I give Bevmarks the thumbs down with not supporting the customer. Had to cancel the order I placed on a Saturday afternoon and cancelled it on the following Monday due to unexpected bills. I walked in to be greeted by "Auntie Jo." We started to chat and it was just like talking to my dear old Mum! No pressure, no sales pitch, just a lovely lady giving me the benefit of her many years of experience in selling mattresses. And as a retired longtime sales person, I know when I am dealing with someone "who knows their onions" and Auntie Jo sure as hell knew her onions! It was only when I was walking out, I realised what a terrific salesperson she was. She had ticked all the boxes in the sales pitch manual without me realising it, and that is the sign of a really good salesperson.

As a result I purchased the first mattress she suggested together with the usual upselling of acccessories!

The reason I needed a new mattress was a cronic backache first thing in the morning (result of being rear ended at the traffic lights) so I was delighted and surprised the first morning when I WOKE UP WITHOUT A BLOODY BACKACHE! Thanks Auntie Jo, I really enjoyed talking to you and your mattress is superb.

Satisfied Physiotherapists! – Satisfied customers! Mark and Nick from Bevmarks Moorabin were amazing. First, Mark initially spent 45 minutes showing my girlfriend and I around, providing amazing insight and knowledge, without any push for sales. and was really impressed with Nick, who also took a huge amount of time giving us the knowledge to make our own choices, without a push to commit to a sale. My partner and I are both Physiotherapists and were really impressed with Mark and Nick's knowledge of the products, body mechanics and insight into sleep. They actually gave in depth answers explaining why; rather than '' this product is more expensive because the materials are better''.

After making the purchase, we received a phone call outlining they were taking a large discount off the total cost, because sales were coming UP in a few weeks (we would never have known). I've recommended these guys to my family and friends (they probably want me to stop by now). Highly recommend!

Good old fashioned service with superior product knowledge! – My wife and I went to the Bevmarks Moorabbin Store and were greeted by Jo. We were just starting to look for a bed with no real plans of buying, just testing out a few beds. distribution etc etc, she was across all issues we were currently encountering. At no time was there pressure to buy she was just a lovely genuine lady who knew her stuff. This store had a wide range of beds, one to suit anyone, well laid out and presented. In the end we did end up purchasing a bed from them, they gave us a wonderful deal. We purchased last Saturday and the bed was delivered today, Tuesday, as promised. The driver contacted us several times this morning giving us a two hour window for delivery and was updating his time within that time frame, even provided a photo of the driver and his truck for security. We have never received such great service from a delivery company ever!!

We are just so happy with Bevmarks for their professionalism and the fact that we were able to select a bed that ticked all of our boxes for a peaceful nights' sleep thanks to Jo.

Helpful staff – The staff are really helpful however I wouldn’t buy from here again. I fell for the 50% sale and bought a Bond and Markham but I regretted it - they can offer this because the mattresses are overpriced and quality is poor. Show details

Hard selling style! – This was the first store we visited to look for a mattress was Bevmarks Moorabbin. The salesman pushed us to buy and wouldn’t take no for an answer! I told him i’ve just started my search and that didn’t stop him. My friend and I felt very traumised by his pushy ‘you must buy now’ attitude!
