long enough, the holes are not quite right in that they are inconsistent in size, meaning that my screwdriver did not fit into the one hole to secure the screw, where do the screws under the chair even connect to? They have clearly not thought about plugs to cover the gaping holes which are ugly and visible. The assembling craftsmanship is not thought through and pretty poor. This is worse than building furniture from KMart - a fraction of the price. If they’re going to make it so difficult to assemble the furniture they sell, the should sell it already assembled. Pretty outraged at the 800$ total spend on these. I’ll be sure to avoid furniture from this store in future.

Awful quality of dining table and chairs, since the start, they provided mismatched chairs padding and parts, then the wooden table started to show signs of paint peeling with minimal usage. the screws on the chair always come loose, and making the chairs very wobbly. Overall will not buy anything from them again.

Excellent quality – I bought a dining set from this company online and thrilled with the quality. Reading the negative comments on this site, I almost gave up, but then again I loved the style and took a gamble. It definitely paid off and I am so happy. Dont always believe the bed reviews, because people hardly give good feedback but like to vent if something goes wrong.

the Melbourne warehouse, so I was able to order. The ease of ordering via email ensured I got exactly what I wanted. After payment, the order was dispatched within 2 business days and delivered a day after that. The delivery was a breeze too - I got a text with a date and time, and then I got text updates and even a gps of the driver when it was time for delivery. The delivery crew were fast, prompt, and efficient and had all the boxes in the house where I needed them within 5 minutes. I highly rate B2C and would recommend them to anyone in the Melbourne metro area.

The dining table, chairs, and bar stools were all incredibly easy to assemble, and I did them myself over the course of an evening. There was a bit of a chemical-y smell coming off the chair cushions but that's just how it is with anything likely made overseas, and anticipate it will air out over time.

If you think putting together ikea furniture is a pain, then you’ll love this place! Very poorly designed. Plus, delivery is poor. Only deliver to front of property and not up to unit.

than 2 months, with no indication this is going to improve. It's time to throw out the headboard and buy a proper one from a proper store. This headboard has gone from factory to landfill after stinking out my house for 10 weeks. This company (and others like them) should be fined for wasting resources & harming the environment, making goods unfit for purpose and posting fake reviews. If you have had a similar experience, lodge a complaint with ACCC, your state's Fair Trading body and/or your politicians.

people were not wrong. The design of these chairs is ridiculous. They are so difficult to piece together and get all the alignments correct so the arms etc match up. It took two of us a long time to bolt these all together indeed. When we finally got them together I went to sit on them and they are as hard as a rock. There is no cushion, it is just fabric over a metal skeleton. So if you want a comfortable chair to sit in these are not for you. It is more comfortable sitting on the floor. I have never sat in such an uncomfortable chair before. Wish I could return them and buy something i could actually use.

Mouldy furniture not a fault!!! stay clear of B2C – Ordered 6 dining chairs recently. When delivered I opened up the first box and immediately a strong smell hit me. mouldy horrible smell coming from the chairs. I followed all of their tips to get rid of the smell. after a week I couldn't take it anymore and advised we could not have them in the house any longer. I emailed them and they advised that I needed to read their return policy and did I want them to get a quote for a courier to take the chairs back to them. After reading their policy, apparently a product that stinks to high heaven is acceptable and not faulty and most of there products will come with a "slight smell" nothing slight about it in my case. The kicker of it all is that want a 10% restocking fee as well. Absolute madness. The chairs are actually really poorly made anyway. gaps in the connecting joints and pieced together with what look like small pieces of off cuts. My advice Is stay clear of these guys. if you happen to have an issue with the furniture or you don't like it then you are going to be losing any kind of saving you thought you would get with these guys.

even though it is only 2 days. I would like to inform everyone to keep this in mind when you do any purchases from B2C furniture in the future.

Attractive price and design, but very poor quality – We bought 6 dining chairs from that company. One of them had been delivered already broken, but had beed replaced. So fare 4 out of 6 have been repaired. The seats of all 6 chairs were changed as they made out of pressed cardboard, not wood, and 4 had problems with back posts and rear legs.

Whoever designed these instructions, must be made of recycled eyes – The instructions for your furniture are so unclear it's amazing they've been approved. Items are not clearly marked, directions are not clearly explained, and pictures are vague and unrealistic in parts that require clarity. For anyone that reads reviews on this place, don't be fooled by the "easy instructions", they maybe easy for certain items that they showcase, but the majority are unclear messes.

Frankie queen bed base – Do not purchase unless you want to waste money on chiropractic treatment and a new base within 6 months. The bed base is so poor in structural quality that the gaps between the slats coupled with the thin, cheap slats themselves means even a petite framed person like myself is not supported at all. It is my view that this product does not so what it is wnat to and that means it is faulty. I will take it up with fair trading. I let b2c know to offer them an opportunity you to rectify this (8 months after purchase) but they wasted my time by dragging my query on, asking me for photos and measurements, then coming back with a spiel about the ‘quality’ of the base. Anyhow. Really upsetting. Sleep is so important. Don’t do it.

chemical filter. Nothing works. The company has claimed to use low VOC paint in they're response to us, which is obviously false given how bad the smell is. Their solution was to tell us to place cut onions around the bedroom. They have also deleted my negative review from their web page.
