Dreams at ASPLEY, I was greeted by Gary, who is a thorough Gentleman, and is a very professional Salesman. Gary listened very carefully to all of my health issues, he asked me many questions, in order that he could make assessment of my needs and desires, and then recommend the Best Possible solution, for my needs and Budget. Gary showed me several different beds, which varied in both price and Quality. He allowed me to spend considerable time lying on each bed, and assessing it for comfort and features. He did not rush me to make a choice, nor did he pressure me to buy any specific product. Gary simply, very helpfully kept answering my questions and making further recommendations to best suit my overall needs and budget. Once I had calmly decided on the Bed which I chose to purchase, Gary placed an order for my bed to be manufactured and delivered. The whole purchase was a very easy process , and was performed with the best possible standard of customer service that I have experienced in many years. I had cause to call the store a number of times after placing the order and needed to add some various accessories, and sheets and pillows etc. Other staff answered the phone and more than capably assisted me with both my enquiries, and the ordering of goods that I wanted.

On Thursday 18th September 2025, I took delivery of my new AVANTE Fully electrically adjustable Bed Base, and BALMORAL Plush luxury mattress. I purchased this package from Beds n Dreams at the ASPLEY Homemaker Centre. I dealt with Gary in the first instance to determine which Bed I wanted to buy, and also later dealt with other staff who helped me to order additional products. Galen was a very kind gentleman who helped my partner and I pick out a bed suite. He went the extra mile and mapped out the size of our bedroom in the store and helped measure the suit against our bedroom to help pick what furniture best suit. Great service. Show details ·  1

Disgusting customer service – My wife and I purchased a bedhead and bedside tables early June and was told by the salesman the container will be arriving on the 25th June and we would receive an email to organise delivery. then was told the delivery would be in 2 weeks time. I rang the store at told them to cancel the order as your customer service is non existent, he said you will lose 25% and I told him that will not happen I can assure you. Ten minutes later they rang and can deliver in a few days. Went to the store this morning and spoke with the manager regarding the lack of communication. He said we cant ring you and sell as well that's they was it is in a rude tone. I would not recommend my family or friends to purchase from this company if that's the way they treat customers, All they are interested in is the sale and nothing else.

Bedsndreams is a bad company do not trust it – The company decided to change the price of the delivery without letting us know on the day of the purchase but instead via phone call a few weeks later when booking the delivery time to our place. This is unacceptable, and we can’t refund our product. Honestly makes me lose faith in this reputable company because of their “in house policy charge” that we only found out via phone call. Few days after he called me saying that our bed will not be available as the required time we wanted. And on 2nd January I visited the store again to find a solution for that. attended us and said [name removed] will be in Friday (4th January). On Friday I received a call from [name removed] saying that [name removed] is not feeling well and he is hospitalised. So will update the status on Monday (7th January). And the staff [name removed] she was very rude. She doesn’t let me speak at all. And today I called back again to find whats happening. But again [name removed] was really hard to handle. She never listens to other person. I am very disappointed with her behaviour of speaking. After all this mess up and bad customer service I would like to cancel my order and not deal with you in future.

I recently bought a mattress from Bads N Dreams, and I’m really happy with the whole experience of Brad. He was friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. The mattress was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The communication was smooth, and pickup went perfectly. I have had back issues for over 20 years so selecting the most suitable mattress was difficult. The professional staff at Beds n Dreams Aspley made the task easier.
