disappointing as it’s out of my hands. Apart from all this I cannot complain about the service I received. They allow you to browse without harassing you & encourage you to lay on the mattresses for a long period of time to really get a feeling for whether it is suitable for you.

over 18 months so had explored many options. I have several issues including bursitis in my hips and shoulders.. Kitty recommended a double spring mattress. We bought the Hypnos Balmoral in Plush and I can honestly say it's been life changing. Yes, the mattress is expensive but it is so worth the investment. I can highly recommend the Beds n Dreams Belrose showroom if you're looking for specific needs.

The mattress is very comfortable and I have a good nights sleep with it from the first day but it is soooo heavy, I have great difficulty getting the sheet on and with the mattress protector on it is near impossible the fit the sheet. The satiny top… Read more ·  1

makes the sheet slip and slide and makes the sheet come lose during the night. I can't fit the mattress protector because the sheet won't fit. I am 76 years old with a lower back injury and to try and lift the mattress only causes me pain. Why do mattresses today have to be so extremely heavy? I am not happy with the mattress for those reasons.

The only reason I have given a 2 Star rating is that the "100 Sleep Guarantee" is somewhat misleading. The staff and the service they provided was excellent however, I chose a Hypnos Balmoral mattress in Medium and after about three weeks called the store to see if I could change this to a Plush as the mattress was too firm for me. was a definite "NO". Apparently the 100 day Sleep Guarantee only applies if you buy the mattress online i.e. you've never tried it before spending nearly $5,000 for a King Single mattress (I bought my mattress on special but it was still a significant purchase). I don't think they're deliberately engaging in deceptive conduct but they should make it more clear that the sale is full and final.

Maybe prospective purchasers of mattresses from Beds n Dreams should try out a few of the mattresses in store and then order online so that the 100 Sleep Guarantee will apply.

Anyway I was very disappointed with my buying experience, not with my in store staff experience

I am left with a very expensive mattress which is very well made but not comfortable for me. The gentleman at the Mornington store suggested I try a topper on the mattress. I have a lambswool topper from my previous very uncomfortable mattress which I have now put on the Hypnos mattress which does make a difference.

If You are looking for a new Bed and / or Mattress, don’t waste your time shopping around, and spending hours doing so. I did waste so much time, over several months shopping around. Dreams at ASPLEY, I was greeted by Gary, who is a thorough Gentleman, and is a very professional Salesman. Gary listened very carefully to all of my health issues, he asked me many questions, in order that he could make assessment of my needs and desires, and then recommend the Best Possible solution, for my needs and Budget. Gary showed me several different beds, which varied in both price and Quality. He allowed me to spend considerable time lying on each bed, and assessing it for comfort and features. He did not rush me to make a choice, nor did he pressure me to buy any specific product. Gary simply, very helpfully kept answering my questions and making further recommendations to best suit my overall needs and budget. Once I had calmly decided on the Bed which I chose to purchase, Gary placed an order for my bed to be manufactured and delivered. The whole purchase was a very easy process , and was performed with the best possible standard of customer service that I have experienced in many years. I had cause to call the store a number of times after placing the order and needed to add some various accessories, and sheets and pillows etc. Other staff answered the phone and more than capably assisted me with both my enquiries, and the ordering of goods that I wanted.

On Thursday 18th September 2025, I took delivery of my new AVANTE Fully electrically adjustable Bed Base, and BALMORAL Plush luxury mattress. I purchased this package from Beds n Dreams at the ASPLEY Homemaker Centre. I dealt with Gary in the first instance to determine which Bed I wanted to buy, and also later dealt with other staff who helped me to order additional products. Bought a bed and mattress 1 yr ago. For last 6 months had no help and been given the run around regarding a defective mattress. We have had no choice but to purchase a new mattress from a different retailer. Definitely would not recommend this store or the englander brand. Show details

stair delivery being on receipt), bed base delivered in pieces, we were not told assembly was needed and therefore not offered to purchase assembly service (which we happily would have paid for if told it was being delivered in pieces…), to top it off no assembly instructions for the bed base and we had to drive back to the store to get the instructions.

We had purchased a bed suite- bedframe, tall boy, sidetable and dressing mirror from the store and paid for it on 2nd March 2025 wanting it to be delivered in June. delivery guys had raised a request on 18th June to get it replaced and the store, warehouse are giving lame reasons since then. Initially they said that the warehouse is shifting and we were promised to get this on 5th of July after we have followed up with them often. We got a call on 4th saying they wont be delivering the next day(5th) as their warehouse is shifting and they are not able to give us proper delivery timelines. On 5th July after repeated calls to the store, the manager said that they might not have our item in stock while one of the workers had confirmed that they would send us the display item. Today-7th of July we did a followup call and we have been told by the Manager- Dave that he is unable to reach the warehouse (which is absurd. Wondering if they do not have any other means to contact the warehouse?) and the display item is an old model compared to what we had ordered (rolling eyes).

Very unhappy with the response and customer service.

Will not recommend bedsndreams to anyone.

Edit 18/07/2025: We received the tallboy and dressing mirror on 12/07/2025. We got a email in a couple of days of posting this review that they have found the last piece of tall boy and parts for the dressing mirror from their warehouse after they redid their inventory and that it would be delivered on 12/07/2025.
