Customer service great, delivery was a disaster – The customer service was terrific in store ! We chose a mattress so quickly and was able to get it delivered within a couple of days at such a great price which was great ! Day of delivery, I personally watched them drag the mattress along the stairs which lifted and bent the metal plate on the stairs. They told me a king won't fit up the stairs… Read more

and left it downstairs after they noticed what they had done. They ran out the door so fast. I contacted the store and they had told me they can't do anything as it was like that when they got there. We managed to get it upstairs ourselves with no damages and had a good night sleep.

day 1 and most importantly, my severe back issues are drastically reduced and my sciatica is gone. I get a full night's sleep and wake up with no pain. I've had $500 beds and $5000 beds, none are as good as this $1200 pocket springs engineering marvel.

Thrown in mattress protector that doesn't even fit – Bought a $2500 mattress where they 'threw in' a free mattress protector but what they gave us doesn't fit the thickness off the mattress rendering it useless. If we don't use it, warranty won't be covered if mattress starts to sink. The mattress protector comes off everyday and is unusable. Complained to bedsndreams and they have done nothing… Read more

about it. They clearly take your money and run. Also, the mattress lost its cooling factor (ice tek) less than a month in (which was a major selling point for us). I feel like I've been scammed.
