It’s always the more greener option to fix rather than replace so good one you- I would suggest that you get in contact with Baccarat directly- the information regarding warranty and validity can be found on this page: external link
If you’d like to call customer service they are available on 1300 262 809. When I contacted them through, I was asked to send some pictures of my pots through via email and list the specific requirements in the email. Baccarat customer service is available through info@baccarat.com.au they will then be able to best direct to the person who can fullfill the order for you. Tonight when lifting the large Baccarat Classic saucepan of rice off the cooktop, the bakelite handle snapped. Can we purchase a set of handles as maybe the others are also brittle? They have served us we'll over the years, however, this was dangerous.
Isn't there anyone out there with a solution? I was able to purchase a set of lid handles before so am hoping that there is a possibility of replacement handles. Ian

I bought a square frying pan and the lid has shattered it was going to be the second time of use . I still have the contents of the lid , will this be replaced or will I have to buy another lid .
I have dropped 2 lids onto slate tiles and broken the round plastic piece at the base of the knob. Is is possible to get just those parts which broke or do I need to buy the 3 part knobs, ie knob, knob base and screw as a whole?
It doesn't matter any more. After spending many fruitless hours on the internet, I have bought lids from an op shop and the knobs from them are doing the job.
yes, it is incredibly difficult to find out there is a knob guy called erol that you can buy the parts off of. Ph. 03 9317 1115. I'm glad you found a, probably, cheaper and, possibly, quicker and better solution. I am here because I was looking for the same information and, luckily found it.

My husband has a set of Baccarat Saucepans which he had when I met him 10 years ago. I don't how exactly how long before that he purchased them, I am guessing 3-4 years before. The large saucepan, the base is buckled and liquid oozes out. I love Baccarat, have purchased four pieces recently, the Bio+ series in red, and find them wonderful. Hi there. I contacted the store "House" where I bought my set from many years ago. They have advised that you will need to contact the Warranty and Service division. They can only be contacted by email to qa@playcorp.com.au It was suggested that you provide them with the information surrounding the problem with if possible, some photos of the pot.

Hi again apple. It seems like a lot of us have purchased our sets from House. I've responded with the email address above though I question if you might consider taking the pot into one of the "House" stores to ask if they might be able to help. I'd guess that they would refer you to the service department as per contact info above.

Ingrid- I had an issue with one if my knobs breaking and I took it to 'house' where they were originally purchased and they assisted.
