immediately was turned off by that remark. As I was on my way out I was approached by the salesman stipulating that the mattress had ticked all my boxes and I really should buy it and take it home now. We were then interrupted by an Aussie descent older man behind the counter (perhaps the so claimed manager) to interrogate me further why I should not walk out empty handed. I instructed that I wanted to do some research on the mattress and check the customer reviews first before making any decision. He laughed and said why would I want to believe what other people have to say. I asked the salesman to write down the mattress models that I looked at so that I could do research on them and he just looked at me like a stunned mullet. The older Aussie descent staff member then got personal in a derogatory manner in which he asked what my age, relationship, employment, living status is to make personal life judgement on me. What an ill-mannered noxious (Manager) - never judge a book by its cover on anyone and never try and get personal with a potential customer in order to belittle and get the upper hand mentally. How many times do I have to drum it into sales peoples heads - The Customer is the BOSS - they have the MONEY to keep your business afloat. You work for the Customer ok.

I left and walked nearby to another bedding store and received exemplary customer service and got a much better deal and they got my $700 instead. Very happy result.

Think clearly here Bevmarks Chirnside Park store - don't push, taunt or criticize potential customers as they will always have the last say if you like it or not.

To all potential Customers - there are plenty of bedding stores in the same vicinity to take your money to: Provincial Living, Nick Scali, Harvey Norman, Snooze.

for, and perhaps not what I would have looked at (comfort wise) and yet, it has been absolutely spot on!! The AH Beard medium Fawkner is just right, and I am absolutely so happy with it. Now I go to bed and sleep well and wake with all aches and pains gone. As a side sleeper he also recommended the Vinci space NASA pillow, and it is a game changer. My son is also a tall and heavy boy for 10, but as Brad was also incredibly tall, he helped my son choose the right bed for his growing body and gave his some advice on how best to sleep. he intervened and sorted that out. The process was very difficult for me due to the run around I had already been given from the bedding company themselves in NSW regarding a previous purchase. The fact then that he was able to cut through the problems that arose and provide an amazing outcome is testament to the exceptional level of customer service combined with a moral conscience. Jimmy is also assisting me in sorting out the problem with my previous mattress which is above and beyond anything you could possibly expect. Great service again from Bevmarks in Chirnside Park. This isn't our first time using this store but every time we have been there the service has been exceptional. This time we wanted to replace our mattress which no longer suited us. The gist of the experience – Bed was not what requested with wheels came with free standing legs(can't move the bed) I specifically asked for wheels. To remove the old mattress, one half of the bed was written to be taken, what is one suppose to do with the other half,lucky I had a nice driver who took it for me What happen to the 300dollars cash back on the old mattress

Avoid these people – Bought a base and mattress. The cost of the mattress was close to 2 grand - a double. Arrived, bed assembled as per instructions but discovered mattress was not the one I ordered and was quite soft and uncomfortable. to the store, a 90 minute round trip - was given all manner of excuses such as "your sheet's thread count is too low."

Really?

Was treated like a second class citizen. Left in disgust.

Returned, at my husband's insistance, the next day and chose the mattress I had ORIGINALLY ordered and was told it would cost me an extra $300.00 PLUS $150.00 delivery PLUS a $300.00 cleaning fee - of which they would generously go halves.

Mattress was delivered and all is as it should be, except I have now paid an extra $600.00 for what I originally ordered.

These are very bad people to deal with.

Chirnside Park was the store.

AND ... their mattresses are NOT made in Australia!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst mattress I've ever had – Roll backI purchased the mattress òn advice from the salesman who said his mother found it easy to get in and out easily. My mattress is only 2 years old and is indented and I try to lay in a different spot I roll back and getting out is really hard work Why is the warranty only 12 months when most other brands are 5years or more. Was very happy with my experience with the staff Darren, but very un happy with the bed itself. I sleep on the edge of bed so wanted a strong edge, when it arrived it had the foot protection on it, seems to be a store demo, The edge is very uneven too. What a great salesman is Hussain, he guided me through what I needed for my health problems and understood my sense of humour. I visited Bevmarks just to have a look and left very happy with purchasing a Queen size base and mattress which Hussain organised delivery 3 days later. New bed purchase – We bought a new bed from Darren. His knowledge was outstanding and he spent about an hour with us explaining everything. This helped us make an informed decision and we bought a bed frame with side cupboards and a mattress. Darren explained all the differences in the mattress's and was great with pricing. Seville bedroom suite – bevmarks chirnside has a great selection of bedroom furniture. We were greeted by Shaelee who was most helpful to us. She helped us with our choices, measured items, and explained everything we wanted to know without being pushy in any way. Delivery date was met and a small problem after delivery was easily resolved by Mary and Dan when we returned to the store even though the issue was caused by the delivery company and out of Bev Marks control. Amazing Knowledge – Called into Chirnside Park store with a bedroom suite in mind but no idea on the mattress. The store was laid out clear and simple, so it was easy to find what I was looking for. The range was extensive. Have bought from Bevmarks before so already knew the product was top quality.
