disappointing as it’s out of my hands. Apart from all this I cannot complain about the service I received. They allow you to browse without harassing you & encourage you to lay on the mattresses for a long period of time to really get a feeling for whether it is suitable for you.

over 18 months so had explored many options. I have several issues including bursitis in my hips and shoulders.. Kitty recommended a double spring mattress. We bought the Hypnos Balmoral in Plush and I can honestly say it's been life changing. Yes, the mattress is expensive but it is so worth the investment. I can highly recommend the Beds n Dreams Belrose showroom if you're looking for specific needs.

Recently purchased a Englander Boston S2 (plush) double bed mattress from this company. Spent $999 (whilst on sale, original cost is $2099, which is a joke for the this mattress). mattress has sunk to a point it is uncomfortable (support is terrible) and feels like there is no support. Getting out of the bed in the morning all I can feel is the hard edge and the sunken inside.

After discussing this with the store, they have advised this is what a plush does. I haven't experienced this with other quality brands (like King Koil or Sealy). I should have known better and stuck with what you know.

This mattress is suppose to have 7 zones and pocket springs, it definitely doesn't feel like a 7 zone with pocket springs.

Whilst the manager tried to help, ultimately the quality and performance of this mattress is extremely disappointing and will be the last time I never purchase from this company.

I later found out this mattress is an imported brand and in my view poor quality.

I now have a mattress which is performing so badly, I will have give it away and purchase a better mattress.

Going through warranty with this company is crazy, the mattress will be taken away for at least a week, for that time I will have to sleep without a mattress and if the supplier found no fault I would be up for another $200 and I have to deliver back to them as I collected it from their store.

I now understand why this company doesn't offer guarantees with their products.

If the sales person says to you, the new mattress will soften of time, take that as this mattress will perform poorly and it will not feel like it does in their showroom.

I visited and laid on this mattress for 20 mins and went back 4 times to make sure it felt good. The challenge was I needed to lay on it for a about 3 hours to work out the challenge with how this mattress performs.

One staff member was excellent and gave us a great discount. The other individual was as refusing to sell a mattress within my budget and continued to show various mattress which were better according to her opinion. provided excellent customer service and negotiated compensation, earning another star. However, her male colleague caused scheduling issues and overcharged initially. The Operations Manager was unhelpful and failed to communicate the delivery fee waiver, causing further issues. Overall, we were satisfied with the products and [Name Removed] service but advised avoiding dealings with [Name Removed] at the Caringbah shop.

deposit immediately, then when we were ready to collect the items we were told they had "gone missing" and had "disappeared". There was absolutely no attempt to try and source what we needed from another store. They also refused to pass on the Head Office number, so I could try and get it sorted. They were completely blaise about the situation. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. I've emailed them and still no response. Very unimpressed. Don't buy through Beds n Dreams. Plenty of other more reputable companies to choose from.
