Grear Customer Service plus from beginning to end – Friendly team at the Midland store with great product knowledge to assist with purchasing the right bed for my needs. Amazing quality in the Englander range. Didn't have to wait too long for my bed to be made and delivered with the staff ensuring I recieved it asap and delivery service was on point no problem even though access to my place is a challenge. I got the mattress of my dreams – I cannot talk highly enough about the wonderful and professional way I was treated when buying my new mattress. Excellent Customer Service – I bought a gas lift bed last year and the lady who was helping me was fantastic. Very easy transaction and nice friendly helpful advice. Unfortunately the gas lift struts were faulty and I rang Beds n Dreams because it was still in warranty. No hassle at all, the guy was here the following week to fit new gas struts.
