So Uncomfortable and heavy takes 4 people to rotate it. The memory foam is A Cheap knock off made for them in Asia. No warranty or recourse like other reputtable bedding companies. Avoid Bev Marks like avoiding the plague!

on the difference between mattresses, telling me how to look for a mattress that was comfortable to our needs. She was very knowledable, friendly, polite and gave me her full attention. I left and returned about 2 hours later with my wife. Spoke to Zin who explained again everything to my wife without being pushy but again full of information, friendliness, made us feel welcome, etc. After deciding we would purchase a mattress from Bevmarks, we were also happy to find that our old mattress would give us a $300.00 trade-in on our new mattress purchase irrespective of the condition of our existing mattress. Zin even thanked us for doing business with them. Delivery was exceptional considering the cost of other stores we had visited. And only 3 weeks from the mattress being made to delivery.

a mattress that worked for me. The Bev Marks store in Geelong was the first store I visited (out of several I intended to visit) and Rod was the Sales representative who assisted. Rod presented the various options (that met what I needed) at each price-point, and explained the differing construction of each mattress. Each mattress was given a quick comfort test to make sure it “felt right” to me and I managed to find one that fit my needs. Rod was able to offer a better deal on the listed price of the mattress I’d chosen and arrange a quick delivery. No fuss. No spending half my day off going from store to store looking for that best mattress at the best price. That’s just what I wanted. Great sales staff with a product that met my needs at a competitive price point. I’m happy to recommend this store to others.

It took a while for us to choose but in the end we purchased a Adjustable (MA) QS Head/foot/mass/framed and a cherish (sr) firm Qs mattress. Rod unzipped the mattress and showed us how their made. We ended up requested it to be delivered as you install and take away the packaging it comes it. Less hassle for me. The only thing that we had to change in paying was we were going to put it on our GO card which we couldn't but luckily we had the money in our bank account. Great service awful product – Amazing service, appalling product, terrible follow up by manufacturer. I now see a chiropractor weekly while saving up to replace a mattress that's only just a year old. It sagged within weeks of purchase and is horrible to sleep on. The answer "keep rotsying" only works for so long. The human body is not designed to sleep on a surface with nothing under my hips, especially as a tummy sleeper.

Lied to us – We had a particular brand of mattress that was comfortable to start with, but sagged quite badly over time. We visited the store, told them that we loved the mattress at first, but then it sagged. The salesman literally told us that the manufacturer had addressed this problem, and that they wouldn't sag anymore. So we bought the same mattress… Read more

The young girl was quite helpful, but when it came to the management, they refuse to get back to us, and we're stuck with this horrible over priced junk. Very disappointing, avoid this store at all costs.

Company would not honour the warranty on Bond and Markham mattress – We purchased an upper range Queen size mattress which had a 10 year warranty. After 8 years the springs on both sides had collapsed, and the company inspector decided this was normal wear, and would not honour the warranty. I know of a local mattress manufacturer would have taken the mattress away ( if it was their product ) and rectified the… Read more

problem if it was still within the warranty period. I would not recommend Bond and Markham from Bev Marks, in fact have had to purchase another mattress elsewhere.

Rod at Bevmarks Waurn Ponds was a great help when choosing a mattress, very knowledgeable, and I’m really pleased with the choice. Also bought an Eco Active Smart pillow, very comfortable.

He is very professional and he even was really good in assisting us after the delivery which was really quick, we needed some few adjustments with the storage and he immediately organised the repair. Greg was lovely too and definitely was quick to see what needs to be done. The delivery persons was nice too, they also helped us to take out our old bed. We will definitely highly recommend this store to all our friends and family as they take care of their customers well.
