Beware of tactics – BEWARE of dealing with [Name Removed] , his marketing flyer via email and phone confirmation made me buy a land and as soon as the land gets exchanged they increase the price within 10 days to $730k from $646k due to council fees and landscaping and other land charges, even the land is flat and with 1 m fall. their marketing tactics and now I experienced it, totally dishonest and unprofessional. Never trust the contract and terms and conditions as they are for them to increase price after look in. DO NOT WASTE TIME, MONEY, not worth headache. Deal with honest and transparent builder that can stood by the promises they make. They not even apologied.

Excellent service from Nathan Coles – Nathan Coles has been extremely helpful with explaining the entire building process. He has created consultations that are easy to understand and has been very accomodating, making sure that what we want in a home is all accounted for. Excellent Support so far - from initial consultation to planning stage – Mandy and Tracey at Warnervale have been excellent so far in : a) Hopefully solving 3 major problems which another builder could not - so we switched to Beechwood after spending over a year planning with the other company previously b) Coming up with very amendments to their standard plans to suit our specific needs c) Of great significance… Read more

to us - and another major reason why we went with Beechwood was that other Companies we spoke to wanted us to pay 5% deposit BEFORE plans were submitted to Council . ... very very risky if the plans are rejected/ are accepted conditional on major changes to be made later...

In comparison, Beechwood offered: i) Initial planning, concept plans and drawing up tender for $nil ii) Wait for pre-approval from Bank , then once that is received, pay only a few thousand dollars to get final plans drawn up and submitted to Council iii) Only AFTER plans have been approved will we need to make the main larger deposit ie Beechwood take away a lot of the risk

loved the constant updates from beechwood and the communication with the office. Once slab was down, it was 22 weeks before we were in, this was during the middle of covid, just proof that with good organising, the holdups are only due to bad supervisors. Would highly recommend beechwood and the thornton office, especially Mandy who was definitely the main reason for such a successful build.
