the price started to increase, and it continued to increase during construction. We eventually stopped communicating with him, but his replacement was no better. I'm aware that building issues can arise, but [Name Removed] assured us that there were no problems and that they could build on time. However, their favorite line was always "6-8 weeks" whenever we asked for an update. This led to a lot of delays. B1 Construction had many issues, including a lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional staff. If you're thinking of building with them, I recommend that you learn to read engineering drawings, get a lawyer, or find another builder. I hope this review helps B1 homes to improve, rather than just focusing on making money.

Waste of time! – Very Unprofessional and somewhat deceitful. B1 Homes was a waste of time. Not only would they not design a home to my needs but they requested a copy of my bank statement showing my savings after I submitted my bank-issued pre-approval letter. Is that even legal? neither legal nor required by any builder. Do your job of the builder not my banker please. They refused to refund my deposit after I told them that I would not be using their services. They were quick to demand my deposit after telling me that it was required for a "price-lock" in November. Other builders that I have now spoken to advise that December 15, 2023 is the last "price-lock" date. There are many other reputable builders in WA, thanks for nothing B1 Homes. You should not take advantage of people, you are not the only builder out there.
