In the end we had to swap mattresses/beds within our household, which was not what we paid thousands to do. * At the time of delivery, we were told that we needed to pay an additional delivery fee plus an additional assembly fee that we had not been told about. We had always said we wanted the items delivered. When you buy an expensive package and tell them what you need, you don't expect add-ons at delivery/to be held to ransom. The salesperson was then on holidays, so we had to pay or not get our furniture. * Furniture was damaged when delivered, so we needed to wait months for replacement parts. * The salesperson kept adding in a desk to the package that we had said would not fit in our house. We had to contact them several times to have it removed from the order. * Not all items were available and we had to wait months for all the items to be available - well after what was promised - and then Beds n Dreams wanted us to pay yet again to have those items delivered. * We would never deal with this company again.

types of mattresses, the feel and what the mattress layering looked like. He was more than helpful and after his help it was decided that this was the place I was coming back to get my mattress.

Melanie was a big help whilst putting the payment through for the mattress. She explained everything well and in depth so I could understand exactly everything that I needed to know. She also showed me options of the bed frames/ensembles I was looking at that I could get to fit the mattress I was purchasing.

This team have been nothing but help and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this store and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m more than excited to get my mattress and have a great nights sleep.

Updated Review – UPDATE: I was contacted by Beds n Dreams (I believe it was the operational manager) after this review. He told me they don't want customers to have products they are not satisfied with and he would gladly give me a refund for the base if I returned it to the store. I bought a bed which was floor stock from this store. The receipt says "floor stock sold as is. No refund No returns" I was fine with buying the floor stock model as is because I didn't have an issue with its current condition at that time. Since then I have noticed the laminate covering has started to peel in a location that was not visible to me before (due to the way the bed was positioned). I have contacted the store to say this is not the condition I agreed to and this was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase. This to me seems like a fault with the design or quality of the product. When I called them they said I may have damaged it myself, when I asked how I would cause the laminate to peel the store manager suggested I may have spilt chemicals on it. They have refused to refund the product and told me they look forward to me laying a complaint. I am strongly disappointed in Beds n Dreams as they have straight up refused to refund an amount of only $300 for a crappy product. I'm sure $300 isn't a lot to them but it is to a single mum and when I told them I saved up to buy that bed base for my daughter they couldn't have cared less.

The salesperson, Tristan, was phenomenal and extremely helpful. He walked us through each of the options and have us advice and feedback on each one. He made the whole transaction feel easy and we will recommend him and the store to all of our friends. 6 stars our of 5! Show reply

Bought the same mattress as last time but different make! – I bought an extra firm double mattress 3 years ago and was very satisfied with it, with the expansion of family, I bought 2x extra firm mattress but with Queen size a couple of months ago and comes in totally different firmness level… The sales didn’t tell me this is already another make from the previous one despite I bought from the same store… Read more

and had my previous purchasing record and blamed me saying you tested the new one in store already even trying to sell a mattress topper. This new mattress killed me back and I had to visit physiotherapist regularly because it’s way too firm than the previous extra firm.

I have to now consider to dump these “new” mattress or this will ruin my life for sure.

Strongly not recommending.

Terrible hard mattress – I bought the firm Boston Queen mattress as it was quite ok in the store but when I got my new one delivered it wasn’t the same. Mattress fell apart within warranty period, awful customer service and zero accountability – The springs of our mattress came through the pillow top years before the warranty expired. unprofessional way to handle a return, considering we purchased in store, under an agreement with beds N Dreams. Once they had washed their hands of our complaint, we received in more awful service from mattress resources Australia, who are located in Brendale. We were left significantly out of pocket for courier expenses and finally received a replacement mattress that we were unable to view/test for comfort etc as our model was unavailable. The staff we spoke to multiple times were rude, completely unhelpful, would often put us on hold without warning and constantly transfer our calls without announcement at either end. I have never had a worse experience. I do not recommend wasting your time and money at Beds n Dreams Logan, or ever purchasing a Mattress produced by Mattress Resources Australia.
