Staff member graffitied my car! – While I cannot provide feedback on their products, i can provide feedback on the people they employ at the Jindalee store. A staff member took a permanent marker to my car shortly after I broke the end of plant that was in a large pot that I parked in front of. and scribbled on it with permanent marker on the front and the back. I had no interactions with this person at all. This store needs to have a good hard look at who they have representing their store. What this person has done is illegal and has been reported to the police.

My partner and I purchased a bedroom suite today. What a great experience we had from finding the perfect suite to the outstanding service we received. Jacqui was amazing. Terrible experience – Updating my review after actually having a bed from Beds n Dreams. We received our bed in December of 2024 after having to call multiple times and be told that it had been in stock for some time without them telling us. We finally got the bed, and it was installed terribly. The bed was barely held together, and it squeaked and moved. This was over… Read more
Christmas, and we had to wait several weeks for it to be looked at. Some parts were then replaced, and this, of course, did not work and continued to be an issue. We asked for a replacement of the bed, which was agreed upon, but this took almost 6 months, arriving at the end of July. While the staff were good to deal with, we had no real communication while waiting, and the fact that we ordered a bed at the beginning of November and received it at the end of July is poor. We were also not offered any compensation for the wait, the poor work or the poor craftsmanship of their product. I did ask for something as it had been such a long, drawn-out process multiple times, and it was said that they would speak to the manager and get back to me again. This has never happened despite multiple requests. Overall, a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
