Why is coating on my frying pan peeling.

I have just bought a set of these dimpled pots only to see the complaints that they stick and are impossible to clean. Can someone tell me why? Thinking of getting my money back as we have not used them.

If you don't overheat them or use oil they are brilliant, best pots, frypans I've ever used. Respect them and they'll look after you
