Practical, stylish & affordable
We purchased the Duo as our first pram, and with the priorities of storage, easy fold, duo compatibility and style in mind. We didn’t have a specific budget in mind but we were thinking to spend around $1000. The Duo met all of our criteria with added bonuses such as good ventilation and multiple configurations, and inclusions like the rain and shade covers, and caddy bag. I love the pop out sun shade, leather handle and belly bar, and large basket. I can fit a regular grocery shop in the basket which is super handy! This being our first expe...Read more
rience with a pram, it’s difficult to know the standard to expect- but I feel the suspension could be improved as I feel bubs bounces quite a bit in the bassinet when we go over bumps, and the buttons to fold the canopy could be easier to press. I also would have loved if it came in the grey material/black frame colour combo offered for the Rover. Otherwise it’s a great looking pram that’s great value for money!Purchased in June 2020 for $890.00.

THE BEST customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong colour today in the black Friday sale.
Sent a frenzied email, had a response and the issue sorted within 2 hours. 2 hours!!! Amaaaazing customer service and if the pram is anything like my much loved 2019 Rover, it will also be amazing.
Love supporting an Australian business that cares about their clients.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Taryn and Babybee.

Great pram
We love the pram, not too big for a double (when using as a single), not too heavy. Storage basket size is excellent, difficult to access from the back when in bassinet mode. Extending canopy of the bassinet is great, and the bassinet air vents are a clever addition.
Pram folds up and opens easily, looks great. Very easy and solid brake. Handle adjustment easy, solid.
Handles well.
Handlebar bag isn't super solid for using with your coffee.

Unfortunately not a fan
We just received our babybee duo and were super excited to unbox and set it up. We had read great things.
Unfortunately it is not for us. We wanted it for our what will be newborn and 2 yr old who is 18 months now. She is very short yet fills the seat already so can't see how it would be comfortable for her at 2-3.
Whilst the basket is fantastic the pram is quite bulky and heavy to fold down with one seat on.
We were excited for the numerous configurations however majority of them had major downfalls. With both bubs facing outwards neither c...Read more
an recline. With one facing parent and one facing outwards they can only recline if they both do or the bottom one can but parent facing can't. We did get some configurations to work with a recline but it involved having to put the seat in whilst reclined which wouldn't be practical. I am also only 5 foot 2. And am way to short to use this pram. I cannot see over the seat or in front of me. The handle bar also needs to be all the way up to get most configurations to work which isn't ideal.Purchased in November 2020 at Babybee for $1,000.00.

I'm obsessed
I sold my first babybee to make way for the duo, I was wary as I wasn't sure how much my 2 year old would use it but thought I'd make the leap. Finding a pram that could have the toddler up the top was incredibly important to me as I wanted my son to feel included as his sister mostly sleeps in the pram. I LOVE the height of the top seat too, using it in single mode is brilliant too. The basket is enormous, the turning circle tiny and the finishings are gorgeous. It is an absolute steal at the price it is in comparison to other double prams and if I had to I'd choose it over and over. Great quality, great value and great service.

Really happy with my purchase as a first time parent. Pram arrived promptly, was sturdy, easy to assemble (even when heavily pregnant). All additional extras so useful. Have taken pram for a few outings in cool windy and hot days allowing use of shade covers, breeze zip downs etc.
Impressed with the space in the bottom of the pram for baby or shopping/picnic extras.
Love the manoeuvrability and tight turning circle easy and supported with one hand and post surgery for this mama. Husband really likes the pram too and have had many compliments ...Read more

Good value for money
Very satisfied with the quality of my babybee duo and the service I received. A slight improvement could be made to the ease of use of the release buttons on the bassinet cover; it currently requires both hands as well as being pulled forward which can be a bit tricky

Perfect for our first little human!
After much back and forth we decided to order the babybee Duo with bassinet and seat to make sure we loved it as much as everyone else! With peace of mind return, if we were unsatisfied, we were instantly impressed by the quality of the finishes and how smooth it steered. We were keeping it! And excited to be able to use it!
Now that our little girl has arrived, we love the pram in action. Easy to fold and not too heavy (c-section), fits in our cars (even the Mazda CX3), and a pleasure to push! Even my tall husband (6ft 3), loves it too!
We highly recommend this pram!

Picked the Duo 2 over the UPPABaby Vista V2 - great pram, great value
The Babybee Duo 2 was attractive to us for multiple reasons; the multiple possible configurations for 1 or 2 infants, the lower weight and simplicity of putting the pram together or taking it apart, the additional extras that show consideration of the pram users such as the extra large basket and handlebar bag, the stylish design that competes with other high end prams and the very attractive price point.
The pram is comparable in design and functionality to the UPPABaby Vista V2 which we were seriously considering but with the Babybee Duo 2 ...Read more
being about half the price, it seemed a no brainer. However, we were also a little concerned that being an online only company, it might hinder our ability to communicate if there were any issues with the pram, but after getting lightning fast responses to my questions and the numerous positive reviews online, it really built our confidence in the BabyBee Duo 2. We also read a sizeable number of reviews that complained about the aftercare sales of the UPPABaby prams in Australia with major design flaws that should have clearly come under warranty being rejected, leaving people stranded without a pram and about $1700 poorer. Contrasting this with excellent consumer focused answers in the BabyBee reviews it further swayed us that we would be supported if we had any issues with the pram. We really got the impression that BabyBee are trying to listen to what Australian parents want from a pram and incorporate it into their future designs with the goal of producing the best pram in Australia at an affordable price. So far we have not been disappointed and are very happy with our decision. It is sturdy and drives smoothly on pavements and grass and has been super easy to assemble and disassemble to put in the car. Our baby sleeps very soundly in the bassinet and we are able to bring down the UV shade when it's sunny keeping the pram nice and cool, or simply when we don't want people peering into the pram (a particular concern during the COVID19 outbreak and during baby's first 6 weeks). The basket fits so much and is very practical to access. The only thing I would change is the fit of the handlebar bag which slips down the handle bars. I've been able to put a couple of pram clips on the handlebar bag to stop it moving so not really a biggy. The silver frame does seem to pick up scratches but they are not visible unless looking really close.Purchased in June 2020 for $850.00.

Love It!
Was very overwhelmed with which pram to chose and after much research and reviews I went with the Babybee Duo. It will fit 2 babies if we decide to have another one close together, it's stylish, sturdy and has great storage underneath. Just an all round great pram. Would definitely recommend to any new mums not sure what to chose.

It’s amazing!
Now that I’m expecting a second, this pram was exactly what I was looking for and still being able to tilt and turn both babies to how they prefer, no matter the weather this pram will get you where you need to be, with your babes protected from the sun, rain, or insects!

Nice pram structure but toddler seat is very small and my baby is not comfortable. Do not recommend!!!!
4month old starting to hit the sun visor as the seat is too small. Asked babybee if there was anotherseat i could purchase that was compatible but there is not. Got offered to return pram under the change my mind as the pram is really not going to last much longer and I need to buy a new one but they said I can't have used the pram outside and needed all original packaging. Would never have purchased if I had realised the size first baby so I wasn't sure what I needed. Also the latches to make the pram collapse are very stiff and take a few goes to get it down, not ideal with a screaming baby waiting in the car! Much nicer and more practical prams on the market. Do not recommend!

Great pram but finishing touches affect look of quality.
This is a great pram. Easy to put together. Great price point for this quality. We have a small suv and do find it’s a little hard to fit much else in boot with it. We haven’t been able to take it away on holidays with us though as just takes up too much room which is a shame but guess that comes with purchasing a double. Bit disappointed in the finish though. The paint job/coating was very patchy and very obvious on the silver frame. Expected better finishes and more careful final checks and while doesn’t impact use of pram it does affect the general look of quality. Unfortunately couldn’t send back as bub came quite early and we needed pram sooner then expected (was still in box when born).
Purchased for $699.00.

Hi Elisabeth,
We haven't received any feedback around the black frame getting hot. We do however have a touch up pen available for our black frames, you can find it here: https://babybeeprams.com.au/collections/duo2-spare-parts-accessories/products/dupli-colour-touch-up-paint-pen-black

I’m almost sold on this brand but i am so torn between a rover and getting a baby jogger Citi mini three wheeler - I will definitely be using this pram on dirt trails and uneven pavement as I love walking and hiking.
I know babybee specified that it’s for urban areas however users have commented on how good it is on uneven terrain....
Does anyone have any comments to help me decide?!

I am concerned by a review left by one lady who said her children "did not fit". I have a baby on the way and I have tall kids, so I expect this one will be the same. Has anyone else with taller babies/toddlers had issues? Thanks in advance.

Yes my 22 month old does not fit at all, even though it showed pictures of a 2 year old fitting just fine on the website.
Thank you Sally. Is your child particularly tall?
