Baccarat Signature Questions & Answers

They are Crap! Got the red one's after one use the outside of the pot was discoloured. Looked like I had them for 10 years. Took them back to house and they said that it was my fault that happened. Customer service at House Epping Plaza is very poor. Don't know how they are still in business.

I thought so .. thank you for your honest answer I will be getting a Scanpan .. initially was after just a pot for the scan pan set I bought 8 years ago ( all still great just needs a good clean on the bases etc ) never had baccarat brand and google search put up the 6 set in red for like $800 off though other sites I checked it wasn’t that much originally .. nothing mentioned if it’s toxic red paint when heated or if it goes black when heated etc so started looking into it and baccarat in general .. most people are disgusted with the zero or rude customer service and many had handles fall off or handles burn them after first use .. or everything from egg to soup & in-between sticking to pots and fry pans .. glad I checked and I’ll just buy a single Scanpan pot which was what I originally searched for . There should be a class action suit on baccarat looking at all the ripped of customers .. ridiculous priced crap or non existent customer support and crap products made in China .. Hi, yes the range is called Baccarat Granite and there is now a complete range that includes separate pieces such as a sauté pan,casserole, roasters, stockpots and saucepans.
