’ll be sure to avoid furniture from this store in future.

the Melbourne warehouse, so I was able to order. The ease of ordering via email ensured I got exactly what I wanted. After payment, the order was dispatched within 2 business days and delivered a day after that. The delivery was a breeze too - I got a text with a date and time, and then I got text updates and even a gps of the driver when it was time for delivery. The delivery crew were fast, prompt, and efficient and had all the boxes in the house where I needed them within 5 minutes. I highly rate B2C and would recommend them to anyone in the Melbourne metro area.

The dining table, chairs, and bar stools were all incredibly easy to assemble, and I did them myself over the course of an evening. There was a bit of a chemical-y smell coming off the chair cushions but that's just how it is with anything likely made overseas, and anticipate it will air out over time.

assemble. The coffee and side table were easy to assemble also. Yes, the instructions can be confusing as for any flat pack designs, but it is what it is. I did it without any assistance so really not that hard ;). I also assembled my parent's extension table and six dining chairs that they purchased. I did have to request replacement backs for two of the chairs as one was splintered and one was dented. The company happily replaced them and I'm very happy with the product and their customer service. The assistants in store are lovely to deal with (Dandenong store), and their customer service assistants via email are all very helpful. Delivery was quick and also was the replacements. I love the look of the furniture and have my eye on a couple of armchairs.

Purchased a fabric modular lounge in a navy blue. With in a month the material has balled and pulled. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. than 2 months, with no indication this is going to improve. It's time to throw out the headboard and buy a proper one from a proper store. This headboard has gone from factory to landfill after stinking out my house for 10 weeks. This company (and others like them) should be fined for wasting resources & harming the environment, making goods unfit for purpose and posting fake reviews. If you have had a similar experience, lodge a complaint with ACCC, your state's Fair Trading body and/or your politicians.

people were not wrong. The design of these chairs is ridiculous. They are so difficult to piece together and get all the alignments correct so the arms etc match up. It took two of us a long time to bolt these all together indeed. When we finally got them together I went to sit on them and they are as hard as a rock. There is no cushion, it is just fabric over a metal skeleton. So if you want a comfortable chair to sit in these are not for you. It is more comfortable sitting on the floor. I have never sat in such an uncomfortable chair before. Wish I could return them and buy something i could actually use.

Mouldy furniture not a fault!!! stay clear of B2C – Ordered 6 dining chairs recently. When delivered I opened up the first box and immediately a strong smell hit me. mouldy horrible smell coming from the chairs. I followed all of their tips to get rid of the smell. after a week I couldn't take it anymore and advised we could not have them in the house any longer. I emailed them and they advised that I needed to read their return policy and did I want them to get a quote for a courier to take the chairs back to them. After reading their policy, apparently a product that stinks to high heaven is acceptable and not faulty and most of there products will come with a "slight smell" nothing slight about it in my case. The kicker of it all is that want a 10% restocking fee as well. Absolute madness. The chairs are actually really poorly made anyway. gaps in the connecting joints and pieced together with what look like small pieces of off cuts. My advice Is stay clear of these guys. if you happen to have an issue with the furniture or you don't like it then you are going to be losing any kind of saving you thought you would get with these guys.

Deceptive Marketing - Is this legal ? – Deceptive marketing for EOFY sale. We purchased a dining set which was “discounted” from $2,111 to $1,155. Terrible quality, poorly made and flawed design – We assembled our bunk bed and I have to say, the quality is extremely disappointing and not worth the price. Additionally, the headboard has a large dent that's merely been painted over.

The top bunk rail has split where the screws were inserted, due to the slats not being wide enough. The screws have even come through on one side.

Furthermore, one of the headboards is bowed and not flat. The top bunk is unstable on the bottom bunk, with noticeable play in the pins. We will need to install additional brackets to make it safe.

Waste of money.

Attractive price and design, but very poor quality – We bought 6 dining chairs from that company. One of them had been delivered already broken, but had beed replaced. So fare 4 out of 6 have been repaired. The seats of all 6 chairs were changed as they made out of pressed cardboard, not wood, and 4 had problems with back posts and rear legs. Show details
