included on the quote but the service section of the company has refused all attempts to discuss the issue but has flatly refused to rectify the problems. The service department offers no service at all. I could never recommend Betta!
Absolutely marvellous – Absolutely fabulous service. I honestly cannot recommend enough. After I selected what Design I wanted, the team were given access to my house whilst I was away. efficient, extremely clean and tidy (no mess at all!!), a highly professional team. I would highly recommend betta wardrobes Brookvale and will be reusing them once our upstairs renovation is complete.

Beyond terrible! – My first and last experience with Betta Wardrobes. There is no word to describe the frustration I felt since day dot! the worst part was not the bad quality of the wardrobe installed (poor quality, really bad finishing), but the terrible customer service afterwards. either. Forget asking to speak to a manager. The manager hides behind the customer service lady, who can only give you the scripted answer. After weeks of complaining about the work done in my place, they agreed to fix it after a month, but they never showed up. When I called again, they said they couldn't commit to a day and time. So they expect you to give up complaining... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! you'll regret it.. You'd be better off paying a little bit extra with anyone else, I regret not buying my wardrobe from Fox Wardrobe, much more professional.

I had no confidence in him and said hold it, I need to talk to your office. He left. Head office first response was that I had cancelled the job and needed to pay the job cost IN FULL although no work had been done. They had my deposit. I couldn't believe it. They wouldn't enter into any discussion. They said they were going to sue me in the small claims court and sent me paperwork. I continued to try and discuss this with them but all I got was "You owe us $940" If we had gone to court they would have lost because at no point had they engaged with me. Just a brick wall. Eventually - because I continued to negotiate in good faith - they said if I paid in full they would complete the job, although their own T&Cs say customer pays on completion. I was dealing with an accountant who seemed to think she was some high rolling lawyer. The whole experience was awful. In the end 2 very nice guys came and completed the job and I paid the balance on completion. I will never use Betta again. Worst "customer service" ever. And with hindsight I could have used any handyman to put up these shelves. Very expensive nightmare.
Quality installation, excellent customer service – We installed a wardrobe as a pantry as part of a large renovation. This pantry is one of my favourite parts of the whole reno. The woman in store was very helpful and warm and her follow up was very timely. The installer was so polite and tidy and thorough. One year on and there have been no issues with any element. Exceeded our expectations – We enjoyed all aspects of our dealings with the company. Sebastian, the installer, in particular did an outstanding job with the sliding doors to all four of our cupboards. The most unprofessional business i have ever worked with – The most unprofessional business i have ever worked with. Betta stuffed up our simple job more times than i can count. Consistently making mistakes from taking deposits, saying they would arrive on a date and not turning up, to getting our measurements wrong x3 times! I will never use this company again.
Won't own up to their mistakes – Has taken 7 months to receive our doors after they took us to small claims court for an invoice that hadn't been paid BECAUSE we had not received a product that fit or any product for that matter. CEO (head office) agreed to the discount just before court. We received the doors and paid the amount negotiated. Now they are taking us BACK to court for the payment of the doors that didn't fit and were not installed. Over 30 hr of our time to accommodate them to measure, fix issues, install, re install, not turn up when they say they were coming. The communication is poor. We have tried to talk with [Name Removed] the CEO and he won't return our calls. Disgraceful way to run a business. And the rubber door seal on the door keeps popping out. Maintenance guy just says to keep sticking it back in.
Betta frameless shower screen – I had a new shower screen door installed 19 months ago. Gradually the door has been getting very hard to open. Repair man came out and he cut 5 inches completely off the bottom seal now water leaks out. The door is still jamming and when I told him it was hard for me with arthritis in my hands he told me to use my other hand. Cheeky!! obviously… Read more
not interested in customer service. I want to know if it could be adjusted at the hinges as the door has dropped on one side. When the door was installed I could not fault them.

Great workmanship, on-time and easy to order – I have used Betta wardrobes on several occasions now and find the team friendly and easy to deal with. The wardrobe was installed ontime and the finished product was exactly what we were after. recommend but – Quality hinged built-in from Betta wardrobes. The price was cheaper than the competitor and customised internal layout perfectly suits. BUT, after 18 months the laminate started peeling off in three separate spots and although it is under warranty, I was to be charged $220 call-out fee to fix it. Very disappointing, considering I had a similar issue with a cabinet from a different supplier and they have come out twice at no cost to make repairs.
NO AFTER CARE SERVICE – Before installation and installation day was good. 3 months after installation I am still waiting for a representative to attend my premises and fix the issues I have with all 3 wardrobes that were installed. has fallen off (the glue has come unstuck). I spent close to $13000.00 with this business and the after care service is disgraceful. They keep promising to come and they don't turn up. The last straw for me is that the representative that was suppose to arrive today told me to 'f**k off and that he wouldn't by 'f***ing coming. He said this to me because I called him to ask where he was as he was already 15 minutes late from when he told me he was 40 min away. It turned out that he hadn't even left the suburb. Last time when he was supposed to come I was told 3 times during the day that he would be here at a specified time.. I waited from 7am to 6pm for him to arrive and he didn't. Betta, you need to get your act together. Not once have I received a formal apology or a solution to get someone here to fix my wardrobes. It's time to get legal advice with this as I am finished communicating with this people. Time for me to go to Consumer Affairs about this situation.

who took the measurements was fantastic. But we’ve had massive problems with the installation and Betta’s after sales service.
Weeks ago the shelves in the wardrobe collapsed, narrowly missing my son who was sleeping next to them.
When I checked the next morning, I saw that they had been installed incorrectly. The section that had come apart was missing a bracket that should have been screwed in.
I contacted Betta the next day and they said it was company policy to send the same person who installed the shelves to fix them and he wouldn’t be available for weeks.
I said that I didn’t want that bloke as he hadn’t done a very good job.
After repeated emails, phone calls and me going into the Brookvale show room they finally sent someone out - the same person who had done the dodgy job the first time.
He said that we must have caused the problem and falsely claimed that we must have slammed the sliding door. Amazingly, he then left without installing the bracket.
Betta’s inaction prevented me bringing my books up from the basement of our building. In the recent floods the basement flooded and I lost many of my precious books.
In the end I had to pay someone else to fix the shelves, even though they were meant to be under warranty.
Betta were completely unresponsive to my many calls and when they did come out they evaded responsibility for a problem their poor installation had created.
I will never use them again and could not recommend them to anyone else.

escalate to Finance at corp!! Advised there was a shortage of wood. Blamed Covid.
That being said the company has poor outdated systems. Good field staff not supported by management or systems.
Arrogance at corp level by disregard to the sales and install teams ..

Excellent workmanship! – We have had Betta Wardrobes to our home 3 times over the past 12 or so years to install wardrobes, linen cupboards and recently a bookcase. We couldn't be happier. The wardrobes we had installed 12 or so years ago are super sturdy and have held up extremely well under a large volume of clothing. The bookcases look amazing and are extremely strong. The service is friendly across the board of people we dealt with. 10/10 from us! Show details
