Very fast from time I selected them to completion, about 4 days. Good communication from the designer and a product of the quality I expected. No problems with it at all.
Think twice before you select this company. It’s all very customer focused until you have an issue with an installed product at which point your concerns are dismissed and no interest at all in coming out to discuss the matter. Have taken it further and they still continue to maintain its as per standard. Would never entertain using this company again. Stay clear
We built up wardrobe from Betta . Was very happy with workmanship. But now there is frame coming out from bottom and look like won't stay longer. I have given warranty for 15 years for no extra charges now they asking for $290 call out fee. I have attached copy of contract. Customer service is very rude. Thanks

Sayed did a perfect job of my two wardrobes considering the small bedroom on second floor apartment. Very polite and happy to be helping me. I couldn’t find fault with anything. I wasn’t expecting another man with him cos I was told one person, so it would have been good to know beforehand who was coming into my home. Being a woman living on her own we need to know these things.
Quick and professional installation. Easy to deal with. Always helpful with all enquires.
Excellent customer service by Sam. Always available. Installation was efficient and clean. We are very happy with the end product.
Friendly and professional – Friendly service on initial enquiry. Gentleman who measured up for quote was friendly and professional. The installer was prompt and did a great job and left everywhere so clean. Highly recommend.

Disaster – I received my quote for 2 wardrobes for sliding doors. My quote was done 17/10/2023. I was assured by the guy quoting if my drawers would still be able to be opened. 18th December. First mistake..... was to be the first job for the day. I had to leave by 10.30am ...first job should be there by then. By 10 still no show so I phoned Taren Point was told he was on his way. He arrived at 10.45 I had left . My adult son was here so he offered to wait for the installer. The installer asked my son how it should be installed..... on my quote there was no instructions on removing any part of the frame. The installer phoned Taren Point and question the installation and was told to install it anyway. I phone Taren point office about the fact my drawers couldn't be opened and the coat hangers touch the doors....so the doors dragged on the hangers and clothes. I phone Taren Point when i arrived home...was told some one would get back to me......still waiting. Many emails sent. one reply suggesting new internals as the solution. I even sent an email the manger , suggesting he doesn't run the company in a very good way. So maybe he should send a rep out to see the problems. Rep contacted me about 4 days later and came the next day . He was lovely to deal with. He did say upon looking at my wardrobes that they should have never been installed. So 5 days later the solution was to replace the internals that are perfectly fine and set out the way I like them to be. But I would offered a good price for them to be installed. I have to pay for their mistake . Surely a different door could have been offered. I could go on a lot more but this is enough. Would never recommends to anyone. My doors were not top of the line but.......where is the after service or even the 15 year warranty. I am still waiting for a result .

hangers have gone to a round pole, with 3 small screws holding it up on each side, as opposed to a rounded rectangular pole that sits in a fixture that can hold a good weight..
Follow-up · The mirrored doors are good quality, and are the cheapest option. The installation team was great , very clean after install. The drawers are good quality, not as good as blum soft close, but do the job.

The workmanship was excellent and the installer was brilliant. We are a little disappointed with the quality of the drawer runners and maybe we should upgrade to better quality. They feel flimsy.
After an unsatisfactory experience with another wardrobe company, Betta Wardrobes came to our assistance - supplying new made-to-measure wardrobe doors, all within 2 weeks from order to installation. The doors are of excellent quality, 25mm thick, and installed now slide so smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the friendly, helpful staff and especially our new wardrobe doors.
I recently had built-in wardrobes installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from start to finish – the team was professional, punctual, and really listened to what I wanted. The wardrobes are excellent quality, beautifully finished, and have completely transformed the space. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Service is not good – While the end product is good the trouble to get anything rectified, when they have done something wrong, is not worth the trouble of using this company. Some helpful staff but it would appear the theme from management it to pretend nothing is wrong and hope customer goes away. Sad service in this day and age.

reading quotes/diagrams. Quote drawings was not explained to me properly, had to have it amended & some measurements not included on my quote Price way too much for all my trouble & for what I got. I felt being taken advantage of due to my gender and age…..Very hard these days to get a good job done and to be happy with the end products. Materials used were good though.
Not great commuincators – Betta was good until the wardrobe itself was installed and the fitter didn't know how finish something off on the wardrobe. and a half of sawing and measuring going back and forth, but just gave up in the end and he left a mess of saw dust all over my driveway and front porch. He only did a half job to sweep and left. I rang the office to see if I could book another day, they said they would call me back but never did. They sent me an email without an apology to say they can't provide a fitter to finish the job. So disappointed! A month of going back and forth wasted! I don't have a completed wardrobe.

Good communication. Measurements were done promptly and installation done within a week after quote confirmed. Was easy to discuss and make changes to original quote to get it right for us.

Perfect communication, Mark listened and made the wardrobe exactly as we wanted. The office was polite and easy to deal with and the demolition and installation was amazingly quick. Highly recommend.
We only had wire shelving in our wardrobes when we built the house. It was so easy to deal with Betta Wardrobes in getting a redesign. We have so much more space and the quality of the workmanship and product is perfect.
Installer was very good, the wardrobes and linen cabinet look good, and overall, staff was easy to deal with and showroom was pretty good and helpful. Particularly impressed with alabaster look wardrobe, looks really good. Job was dome at a reasonable price.
Excellent all round work – Very professional in their approach to helping us find the right wardrobe, Tatiana came to our house measured everything up, suggested different things to look at and really new her stuff. It was only a week before the installer came and did a wonderful, very neat installation and took 4 hours, very impressed with the whole deal, and importantly the price was lower than 3 other competitors.

Make sure you read the different reviews – Hard to say anything positive about Betta (except a couple of the people we dealt with were nice). Poor workmanship on the install of 3 BIWs and a fixed chest of drawers. BIW drawers were crooked. drawers were chipped and not finished properly. Worker cut himself and left smears of blood across different parts of the install. The total install took 5 visits ( repeat visits due to workmen not having sufficient material to complete the job in one go and needing to fix shoddy workmanship). First visit (only sent 1 person) who worked all day but did not complete intall - understandable Second visit - returned to complete job - poor workmanship - left unit unlocked and doors wide open Third visit - returned for rework and tried to argue with our project manager about the different aspects of his workmanship - left unit unlocked and doors wide open Fourth visit - didn't have sufficient material to complete rework and remaining install Fifth visit - rework and remaining install finished Security - left our ground floor unit unlocked with doors wide open on 2 occassions (we weren't living in the unit at the time).
Betta not betta anymore :( – Got a quote as this company as they installed my wardrobes years ago and back then did a great job. What he suggested looked really nice despite the bad start from the arrogant switch woman who told me a price already before even knowing the job. So I asked for an invoice to make a deposit. I rang for an invoice over a week ago and one week later still no email. So I rang back. The lady I spoke to, another lady, much nicer did finally send an invoice. One week later. I happened to think to go look at their reviews. There are so many really bad reviews especially the last one I read by Kelly about the disaster they created at her place. We were prepared to go ahead but now after reading Kelly's story online in the reviews am not too sure. Too many reviews with scratches on walls etc, wrong installations etc etc. You guys were so good once. Why don't you clean up your act?

Horrible service and product not fit for purpose – HORRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. quote. Was told to pay the balance of the account before service review would be provided to address the water spill and damage. Financial controller emailed threats of legal action. Paid balance of account and no service has ever been provided despite numerous follow up emails. Had to contact Department of Fair trading for resolution.

Horrible experience. Don’t take a chance on Betta – Betta certainly don’t live up to their name. It’s a shame we can’t give a negative star rating. Betta Taren Point were contracted to replace a master bedroom and large linen cupboard. we had one wardrobe with no doors, a wardrobe that didn’t slide properly, linen cupboard surrounds that didn’t cover the full cupboard & damage to numerous walls and skirting. After numerous phone calls, emails and visiting the showroom they sent the same installer out. He still didn’t fix the surrounds on the linen cupboard or damaged walls. After more phone calls and emails and many cancelled installation dates the supervisor came and fixed the linen cupboard surrounds. I requested a small amount to reimburse us for the cost to repair all the walls and skirting that were damaged and they never responded. Save your money and time and contract another company.
