Just found out that a $500 pendant light over my kitchen bench has to be thrown out instead of changing the LED lamps. The lamps are integrated fittings meaning you can’t change them when they fail. I recently had a problem with 4 light fittings I bought 16 months ago, as two of them started to flicker. I visited the Waitara/Hornsby store and the manager suggested I replace all 4 under warranty, rather than just the two faulty ones. They exchanged them with no fuss. Great service. Show details · 1

We purchased 4 lights for outside at the end of Financial year. Great price. Whe we got home our electrician said we needed a fifth. As the lights were not in stocks and had to be ordered we rang and had a firth added. I. Had paid for the original 4 and was to pay for the fith on pickup.After six weeks they arrived and when we picked them up we were told the last one was lat and was over $100 dearer.
