Bebrite Cleaners

A contract for 15 cleans WC. The first cleaner didn’t return my calls after 2 weeks, second on did & had multiple challenges getting confirmed time’s & communication due to language barriers. Spoke to head office & now have a lovely lady Tracy who is amazing & goes over & above. Wish I had gotten her first.

Terrible, lazy cleaners. Broke our TV cabinet and then lied about it. It was fine when we left the house in the morning. could have opened the blinds. Barely cleaned anything for $150 cash. Left dishes in the sink and looks like they only vacuumed the middle of the floors. It appears they didn't even bother to mop. Left bits of rubbish around and did no tidying. They changed the sheets on the bed but didn't do a very good job of that. Extremely disappointing. Would NOT recommend!!!

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE! – very detailed cleaning which is essential. She arrives on time and go straight to work. i love my cleaner, she’s very bright and bubbly and she cleaned everything in the best way!

takes 2 hours!!! Our contact doesnt pick up his phone, they do very very basic cleans. Unfortunately this is through WC and can not be changed. Wake up BeBrite Cleaners.

Will never use them again!!!!!!!!!’ – Ridiculously overpriced for mostly a very bad job. Quoted $1900. $500 of the total amount paid, I have amended the number of stars from 1 star to 3 stars at their request. They have told me that they are retraining their cleaning teams.

unsure what to do, very rushed, left half my apartment untouched, and we’re yelling at each other in their native language. When I spoke to head office about my experience, they said I was fussy and asking for too much. Horrible experience will never book with them again.

Bebrite has been amazing in providing cleaning services for our NDIS clients. Their staff are respectful, efficient, and genuinely caring. They listen to individual preferences and make sure every visit is done to a high standard. We appreciate their support and flexibility.

I have been using the same service for last 2 years and I am happy with Winnie team. They are polite and helpful. They know their job what they have to do. Just a small detail that I have to do it frequently after they have finished their work such as a dusting and glass or mirror wiping. They just have to pay attention on those details as well. Other than that they are doing a great job.

Excellent and friendly service! Took the guys a long time, almost 4 hours I think, the job they did was incredible. I’m very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again.

Great cleaning service and great team – I was very happy with Bebrite and their team cleaning my parents' place over the last few years. It is kind of sad to terminate with Bebrite because we have to move. Anyway...thanks again

Best cleaners – I have been using Bebrite Cleaners for the last 3 years on a two-week cycle and they are terrific nothing is a problem for them, they even clean my BBQ. I recommended them to a friend who also stated that they were great best clean his home he has ever had. Show reply

Bebrite Cleaning Services – I had a wonderful experience. We recently used Bebrite Cleaners to do a comprehensive clean of our house. The cleaners were on time, professional and did a very thorough job.

Happy with services – Bebrite's services are fantastic, I have had them for numerous of end of lease cleanings and it has been amazing. Window, carpet steam, deep cleaning were very detailed and the place was left spotless

Wonderful – Communication initially was difficult -however when the ladies showed up to clean they were excellent and I was impressed by their experience. The company has gone to great lengths to make sure it continues.

Money for nothing – Contracted them for an end of lease clean for my sons unit in Wollongong. False and Misleading of services in Rural Areas – Why does Bebrite promote services for Rural Areas which they Don't have Services yet continue to promote yet dint have a service. Very misleading for Elderly People in Rural NSW.

PUTRID, SCAMMERS – Stay away from these thieves !! Do not speak a word of English. Broke my $1.5K vacuum cleaner. Cleaning ?? This [Content Removed] didn't clean ANYTHING. Contracted to clean 3hrs per week. Stayed did nothing then left after 1 5hrs. Stay well away from this corrupt company.

NOT HAPPY JAN…..! – Instructions were not met, they turned up 45min earlier than expected, left me shocked. They didn’t clean mirrors/built ins and I didnt even think they used cleaning products in the bathrooms and toilets as there was no product aroma. to be bleached but no bleach smell was of existent. The kitchen was being cleaned with water after I noticed I told them to use my cleaning kitchen spray, they said they only use water. They had entered my home with only 1 rag and was wiping everywhere with it, when I noticed I offered them my rags as I didn’t want the one rag to be used in multiple rooms. Heaps of water left on floors after moping as it was not spun enough (spun only once) and my dirty mop was left at the front door with my door wide open, I couldn’t believe with my injury I was expected to get up and carry my mop to wash it and spin it because they were lazy, In turn they left 20 minutes earlier. I couldn’t get up to close the door myself as it was very dangerous for me due to my injury so I had to call upon a neighbour to attend to help. Disappointed.

Awesomely great cleaners – I was recommended these cleaners by a professional cleaner. I buy them online (natural cleaning products is the website). The minimum spend is $50 omg you will have enough product to last for years as most dilute in water. I use the glass cleaner and also the spray and wipe cleaner - both dilute in water. recommended them to all my friends. I clean everything in the house with them even our caesarstone benchtops and bathroom mirrors. Highly recommended!

*Update* However ,. After writing this review I was contacted by head office which they were diligent in investigating my issue and since then I was contacted by Adam , he not only apologised for his behaviour but I was also given a free Cleaning session for compensation, I can state that the cleaner arrived on time and did an amazing job . I would to thank Yue from head office for her due diligence in resolving this matter and I would also like to thank "Product Review" for providing me with the opportunity to air my feelings about this ordeal .. this just goes to show how effective reviews can be .

Worst ever, phone calls aren't cleaning – This business turns up 30 minutes to an hour late and thinks it is ok. The boss jay says he and his staff do so good they do 1hrs cleaning in 30 mins 1 person and work is an hours worth and they leave. I checked the work and is like a 5 year old cleaned. Do not use this company or jay wollongong or [Name Removed] port kembla. You will be let down so badly and have to call another company
