assurances, PCQ documentation and the final contractual position presented. Matters relating to build time expectations, price hold understanding, fixed site costs and later variations became increasingly difficult to reconcile as the process progressed.

I ultimately lost confidence in proceeding with what would have been a major financial commitment. My request for consideration of a partial refund of the $3,000 preliminary works fee was also declined, despite my concerns being supported by email correspondence and documentation exchanged throughout the process.

My advice to future buyers is to avoid building with B1 homes as the initial verbal and written attractive assurances very quickly fade out when you get the inked document and that's when reality settles in! In my opinion, there are other builders worth considering before committing to B1 Homes.

Every one should be aware when planning to build a dream house, there are a trusted builder like Status Residential and 101 Residential home builders that can guide and feed all the required information to decide and to build your dream of house. As outlined in Clause 3.1 of the Preliminary Works Agreement, the Preliminary Works Deposit is non refundable.

Your decision to cancel the Preliminary Works Agreement is based on a change in your building requirements and your intention to proceed with a double storey home through another builder. As such, no refund is payable from the $5,000 deposit.

As previously confirmed, your Preliminary Works Agreement has been cancelled and no further work will be undertaken on the project.

the price started to increase, and it continued to increase during construction. We eventually stopped communicating with him, but his replacement was no better. I'm aware that building issues can arise, but [Name Removed] assured us that there were no problems and that they could build on time. However, their favorite line was always "6-8 weeks" whenever we asked for an update. This led to a lot of delays. B1 Construction had many issues, including a lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional staff. If you're thinking of building with them, I recommend that you learn to read engineering drawings, get a lawyer, or find another builder. I hope this review helps B1 homes to improve, rather than just focusing on making money.

Waste of time! – Very Unprofessional and somewhat deceitful. B1 Homes was a waste of time. neither legal nor required by any builder. Do your job of the builder not my banker please. They refused to refund my deposit after I told them that I would not be using their services. They were quick to demand my deposit after telling me that it was required for a "price-lock" in November. Other builders that I have now spoken to advise that December 15, 2023 is the last "price-lock" date. There are many other reputable builders in WA, thanks for nothing B1 Homes. You should not take advantage of people, you are not the only builder out there.

My experience with B1 Homes has been an easy, stress free experience from start to finish so far. Given my age and this being my first home, Amanda and Courtney have been amazing. They have been very patient and accomodating with me. We are still in the early stages, so I can’t comment on the build yet. However, hopefully this smooth process will continue. trouble-put up with our many changes of mind during planning stage :) We have been updated all through the build and happy with workmanship-our Site manager is very professional and informative-happy to answer any queries-give us time slots for advancing build.
