Amazing

I am currently using this pram for my toddler and newborn and love it. It’s extremely easy to get up and down and it’s easy to manoeuvre even with two seats on. The only thing that’s a negative is that there is no basket space when the bassinet is used but I did know that when buying

Purchased in March 2019 for $799.00.

Thanks for your review Kayla, glad to hear you guys are loving the DUO! Unfortunately, basket space is something that's almost always lost when using 2 seats on a double stroller. Underneath the bassinet, you will find that you do actually have a 12x50cm space where you can still put your bag just as long as its flat enough, you just won't be able to access it while the bassinet is on. You can also utilise the 2 pockets at the back of the basket and of course your handlebar bag for a little extra storage for easy reach essentials. Hope that's helpful, we're here to assist if you need us :) -Emily

Great Quality, Stylish Pram for the Price

This pram looks great, was really easy to set up (even by myself heavily pregnant) and it's easy to fold up, carry and pack away. The only issue I didn't realise is that the pram doesn't include a travel bag for air travel. Upon emailing them I was advised the pram isn't designed for air travel, so we will be purchasing a universal pram travel bag as we do a fair amount of flying and would like to use our proper pram instead of buying another smaller lightweight pram.

Purchased in March 2019 at babybee for $749.00.

This product is easy to put up and down, light and so easy to push I love it

Worth the money’s spent I’m inlove with this pram and would recommend it without a doubt so easy to put down and up the best part about it is it look more than what it’s worth

Ahhh shucks Eleni, you've made our day ;)

Impressed with some constructive feedback to give

We are still yet to trial the pram outside our lounge room as we are still deciding that this is the one we want. Overall a nice pram but a few disappointments with the configurations:
- In order to have second bottom seat facing parent, you cannot move between reclining positions without taking the whole seat off.
- No matter which position bassinet is in, you loose all basket space entirely.
- While bassinet is on top, you cannot have second seat facing outwards at all

Purchased in March 2019 for $978.00.

Hi Larissa, we appreciate your feedback. Here's a few tips to overcome some of the points you've made: -If you have both seats facing out you'll be able to recline both whilst on the frame. Have a look at the top left configuration in the first photo: https://babybee.helpscoutdocs.com/article/186-duo-configurations -Underneath the bassinet, you will find that you do actually have a 12x50cm space where you can still put your bag just as long as its flat enough, you just won't be able to access it while the bassinet is on. -Have a try with the bassinet on the bottom parent facing and the seat at the top forward facing. We've had a few reports of this working really well for toddler to keep bub entertained and smiling. Lots of compromises are made on all double prams in order to balance the configurations with the overall size and weight. For now, we've really tried to keep the DUO as compact and light as possible however we're really interested to hear customers feedback on this. Please feel free to email us at hello@babybeeprams.com.au if you'd like to discuss anything further with us! -Emily

This is perfect, I can’t live without it.

The pram performs well on all different surfaces. The suspension is great especially with a heavy 2 yr old and 1 yr old in it. The seats may be a little bit too shallow for my tall kids and I actually tilt their seats back slightly so they don’t look or feel like they are falling out as the foot rest also on has two positions and mine both need it down.

Purchased in February 2019.

Hi Nici, so glad you love it! In regards to the seat heght, the seat back length for the DUO is 49cm which is above average height for a 2-in-1 stroller. Children's torsos and legs grow at quite different rates so I'm hoping you find that their legs now do most of the growing and they both still fit until at least 3yrs. We've got a pic on our website (under seat height) showing a 20 month and 4.5-year-old both sitting in the seat and fitting under the canopy. Hopefully, it's the same for you! If they are super tall kids they should at least be able to sit in the seat when they're older (just not lay back with the canopy extended). Let us know how you go, and if you need anything at all down the track please don't hesitate to ask! Enjoy :) -Emily

Absolutely love it

Was the easiest pram in the world to set up/put together (hubby didn’t even need to look at instructions). So comfy for our toddler and can’t wait to use the bassinet as well when our next baby arrives. Folds down easily and isn’t too heavy. Looks very stylish but didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Easy to manoeuvre and simple brake at the back works great. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely Love it!

I Love My Baby Bee Duo Pram. It’s Stylish sturdy and so light weight! couldn’t be happier! Easy to fold down and set up. It doesn’t take up much more room than a single pram would! Can’t fault it.

Hi Molly, Thanks so much for sharing your feedback :) The DUO with one seat surprisingly has a smaller footprint than our ROVER! Wishing you and your little ones many happy adventures. -Anna

Love my duo!

Love everything about the pram except for the fact that in double mode the bassinet has to be on the bottom. Both my daughters seem to be comfortable and both fall asleep.

Thanks for your feedback Courtney :) To accommodate a full sized seat and full sized bassinet we had to configure the DUO like this. If your baby is crying in the bassinet, try facing your toddler towards them. We find they're often able to cheer them up. Glad to hear the little ones are comfortable and happy, that's the most important thing! Enjoy. -Emily

Absolutely love it! Such an awesome and easy designed pram!

This has definitely made me feel about getting out and about with my two year old and newborn bub once he arrives! Light and easy and very compact! Perfect pram for a growing family!

So happy with the purchase!

So smooth to run, surprisingly very lightweight. Easy to use and fold. No ticking sounds which I had had in my old pram. Major improvements have been made and I’m very pleased to see that.

Questions & Answers

Are the seats from the 2019 model Rover and 2019 model Duo interchangeable? The seat on the Rover appears to incorporate better functionality and features with the single handed operation lever control at the top back of the seat (for the tilting), plus also has the downward pivot on the opening belly bar, plus has a nice pocket on the back of the seat. The Duo seat has none of these. Not sure why the Duo seat would be manufactured to a lower standard of functionality than the Rover?

Hi Greg, Thanks for your question. The ROVER and DUO are separate models so parts and accessories are not compatible. Not better just different ;) The pocket was removed due to needing more room with two seats. A pocket would have decreased the space for the second child and given them access to whatever was in the pocket. The seat recline function also changed to ensure child in behind position couldn't access that recline latch and recline their sibling. And the belly-bars were designed in this way to keep the cost slightly lower overall. However, it still provides the same functionality of being able to open one handed to put bub in and out without removing it. If you have any further questions at all please email our customer care team at hello@babybeeprams.com.au who are ready to assist! Cheers, EmilyCool, thanks for that. Those reasons make sense. I'd like to see the option to buy a "full feature" seat like the Rover to suit the Duo, but I understand that it's not necessarily practical to manufacture and stock variants. So following up regarding seats, how long will Babybee continue supporting purchase of a spare seat that is compatible with the 2019 Duo?Hi Greg, We're guided by customer feedback so if customers are all requesting to have one XL and one standard seat and happy to have the extra weight/size than we will definitely look into this. We will most likely survey all customers around 6 months after launch and from those results determine any changes for the 2020 model. We will continue to stock the current seat as an accessory. We are also looking to launch a double seat variant (with two seats in the box rather than one seat and one bassinet). If you'd like further details around this please email hello@babybeeprams.com.au and our customer care team will be able to assit :) -Emily
