over 18 months so had explored many options. I have several issues including bursitis in my hips and shoulders.. Kitty recommended a double spring mattress. We bought the Hypnos Balmoral in Plush and I can honestly say it's been life changing. Yes, the mattress is expensive but it is so worth the investment. I can highly recommend the Beds n Dreams Belrose showroom if you're looking for specific needs.

Fantastic customer service and superb quality products – Originally purchased the Savoy medium firmness mattress and partnered with one of beds n dreams linen covered gas lift bed base. My wife and I have enjoyed sleeping on the mattress, so much so, that we have now decided to go for the Manhatten to keep having a great nights sleep and will definitely return in the future. Just go somewhere else – 100 day comfort guarantee? No not even 1 day. Purchased a firm mattress from them and when tested in the store appeared to be okay. Mattress was delivered by an extremely rude delivery driver who refused to move the old mattress 10 metres to the garage and simply left it in our hallway. plastic cover still on and left with their $80. I then tried the mattress and found it much firmer than in the shop. Rang them to see if we could swap for a medium and was told no returns even if it is still in the original wrapping for health reasons (so how do many other mattress retailers offer a 100 day sleep guarantee). After some complaining by me they then said they would see what they could do as there was a medium in the warehouse. I was told they would call me back the following day. Have never heard from them again and was forced to go to Spotlight and buy a memory foam overlay to make the mattress bearable. As I said, just shop somewhere else as once they have your money they don' t give a damn.

Slow delivery – We ordered mattress from Belrose Beds and Dreams and was promised 2 weeks delivery, now is past 3 weeks going to the 4th week and still no news. Called up they say is supplier fault.
