Appalling service for installation of frameless shower screens in two bathrooms. One panel was remeasured and cut 3 times to get it to fit. Other panels also had to be remeasured and cut. showers creen door, something that was never mentioned in the design we approved or by anyone during the numerous installation attempts. No compensation/discount was ever offered to atone for the terrible experience.

Wow - had the worst phone experience with Lauren. Please never call or email me. Service terminated. With respect, I don't care that you are new to your job. Not sure why you insistent to tell me this.

Wardrobes came back to look at it. The next day I received an aggressive call from the general manager of Betta Wardrobes. He did not ask why we were not satisfied or how the problem could be resolved. He refused to send anyone to look at the wardrobe to see if it was correctly installed unless I paid in full first. He was rude and combative from the outset. He would not allow me to get a word in and spoke over me repeatedly. Subsequently he has sent me threatening emails. Such a bully. It has been a really shocking experience. Update: I have since been contacted by other disappointed customers sharing similar stories.

& I was receiving prompt responses to my emails & phone-calls. The installer was also terrific. Whilst we were happy with the end result, the only thing we were unhappy with were the drawers which by the way we had no say in - we were never offered options even though I shared pictures of what the wardrobe needs were. When I followed up to request the drawers be changed, my experience with the Betta Wardrobes team changed - I was initially asked to pay more, then I was asked to get in touch with the customer service team & I have received only radio silence to all my emails since then. We have spent almost $5,000 on 2 wardrobes which is not a small amount of money. From a customer experience point of view, I would have expected that the Betta Wardrobes team would have immediately addressed the issue & resolved it. Sad to see customer service is only in play to secure a sale & not to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with the end result.

company and their completely incompetent and indifferent service department at Taren Point that continually needed to be constantly chased to honour their warranty, to arrange a simple service call many months later, to receive a returned call, to fulfill their prior promises, to attend neglected appointments and they were consistently combative, rude and abrasive. A very unpleasant experience.

Lovely staff, extremely helpful and friendly - from the sales team to the installers. Detailed quote and transparency with pricing options. Fantastic range of options and great quality. Installation was very good but aftercare fell short – Unfortunately the buffer strip at end of one of the wardrobe doors was not in securely and came loose within a couple of days. I rang and spoke to a lovely woman at Betta who organised for a fellow to come and fix it - he did and the whole job took less than 5 minutes. Then I received a bill for $180. it and they would not speak to me, I had to email them regarding my problem - which I did. Five days later I received a second bill. I am not paying this fee as I consider it to be part of the installation process.

5 star product and service 4 a very reasonable price – We needed new doors on a built in robe, we priced what we needed at Bunnings, but not being able to fit them ourselves we thought we'd shop around. Professional and efficient service! – My new wardrobes are fantastic and were extremely well installed by a very hardworking Mohamad. He worked tirelessly to complete the large wardrobes in an older house and he paid great attention to detail. The whole process from ordering to measuring with Bobby to final installation was organised and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Don’t waste your time! Terrible customer service – After 3 phone calls & 4 emails I give up. Absolutely terrible customer service. Obviously only want the big jobs, not small ones. Great product – I bought 2 sliding doors for pre existent built ins. Quality of my doors are amazing. The installers were very considerate and caring. Also did a fantastic job.
