one I went was Beds n Dreams in Castle Hill. Even though I have not heard about this store before I thought to try it. I was assisted by Maria, the sales specialist. I explained to her the kind of mattress I am looking for. She was amazing, I never had that kind of experience at any other store, which I visited earlier. She explained to me the most important things to look, when selecting the right product. I have no hesitation to say that, she had a very good knowledge in their products, and her customer support was beyond words. With her superb assistance, I was able to select the mattress, I think that suited me the most. I also want to commend the courteous nature of the store manager and also working out a good deal for the product purchased. Tried all the different bedding stores but he was the most helpful with the best knowledge. Made our decision easy. Recieved chipped items in the bedroom suite – Unethical and extremely poor product quality and service. The display bedroom suite purchased on Sunday arrived chipped is several places after five days on Friday. sale which were changed the next day post the sale. I had inspected the goods and also asked the sales person if there was any damage on the goods. He mentioned "no" so we purchased the suite happily. The red flag was when the next day on Monday we get another invoice which mentioned no returns on floor stock. On delivery we recieved a damaged suite chipped and cracked from several places. Misleading information in store and poor customer service. Still waiting for a call from warehouse for the furniture to be picked up/exchanged.

Post 4 weeks after wait they picked items and refunded our money

Fake promise about delivery times – Our bed was broken and wanted a bed urgently. We have checked several places and ordered the bed from here because of the promise made by the shop that the bed will be delivered with in 2 weeks. When I asked are you sure? They ensured it wont take more than 3 weeks. 2 weeks over and now they asking few more weeks. Show details

disappointing as it’s out of my hands. Apart from all this I cannot complain about the service I received. They allow you to browse without harassing you & encourage you to lay on the mattresses for a long period of time to really get a feeling for whether it is suitable for you.

Excellent experience – We were able to browse at our leisure to work out what type of mattress we liked. The store was clean and tidy, signs were easily visible.

Amazing experience – Baku, Castle Hill store manager, who helped us purchase our 2 bed frames and mattresses was very helpful and also knowledgeable.
