Easy to handle – Love the babybee duo. Easy to pull part and light enough to put in car. Great to push around. Only thing I would fault is the white pram liner. Not a good colour for toddlers. I’m washing almost every use. Only because I do give him snacks. I have come from bugaboo fox and my almost three year old could sit comfortably without the shade part… Read more ·  1

Can't live without – This product is the bees knees, has seen my though my children now aged four and two, from bassinet to front facing seats this has been a life saver. couldn't recommend any more. Only issue I have had over the last four years has been having to replace the wheels, we have put a few miles on this gem though. Show details ·  1

Suits all my needs! – When looking at prams I had a million requirements for the perfect pram - tandem - side by sides are too wide and annoy me -the back seat needed to be higher than the front seat. There would be no way I could get (or would want) my toddler sitting in a seat hidden behind my newborn where she cant see anything - the back/top seat needed to be… Read more ·  1

suitable for my newborn because I wanted to be able to communicate with him, not have him hidden behind my toddler.

- Full sun cover

-it then also had to be compact enough to fit in my Mazda 3 boot with enough room for a full grocery shop

-light and easily maneuverable and not stupid wide either.

In my search I could only find two other prams that met MOST of my requirements, and both cost over $2000 for the pram and second seat. The Duo costs more than half that and came with a load of accessories!

Having used this pram for a couple of weeks now, I cannot get enough. It's so easy to steer even on rocky surfaces. Plus my toddler actually likes sitting in it!

I ordered Friday evening, they dispatched Sunday evening and it arrived to my house in Perth 9 days later (only because Aus Post left it in Melbourne for 5 days.

Seriously, I CANNOT reccomend this company and pram enough enough!!

My life saver – We absolutely love our Duo, this pram will not disappoint, whether it’s a walk in the forest, along the lake or at the mall it pushes like a dream on all surfaces. It’s easy to fold and while being a double pram it fits in my small car perfectly. We contemplated buying this pram as we couldn’t trail it before buying but with the 9 month return… Read more ·  1

policy it made the decision for us.

My daughter absolutely loves it from the minute she goes in, she loves that she can face us and be sitting up playing to then laying down and sleeping.

The Duo has by far been the best pram I have ever owned. The big basket is the best especially for busy mums like myself who can’t carry her nappy bag, push a baby and have a coffee all at the same time. The Duo has been an absolute life saver and I can not thank Babybee enough. I highly recommend this pram.

Beautiful and exactly what I wanted – Smooth to push, front wheels lock to keep you going without wobbles. The seat is quite cushy and adjustable recline is great. My favourite part is the versatility of seats - you can move them to suit the kids and attach a baby carrier for the little one so they don’t have to be woken up. The colour was darker than expected but I had seen a… Read more ·  1

Not really working for me – Had problems with this pram from the beginning when I was using it as a single. Unfortunately, the batch my pram belonged to had issues with the lock mechanism on the front tyres and while I was sent parts to fix the issue, the pram just hasn't manoeuvred as well since the issue began (yes, we definitely followed the instructions and completed the… Read more

fix accurately). As a double, I'm really struggling with this pram. The seat is too small for my 2 year old and I am so surprised to see all the comments stating that it is easy to manoeuvre because it definitelyis not (often end up with sore hands and wrists after a standard shopping trip!). Not sure if the majority of reviews are based on using the pram as a single? Or perhaps there's more to the original manufacturing issue so prams from other batches work better? I don't know but if I knew it would be like this I would not have made the purchase. I'm now at a point where I need to purchase a second seat as my baby has outgrown the capsule but I'm wondering whether to just buy another pram all together. Best part of the pram is the customer service to be honest.

Practical, stylish & affordable – We purchased the Duo as our first pram, and with the priorities of storage, easy fold, duo compatibility and style in mind. We didn’t have a specific budget in mind but we were thinking to spend around $1000. The Duo met all of our criteria with added bonuses such as good ventilation and multiple configurations, and inclusions like the rain and… Read more ·  1

shade covers, and caddy bag. I love the pop out sun shade, leather handle and belly bar, and large basket. I can fit a regular grocery shop in the basket which is super handy! This being our first experience with a pram, it’s difficult to know the standard to expect- but I feel the suspension could be improved as I feel bubs bounces quite a bit in the bassinet when we go over bumps, and the buttons to fold the canopy could be easier to press. I also would have loved if it came in the grey material/black frame colour combo offered for the Rover. Otherwise it’s a great looking pram that’s great value for money!

Picked the Duo 2 over the UPPABaby Vista V2 - great pram, great value – The Babybee Duo 2 was attractive to us for multiple reasons; the multiple possible configurations for 1 or 2 infants, the lower weight and simplicity of putting the pram together or taking it apart, the additional extras that show consideration of the pram users such as the extra large basket and handlebar bag, the stylish design that competes… Read more ·  1

with other high end prams and the very attractive price point.

The pram is comparable in design and functionality to the UPPABaby Vista V2 which we were seriously considering but with the Babybee Duo 2 being about half the price, it seemed a no brainer. However, we were also a little concerned that being an online only company, it might hinder our ability to communicate if there were any issues with the pram, but after getting lightning fast responses to my questions and the numerous positive reviews online, it really built our confidence in the BabyBee Duo 2. We also read a sizeable number of reviews that complained about the aftercare sales of the UPPABaby prams in Australia with major design flaws that should have clearly come under warranty being rejected, leaving people stranded without a pram and about $1700 poorer. Contrasting this with excellent consumer focused answers in the BabyBee reviews it further swayed us that we would be supported if we had any issues with the pram. We really got the impression that BabyBee are trying to listen to what Australian parents want from a pram and incorporate it into their future designs with the goal of producing the best pram in Australia at an affordable price.

So far we have not been disappointed and are very happy with our decision. It is sturdy and drives smoothly on pavements and grass and has been super easy to assemble and disassemble to put in the car. Our baby sleeps very soundly in the bassinet and we are able to bring down the UV shade when it's sunny keeping the pram nice and cool, or simply when we don't want people peering into the pram (a particular concern during the COVID19 outbreak and during baby's first 6 weeks). The basket fits so much and is very practical to access. The only thing I would change is the fit of the handlebar bag which slips down the handle bars. I've been able to put a couple of pram clips on the handlebar bag to stop it moving so not really a biggy. The silver frame does seem to pick up scratches but they are not visible unless looking really close.

Love the pram! One slight issue – I love my Babybee Duo. We bought it will the bassinet, capsule and seat. We are yet to use the seat. The storage basket underneath is a great size and I enjoy pushing it around on our daily walks, at the shops etc. All the accessories were a great bonus too. The handlebar bag & rain cover have been handy for us. The only issue I’ve had since the… Read more ·  1

start is sometimes the mechanism to fold the pram malfunctions and you have to click it back in place before attempting to fold it back down again. Also sometimes the brake takes a moment to unlatch (you start trying to push it and it still feels like brake is on. This only lasts a few seconds then it’s normal again). These things can be a bit annoying but haven’t been a deal breaker. I still like the pram and would recommend it.

Perfect for 2 tiny trouble makers! – The Babybee Duo has been a real game changer! I did A LOT of online research before committing to this pram! distances it was amazing that we could swap to the single seat set up, but it still gave us the freedom to use both seats for longer trips! The ability to change from rear facing to forward facing in so many combinations was a massive bonus! The reclining angles allowed for my girls to take naps, or kick back and the removable shade cover means we can continue using this pram as the girls continue to grow taller! Words cannot express how much we LOVE the Babybee Duo!!

Unfortunately not a fan – We just received our babybee duo and were super excited to unbox and set it up. We had read great things. Unfortunately it is not for us. We wanted it for our what will be newborn and 2 yr old who is 18 months now. She is very short yet fills the seat already so can't see how it would be comfortable for her at 2-3. Whilst the basket is fantastic… Read more

the pram is quite bulky and heavy to fold down with one seat on.

We were excited for the numerous configurations however majority of them had major downfalls. With both bubs facing outwards neither can recline. With one facing parent and one facing outwards they can only recline if they both do or the bottom one can but parent facing can't. We did get some configurations to work with a recline but it involved having to put the seat in whilst reclined which wouldn't be practical.

I am also only 5 foot 2. And am way to short to use this pram. I cannot see over the seat or in front of me. The handle bar also needs to be all the way up to get most configurations to work which isn't ideal.

I believe this pram would be great for twins who are at the same stage wantig to sleep at the same time ect but don't believe it is practical for bubs 2 yrs apart.

It will also be extremely frustrating to send back as you have to keep all packaging and there is a lot of it and repack.

It is a lovely looking pram but unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positive for us. However should be noted we found the exact same issues with all top bottom prams as the majority can't recline.

Also believe it would be too bulky and big to use as a single pram.

needed all original packaging. Would never have purchased if I had realised the size first baby so I wasn't sure what I needed. Also the latches to make the pram collapse are very stiff and take a few goes to get it down, not ideal with a screaming baby waiting in the car! Much nicer and more practical prams on the market. Do not recommend!

Great pram – We love the pram, not too big for a double (when using as a single), not too heavy. Storage basket size is excellent, difficult to access from the back when in bassinet mode. Extending canopy of the bassinet is great, and the bassinet air vents are a clever addition. Pram folds up and opens easily, looks great. Very easy and solid brake. Handle adjustment easy, solid. Handles well. Handlebar bag isn't super solid for using with your coffee. Show details ·  1

I'm obsessed – I sold my first babybee to make way for the duo, I was wary as I wasn't sure how much my 2 year old would use it but thought I'd make the leap. Material quality is amazing however there is a massive design floor with the Baby bee Duo chassis – The pram is luxurious and beautiful looking, however throughout the duration of having this pram (1 year) from day One Evert time I would take the seats off the chassis and put them back on, there was a constant friction, I couldn’t figure out what was causing this.... they simply wouldn’t click into place without having to wiggle them around to… Read more

click them in. It wasn’t until Much later when they both broke (one after the other I strenuously inspected the pram and realised that this was due to the fact that the chassis is too narrow! There are two hard plastic components that were drilled in place on the inside of the frame, exactly right next to the prams folding mechanism circle (I still don’t understand what function these plastic components are supposed to have) these catch onto the side of the seats where the Adjustable button for the foot rest is.... Without me knowing this was causing structural damage to the seats and then they both broke. See images below. Not only is this a major Saftey hazard for little fingers... it also it renders the footrests on both seats useless. I am Very disappointed. in short I feel that this design fault is what caused these breakages. I contacted the company Baybee bee prams and they refuse to Take responsibility for the design flaw telling me that I broke them both they refuse to replace the pram seats. Stating if I want replacement units, they Will sell me two for the price of one.
