Shout Out! – Staff are excellent and very friendly. Initially, after having some issues and needing to relook at the mattress I had bought, Rami K went above and beyond in order to ensure that things happened seamlessly for me. He worked quickly to ensure that I was able to get the right mattress for me. I am so grateful for his quick, efficient and decisive action.

Excellent work – I was shopping for an upgrade on our mattress, after being in 3 opposition stores we were welcomed by Daniel L at this store. His product knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding and secured a sale but also ticked the boxes for our purchase, well done!!

Great service and quality products – Recently purchased a gas lift bed frame, 2x bedside tables and some drawers. Great service, moderately happy with the price. Got them to install it and put it all together. Had them all for about a month now. Couldn’t be happier with what I got.

Spend $5500+ on a bedroom suite only for it to come damaged. It has little holes dotted around the suite. I received this suite early Jan 25 and just noticed that it has markes on the bedside table which I rarely use. At this price point I am very disattisfied. Go elsewhere and check the quality. Don't buy from this company – Orders a mattress on 1st October, still waiting for it , 3months is a long time to wait told it would be delivered mid November. Customer service is non existing I've had to ring twice with no real satisfaction. Wouldn't have bought from bevmarks had I known it be this long.never purchase from bevmarks again !!!

Product deal was great, but delivery was awful – Received a call from them to organise a delivery time, I had asked on the phone if we could arrange a day when my partner was home (a week later) and they told me they would update the contact details to her number. Making an exception they said I could bsb the money to them, but I had already given the money to my partner. Worked it out, paid and got a receipt.

The driver upon delivery was rude to my partner, didn’t knock on the door and invited himself into our house knocking over the photo display (in the middle of our house) of our children (which we don’t have with us any more). My partner was never asked to sign anything and they told us we owed them the money that I had previously transferred them the night before.

For a premium mattress company, their organisation and service was worse than a generic retailer.

and gathering information we also visited a competitor close by after we visited Bev Marks to do some more homework. We immediately returned and spoke to John again and purchased on the spot. John appeared passionate and committed to his job rather than your typical salesperson who is just trying to achieve targets. We cannot recommend John highly enough and can guarantee you will be looked after.

Excellent service from Sandra – Sandra provided an excellent after sale service. I had an issue with a product that I purchased.
