I struggled to. I could not find a website or where to contact the company. In the end I used it for about 12 months until it packed it in. I know use a Monster

Hi. I bought one of these 2 in 1 Steam Mops for my daughter. She wasn't happy with it as she said it didn't do the job. I decided that I would get it off her to try it myself. However she can't find the pad/s for it. Can you please tell me where I can get a new pad for the mop s I that I can try it?

I could not find anywhere to get the pads. I searched everywhere, including the UK. But wasn't able to find any replacements. I also could not find a contact for the company. In the end I through out the mop and bought a Monster. Which certainly does a much better job. Very easy to find replacement pads for.

My Beldray steam mop was purchased late last year and used once before I went overseas November. Wanted to use it again last week but it produced no steam. Has anyone had the problem and is there a fix?

I haven't had this problem. Its still working well. Did you find where to get any replacement pads? I do think this is just a throw away steam mop for the price of it.
