other up to 30 seconds for the head section to move. I gave up using the bottom section of one because it may or may not operate after a minute which is frustrating. A service rep finally came out after my trying to get one for some months. He changed some parts, but a connector to the receiver was not fitted properly and fell out. I couldn’t get him out again so I found the problem and reconnected it myself with great difficulty given the weight of the base. Once the bed was working it was still extremely unreliable and nothing resembling the demonstration bed. I am constantly changing batteries with with some improvement, but after a few days the one bed reverts to its old self. Being old with bad health problems we needed beds that work reasonably well, what we got are beds that do not operate properly and poor service from Beds n Dreams. Their complaint service has not responded to my request for mediation so I am posting this this as a final review. Unfortunately we now put up with the problem because of the frustration, but I can safely say never again.

Bad service – They use floor stock as a way to sell damaged mattress and rip people off. I was told only people sat on it and gave me 50% off. When delivered I phoned store and they basically told me too bad. Never buy anything from them Show details

Don’t recommend this store, scammers working there – I purchased a bed, tallboy, mattress and a pillow. I chose a mattress, which was firm. I was able to get it all in one deal. They gave me the wrong mattress that was cheaper than the one I paid for. In the invoice they wrote the cheaper mattress instead of the one I paid for. Springvale. This store would have to be right up there as the best bedding store in Melbourne. Its easily the biggest Beds and Dreams store in Melbourne. Huge range of bedroom suites to choose from. We are sharing this information with you because we just can't be happier with the quality, best price and services from Brendan and Shikha.

Stay away from this store- unethical business – Bought the most expensive king bed suite with guest bed frame from Cranbourne store from [Name Removed]. She trick us thinking we got the display bed frame but on the invoice put a different product for us. ask her to bring it up she said no time. Even call to speak to store manager, he said nothing can be done because that what on the receipt, we ask him to check the camera because before we made payment, she walked us down and confirm again that what we want, so we did not check the invoice as we thought she double confirm us already. He doesn’t care and try to protect his sale woman all the way. Would not buy any product from this store again.

Excellent Service – I just received my bedroom suite and mattress from Beds and Dreams Cranbourne. From day one Brendan and Stuart were fantastic. They quoted us 8 weeks it arrived in 7. We shopped everywhere but we came back because of the excellent service and knowledge they both provided us. They packaged a great deal for us. Disappointing from Delivery to Use – Firstly delayed delivery.On top of that,incorrect parts arrived and had to take another day off from work for receiving the correct part. The beds inter joining connections are so poorly designed that within 4 months the fittings came off. AVOID - Extremely Unprofessional – My husband and I attended at the Cranbourne store to purchase a mattress. We found the mattress that we wanted to purchase, only to be told they had none in stock. The salesman that served us, asked one of the other salespeople if they had any of the mattresses we wanted on lay-by, to which she replied no. The salesman said he could have the… Read more

mattress ordered in by mid week, we did not confirm that we would be buying the mattress. He asked for our phone number. We had only just left the store, to go looking at other stores, when my husband received a call from the salesman advising that he had found the mattress. We went back to the store, paid for the mattress and when we drove to the back of the store to collect, my husband knew immediately something was wrong as the salesman was 'looking' for the 'found' mattress. Then the salesman advised "Oh I must have made a mistake, we don't seem to have one. Then to add insult to injury he advised that when we return to pick up the mattress he would throw in two free pillows!! My husband believes that the salesman had pulled that stunt before. If he wanted the sale that bad he should have asked for us to leave a deposit.
