Purchased a fabric modular lounge in a navy blue. With in a month the material has balled and pulled. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. I called and spoke to a costumer service lady and she advised me to shave the balls off. Honestly the lounge looks like is 5 years old not a few months. Love my new dining table and chairs. Took a long time to find a table the correct size, colour, tone and grain. Love the option to pick colour, style of chairs within the range. Wasn’t too hard to put together. IKEA takes longer. Brings a beautiful warmth to the room. Quick and easy delivery. Thanks! Show details

B2C ,Dining Set table and chairs, walnut color,was after 10 days colors start to fade and we noticed wood was factory deamaged on some chairs and table.However we was decided to return we was concerned about the poor quality ,after 26 days later… Read more
we ask B2c to do refund,and to return. They deducted (policy is return 14days) 20% ~750$ because we trow the original cardboard packaging. They disregard the poor quality and factory deamage,as is acceptable discoloured is Normal....It is our great loss of money and time for such a poor quality furniture. We don't recommend anyone that experience.
Follow-up · Assemble of dining table is complicated, but chairs is acceptable easy, still you need screwdriver. Customers service was not taking i account that factory deamaged, I have to do reassembling ,and day take 20%,from whole payment on return refund......

This company gaslights when you try return anything – This company gaslights you if you aren’t satisfied with the product. chairs and reconstruct them paying close attention to the manual. Which we did. Still wobbly. 3. They asked us to disassemble the chair and follow a video they sent us, as they questioned our assembly of the chairs. Which we did. Still wobbly. 4. They then asked us to partly deconstruct the chair and film the chair wobbling so they could assess the video. Which we did. Still wobbly and no solution. 5. They asked us to deconstruct the chair completely again and measure the bolts. Which we did. Still no solution.
This has gone back and forth for several weeks and whilst the company says they have full faith in their product, it seems they have no faith in their customers ability to assemble a chair. It seems they cannot accept that a customer is not satisfied in the quality of their product and will refuse to offer a refund.
This is a prime example of gaslighting to avoid any kind of return and it just demonstrates the poor authenticity and integrity of this brand.
Even if they did decide to refund the product they still require you to pay a restocking fee of 20% AND pay for shipping back of the item, which is telling of how much they care for their customers.
This negative review could have been avoided if B2CFurniture was willing to step up and take a little accountability instead of accusing their customer of poor assembly and sending endless instructions to appease their own pride.

Honestly I love the design and style of my furniture however given buying new furniture is large expense I’m very disappointed in how easily the furniture marks, we are very careful with our furniture and even so it still has substancial marks that really bother me. assemble. The coffee and side table were easy to assemble also. Yes, the instructions can be confusing as for any flat pack designs, but it is what it is. I did it without any assistance so really not that hard ;). I also assembled my parent's extension table and six dining chairs that they purchased. I did have to request replacement backs for two of the chairs as one was splintered and one was dented. The company happily replaced them and I'm very happy with the product and their customer service. The assistants in store are lovely to deal with (Dandenong store), and their customer service assistants via email are all very helpful. Delivery was quick and also was the replacements. I love the look of the furniture and have my eye on a couple of armchairs.
Furniture is awful! – I bought the Bella 3 seater sofa and matching chair. Within 6 months the frames make loud noises when you sit down (I weigh 73kg). The cheap and thin material creases up and now has bobbles and fraying. I live alone, work full time and rarely have people over so this is not down to excessive use. Show details

Melbourne and I did chase them up once or twice. We had the delivery people assemble our furniture too which was great. For the very reasonable price point, very impressed!
—- just to add that the when using bottom bunk, there is not a lot of distance to the top bunk so it’s easy to hit your head. There’s a metal bar under the top bunk which hurts!! Recommend getting a low profile/ thin bottom bunk mattress. — the edges are a little sharper than I would like for a kids bunk bed.
Overall for the price point I do think it’s a beautiful and well made bunk bed.
B2C thank you! – We have recenty Bought Gaudi Dinning set. Chairs are as beautiful as they are functional. Good quality upholstery and very easy to clean (this was very important for us as we have a toddler). Amazing solid wood table top. We bought the walnut and it looks fantastic! Overall we are very happy with the Dining set, it complements our house perfectly. Amazing value for the quality! Very professional service and quick delivery. Thank you guys!

a warm walnut with the red tone underneath. What you get is more of a green/grey wood finish, what I described as looking like a shipwreck. It's not a bad colour, just not at all what is displayed online, a fact which I could clearly show by placing my phone next to the wood in question, and the store clerk agreed with me.
Before buying, recommend going to check out out the pieces in person to make sure it won't clash with your other furnishings/carpet.

Quality is good but a nightmare to assemble – I’ve never had to pay anyone to assemble furniture but I gave up after spending 4 hours assembling the Myer bedside table. The instructions don’t specify were to screw and what screws to use. The assembler also commented how awful the instructions were. IKEA isn’t great quality but the instructions are perfect. guys. No communication. Then blamed the store. Waited a whole day for nothing and then they wanted us to wait another whole day. We had to call several times to get them to come earlier. But the ladies at the store were fantastic.

We purchased 2 Double beds and they both came with no pre drilled holes – We are so disappointed, can't make up the beds and no none is available to help us. Apparently support staff don't work on weekends. The beds are unfit for purpose.

Good furniture and helpful staff – Good furniture, helpful staff. Bought dining set, bed tables coffee table. We are happy with all the furniture.
