The bottom drawer of the Tallboy did not close properly, I advised the store of this and within 2 days the drawer was fixed.

The after sales team informed me that the track was bent and this would have been caused by heavy force.

I informed the after sales person that i had moved the Tallboy to vacuum and the bttom drawer did swing open.

If it wasnt covered by warranty, I was willing to pay for any repairs.

This repair was covered by the warranty. As I said before, this is one of the most honest and trustworthy organisations I have ever dealt with.

I popped into focus furniture Mile End to purchase a bed frame as they had one on display. None in stock again. 5 week wait. I checked out Beds n Dreams, they had what looked like the same bed frame with a higher price. Great assistance from the young lady & then the manager joined in. Their explanation regarding the bed frame & price tag made sense, I was impressed with the service & bed frame so I made the purchase. Including the bed frame I paid for delivery & to be assembled, it was a lot more than I wanted to pay at the time.

A bit of confusion with delivery at first but all good on the day, the guy who assembled the bed frame was incredible, did a great thorough job. Overall experience, I feel I got great value for money, great service, very satisfied with the bed frame & the outcome. Thank You.

Customer service equally as disgusting as the product quality – I purchased a bed frame in July last year. In March this year (8 months after) the top right leg gave way. upset with the service (not to mention the quality of the bed frame I purchased). Their excuse was that my emails were in their 'junk' inbox. They told me someone would come to my house and assess the bed and whether it was under the warranty to replace. In this time between the leg breaking and finally getting a reasonable response, the middle support frame busted and bent to one side. The rubber foot on the support frame cracked, and had been scraping along the floor of my rental house. A man came approximately a week later and had barely glanced at the bed (which I had already disassembled due to no longer being able to sleep on it anymore safely) and said, "yeah, look, we're probably not going to be able to help you with this. No other 'Oasis' frames have done this. It's from the bed moving around, not because it's faulty." He said someone would email me to let me know what's going on. Long and behold, it is almost mid June and I have had no answer. Absolutely disgusting store, it makes me sick. Complete waste of money.

I have previously bought two other mattresses from Beds n Dreams. I have always enjoyed the sales experience. The sales staff are approachable and less pushy than some of the other stores. Beds n Dreams. I walk in with several questions, this easily leads to a mattress decision, and then the buying process is quick. There isn't any upsell, and delivery options are always available in a fast timeframe. Pricing is always the best of any store I have visited, and I am able to easily purchase accessories like pillows, protectors, without any hassle. It's just an efficient process all around.

We bought what we wanted and liked the service. What we didn't realise was how difficult it would be for us to put it together. It would have been better to have had it installed. Show reply

stair delivery being on receipt), bed base delivered in pieces, we were not told assembly was needed and therefore not offered to purchase assembly service (which we happily would have paid for if told it was being delivered in pieces…), to top it off no assembly instructions for the bed base and we had to drive back to the store to get the instructions.

Poor customer service but good product – Sales person hard to understand due to heavy accent and kept walking away with back to you so made it harder. When I said pardon, they basically rolled their eyes and seemed annoyed they needed to repeat information. Continued when product was picked up. He listened to our needs and suggested several mattresses based on those needs, aftet testing all the options we settled on a mattress and base option, with Richard happy to confirm stock and work around a delivery time that was suitable for us. visited). Whilst they did have a sale on, their prices were competitive anyway, and they had a reasonable selection to choose from. Once we decided to purchase the mattress, the process was really easy and stress-free and we were done in minutes, with the mattress due to be delivered in days on our requested day. Buying a mattress is not something we do every day so I did some research then proceeded to visit all 5 bed stores at Mile End, whilst most were good to deal with, Richard was comfortably the best and knew his stuff but was also aware enough to break down all of the technology talk to a simple explanation.
