Excellent customer care – After looking around I came back to The Bedshed. The attention to my preferences, accommodating my needs, and the deal I received were way above other businesses thanks to Ryan and Tony.

Excellent Service. Excellent Price – Absolute best customer service I have ever received. Tony made the experience so easy, and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my lower back pain problems. He exceeded me expectations for picking out a mattress. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Bedshed Aspley.

Dangerous!!!!! – The mattress was that hot thru summer it put me in hospital twice with dehydration! Doctors and GP didn’t know what was happening but the only thing the hospital could find when taken there by the ambulance with symptoms of fatigue and fainting was terrible dehydration. and after telling them I have a new mattress that’s very hot and I wake up in a lather of sweat every morning they told me because of sweating all night my body got drained of fluids. Summer nearly cost me my life and after being out of pocket for the mattress, tests and hydration supplies all summer my repeated calls to the company never got anywhere. Last time I called the store manager called back and told me she would ring back after talking to the store owner. Never heard anything from anybody after that. 10 year warranty and I had to buy a second mattress from a different company less that a year after buying this one. Not great at all!!!! Being on the pension I could have done without being out of pocket thousands of dollars, 2 mattresses, costs of tests that weren’t covered by Medicare and hydration fluid all summer. Worst year of my life and worst purchase I have ever had!!

Sore back and sleepless nights from new mattress – New mattress extremely uncomfortable, didn't sleep from very first night, tried it for 2 more nights, still sleeping terribly and waking up with back pain each morning (I don't have a back problem). Tried to return it, but they would only do so if we spent another $379, nearly the price of the original mattress. Was also told to jump all over the mattress to reduce firmness. Just don't go there.

Problems, but mitigated by prompt attention from manager – UPDATE: The Manager, Tony, contacted us promptly to organise getting a whole new bed fast tracked in less than a week. customised bed in early July. When delivered, the bedbase was wrong. Bedshed admitted fault and ordered another base.

After several weeks spent chasing it up (they offered 2 pillows in compensation) a new base was finally delivered. Now the bedhead is wrong.

We have been unable to use our ensuite properly as it’s been stuffed with our belongings that were previously under our old bed, and we’re meant to be stored in the new gas-lift base that was incorrectly delivered as a standard base (no storage).

Our sleep has also been disturbed (one night shift worker and another with narcolepsy) due to making/receiving calls.

Received new bed from Bedshed Aspley bed is great, service was great as well they went out of their way to help us & gave us a very good deal. Thanks Jude & Tony. Show details ·  1

Professional and friendly service with thorough knowledge of product – Bedshed Aspley was well set out for product inspection. A substantial range of products was available to consider. The service from business owner Tony and his staff was exceptional as we, the customers, were treated with respect, consideration and flexibility re: delivery of bed and base. Great advice and assistance with my selection I had not bought a mattress for years so tried a few different styles and brands to find the one. Very disappointing after sales care – I am disappointed with their after sales service. On the day I made my purchases I was promised a receipt would be emailed. It took several phone calls and also several emails over a few weeks to have the receipt emailed to me. There is a problem with my mattress and I was assured it would be replaced within 2 weeks. I purchased it in late June. It is now August and I have not heard anything further. I do not have the time to keep chasing.

Excellent service, quality, cost, delivery – The service provided at Aspley store in Brisbane was GREAT! We went back to the store 3 times and Shane was ALWAYS providing his best quality of customer service. Amazingly Efficient Customer Service! – We had bought furniture for our entire home a few years ago, everything had been perfect without any issues but recently one of the struts in our gas lift bed got stuck. Adam and Tony were constantly in touch with us through the entire process (considering the current scenario) and got it all rectified under warranty. Can't ask for a better service!

Bed MIA – Purchased a bedroom suite in September. After several phone calls and delivery of a temporary bedframe now a month ago. Said bed frame is MIA. Despite trying to ascertain a delivery date I am still none the wiser. Extremely poor customer service..... update. Bed delivered this morning. Owner extremely apologetic for the poor service.
