Terrible Service – I brought 2 Dressing tables with mirrors and 2 side tables and these were floor stock and we were advised at the time to double check for marks or dents which we did and then we arranged with there delivery guy for it to be delivered. we received the goods they were wrapped in plastic from Jason when we undid these we then found a scratch a dent (which had tried to be puttied up) and the wood at the bottom of one of the mirrors split. The delivery guy could not of done this either as it was all wrapped n no rips or anything on it. I then emailed them on the 8th Dec and still on the 21st Dec had not heard back so emailed them again asking for them to get back to me ASAP. Which today the 22nd Dec they have just wrote back that it was floor stock n sold ASIS. Which we knew was floor stock. They still will not even have the decency to acknowledge they had caused these marks. There service and customer service is appalling and I would NOT recommend them at all!

Waited 5 weeks and still no bed delivery! – We paid our deposit on 2 beds for our kids on 31st March. One was in stock but the other would be a week wait. No problems, 2 weeks is fine. They are being delivered together so we don't have to pay 2 delivery fees. It is now the 2nd of May and the staff can still not give me a time frame on the delivery after being promised 2 weeks. is on it's way from Melbourne but they have no idea where and won't know until it hits the warehouse. This is unacceptable. If I knew my kids would be sleeping on the floor for 5 weeks (and no idea how much longer) we never would have purchased the beds from this store.

Why is it taking so long – I ordered French Coast Queen Bed with 2 bedside tables plus mattress & paid a deposit of over $1000 on 17 February at Maroochydore store. They said approx. 2 week delivery still waiting as of 26 April. First they were waiting on side tables then had side tables & waiting on bed then bed in warehouse was faulty. He was really knowledgeable about the products in store, and was really good at figuring out what we specifically were looking for in a mattress, rather than just suggesting a "best seller" or something really expensive. was treated. I am pleased to say that the store manager contacted me personally and asked for my side of the story and apologised for the miss communication between me and the staff members involved. She also agreed to pay the $150 I had to pay the delivery driver on arrival for me. After having been waiting around all day for a delivery truck to turn up when it wasn’t coming that day. I was very happy with her apology and that she agreed to wave the $150 i was expected to pay. Delivery men called 20 mins before arrival and turned up within allocated time slot. Even though the after sales process wasn’t the best the manager stepped up and did the right thing. Thankyou

Pleasant purchase experience – We went looking for a Queen mattress after having tried two mattress in the boxes online without success. No complaints with the salesperson whatsoever. We were shown several within our budget and purchased one that day, and it arrived two days later. I don’t have anything but praise for Lulu and the staff we encountered. We were able to spend as much time as necessary trying out the different mattress they have there.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lulu at the Maroochydore store.

Excellent service manager Craig and assistant Brandon!!!! – I purchased a 4 piece bedroom suite costing $3400. When it was delivered and unpacked, 3 pieces were damaged. Maroochydore offered a replacement and had to wait another 3 weeks for replacement items. knew I had made the right decision shopping with bedsndreams. He assured me that he would take full control of the situation to which he did. Craig went out of his way and drove all the way to the Sunshine Coast on his day off to not only fix the damage to the bed already broken but to also correctly install our other bed.

Best sleep Silent night London plush mattress – This desicion took us two days trying many beds and we both agreed to the Silent night London plush in king size . We both loved it first night and still 6 months later perfect , no dips ,no partner disturbance.
