knowledgeable and able to articulate the pros and cons of the various options available. He was relaxed & down to earth and he carefully listened to what I wanted and was not pushy or trying too hard to sell anything. I had planned to visit another store near by and said I would see what they had available before making a decision. What a completely different experience it was at F/Winks. I found the sales women was not interested in what I wanted in mattress type and was trying to upsell me to something I didn't want. I walked out of F/Winks and went straight back to Bedshed and brought a Sealy mattress. Elton at Bedshed was terrific to deal with. I noticed the other sales staff as they were with other customers and they too were friendly & knowledgeable. The store is well laid out, has a lot of mattress choices available. We chose to pick up the mattress rather then have it delivered and were able to do that with easy access and no hassle. It was a pleasure being in store at Bedshed Mornington and I cannot fault their excellent customer service and highly recommend them. Our Sealy mattress is fabulous and we are very happy with the purchase.

Found Bedshed staff to be fantastic but also very honest and genuine with their recommendations compared to the opposition next door that were outrageously expensive and market driven. The buying experience was good. The logistics / delivery was a total mess. Minimal communication from the store. We bought two mattresses and arranged to have them delivered to an apartment that were are staging for Airbnb. We were told it would be two weeks, which went by with no communication. When we chased it up we were given a date (3.5… Read more

weeks after the order) then that was cancelled and we were given a new date. Then on the morning of that date we were informed only one the mattresses would be delivered, and the other one two days later. They could not commit to a time for the second delivery. We are working people and do not live at the apartment, so my wife had to commit to not working and spending an entire day waiting for this delivery. In the meantime we could not open the apartment for let, costing us thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

The person in the store when we were following up was unhelpful and unapologetic. Said it was out of her hands.

Will not buy from them again,

chronic back pain for over twenty years which has impacted my sleep. Since I have had my new mattress my sleep quality has improved 100%. I have since returned an purchased a new Tempur pillow - also amazing. I absolutely recommend Bedshed for the quality of their products and customer service and special thanks to Cathie. The staff in bed shed Mornington were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my bed dropped off yesterday and my delivery drivers were also really friendly and they told me how to put the bed together. The entire process was fantastic. Our salesman was not at all pushy. He did recommend that I pay for the installation and I'm glad that he did as it was one of the harder models to build. My two delivery and installation men were the best.
