Where do I begin I had my bed delivered on the day promised by 2 young men, I asked if they would take extra care and make sure they didn’t damage the bed due to a previous bed purchased from Bedshed that was damaged. it, I showed they young man (and I will be respectful) which he said it’s in the wood it’s not a chip! I took a photo and showed him and said I would call the store to explain. I spoke to [Name Removed] and explained the situation to her that was happening I said that I believed the damage was caused in the truck during the unpacking stage but never once directed blame on the 2 young men, one of the young men who’s name was [Name Removed] went very quiet and would not speak to me and as he left I said to him I believe he was upset with my comment about the bed possibly being damaged in the truck during the unpacking stage, this is where it turned nasty, he said “I don’t like being accused of damaging your bed” in which I said I hadn’t blamed him, he argued with me and stood over me glaring at me and talking back at me and trying to Intimidate me, I did ask him to leave my property immediately in which he back handed me another rude remark as he walked off. A second bed was delivered from the warehouse manager a couple of hours later, the headboard was again damaged and he asked to you want it and I obviously said NO, further damage was done to the side rail as they had dragged the mattress over the frame and took a huge chip out of the bed again, called the store again and the men turned around and put another side rail on, the bottom of the bed is out of alignment and I have been told no more boxes will be opened. I was told if I wanted another bed to come in and inspect the floor stock and I could have that one! I didn’t pay for a floor demo I paid for a new item, I have spent over $16k in 6 months with Bedshed and I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, I was treated like I had done something wrong, quick to jump on you and take your cash different story after that. UPDATE I had my new bed head delivered today and seemed to be better than the previously water stained one sent initially Once the delivery guys had left I went in to re make the bed up and looked down and saw a big hole in the side panel, obviously dropped the screwdriver into it!!!! Cut a long story short the sales lady called after me wanting a solution and was told the owner had advised all they could do is come and collect the bed and give my money back. They will not open any more boxes to give a new section that was damaged by them! I re explained the bed piece that is now in question was perfectly fine until it was damaged with the screwdriver. It’s like talking to a brick wall This store is a joke!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR GO TO HARVEY NORMAN wish we had!!!!!!!!

Not happy – I purchased an almost $5000 mattress from bedshed cockburn less than 4 years ago and I have been trying to submit a warranty claim for 8 months and the customer service I have received has been horrific. cleaned (even though I already had and had lost the receipt) spoke to the store manager who was so incredibly rude and condescending and spoke to me like I knew nothing. Submitted the new receipt and I heard nothing for 3 weeks despite me chasing up and then was met with “oh so and so was away and she has been dealing with it”. Warranty submitted and told that it was normal body impressions (the mattress is incredibly soft compared to when I brought it) but no mention of how loose the fabric was. Was told if I paid they would reconsider, wasn’t until I asked if they took it away where was I expected to sleep that there was a ‘loan’ mattress. There was no mention that the mattress protector has a warranty too (I only found that out after my close friend that works at another bedshed told me). So now not only am I out what I paid for the dud mattress, I’m expected to pay even more out of pocket to have it inspected even after the rudeness and barriers o have been met with at every point. Having purchased a similar mattress from snooze previously, the customer service I received from snooze was phenomenal. I’m very disappointed

Check your receipts – Check your receipt. I was told I would get free delivery and 2 free pillows. They lied to me and charged me for delivery and the pillows. The salesman knew exactly what they were doing. I complained to the manager but they didn’t care. To me it felt like they were stealing from me. If I walked out with 2 pillows they would call the police for stealing. What is the difference and how can they get away with stealing. SHAME ON BEDSHED COCKBURN. Show details

staff guys were very helpful and professionally friendly. Not once pushy. Very knowledgeable. I've been laying on my new mattress after it was delivered first thing today and I'm very satisfied with the supportive structure. I've never had a bad mattress ever from bedshed malaga which has always been my go to store. Thanks guys.

Just bought a bed, base and quilt and are thrilled with the qualitt and price. The service by Nadine was fantastic she is very knowledgeable, spent lots of time matching our needs to the right bed before encouraging us to spent plenty of time lying on it. Avoid like the plague – I would not go anywhere near them again and I recommend no one does and this is beyond the damage their delivery drivers did to my brand new Tasmanian Myrtle wood floors which they are not willing to even enter conversation about restoring or paying for the restoration of. Unfortunately this date was missed due to my payment not going through (my bad) but even if it had my suite would have been delivered sans mattress. What is the point of a bed with no mattress? The mattress would not be in until the end of that week.

earliest new date was the 28th of August. They were to text me 2 hours before delivery. I got a text 13 minutes before the window they were due to show up in. They then put the tall boy in and it was obviously wonky and they left it.

Once they were done they told me there was spare legs due to the frame being universal and not required on this bed. As they left I saw the massive gouge in my floor, later I found a nut which possibly caused it. Bedshed are saying this nut was a spare, but I do not believe them any more. here is also the bed head where screws have gone in so deep the melamine is exposed. The store told me this is the design of the piece
