I was assisted by Kenn at the Maribyrnong store, who was extremely helpful, provided great advice, and arranged an excellence discount for me. I was very pleased with the service, and the quality of products.
Staff member Bec greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and our requirements then showed us some examples for our needs was not pushy at anytime. Bevmarks customer support is lacking dramatically. Once they make the sale, the customer service afterwards is non existent! Customer satisfaction is non existent! speak to them about the mattress and the product I received is dramatically different to the one we tested in store. They did nothing. They said they dont offer trial periods, ifnoring the fact that i specifically told them the mattress in the showroom is much softer than the ones being sebt out. They offered to send someone out to ave a look. No other options offered. If the mattress is faulty or firmer they said they will take the mattress to their warehouse to double check, leaving the customer without a mattress. Stay away from Bevmarks. Choose a bedding retailer than prioritises customer satisfaction and customer care. I spent $2400 on a mattress that does not match the one we tested in store. Once they take your money, they no longer care.

We recently purchased a tallboy from Bev Marks, Nunawading. It was made to measure with further modifications to the one displayed instore. We are really thrilled with it! It is a beautiful piece of furniture and fits perfectly into an alcove in our bedroom. Our thanks go to Wayne for his patience in dealing with us and for his outstanding attention to detail. Again, the store made sure the additional pieces we required were sent out to us at their cost immediately to limit inconvenience. Highly recommend, good quality, great service.

He was so very helpful and spent many hours over several days assisting us with placing our order and ensuring it would be completed in time before our move interstate. Mary = Excellent Customer Service – We headed into Bevmarks (Chirnside Park) to purchase a mattress for our Spare room. Mary shared her knowledge with us and made it a stress free experience. Hepburn medium mattress is soooo comfortable, best nights sleep for along while. From ordering to delivery and the hassle free setting up, Bev Marks staff and service were top class. We would highly recommend a visit to Bev Marks if you are thinking of a mattress purchase or change over.

So Uncomfortable and heavy takes 4 people to rotate it. The memory foam is A Cheap knock off made for them in Asia. No warranty or recourse like other reputtable bedding companies. Avoid Bev Marks like avoiding the plague!

When I called the store to ask for help, I spoke with an assistant named John. Unfortunately, he was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, he ended the call while I was still speaking, which I found very disrespectful.
Again, the delivery team did their job well, but the store’s customer service and lack of support after delivery were very disappointing.
Customer service was ok. But their product is very poor. I started getting back pain 2 years after purchase for a $5 k mattress. Mattress warranty is apparently void because of the slight gaps between the slates (of a very solid expensive base) which is clearly a scam. I do not recommend purchasing a mattress from them.

I sleep on the edge of bed so wanted a strong edge, when it arrived it had the foot protection on it, seems to be a store demo, The edge is very uneven too. What a great salesman is Hussain, he guided me through what I needed for my health problems and understood my sense of humour. I visited Bevmarks just to have a look and left very happy with purchasing a Queen size base and mattress which Hussain organised delivery 3 days later. The beds purchased are good so far. I was told the warranty for the base and mattress would be in the packing. We do have that in writing. There was nothing for the base. there is a fault!!!! We paid for delivery and install. It was installed ok but the truck was parked across 2 Neighbour driveways. There was plenty of room to park legally. Had to push the driver to back up. No problem just arrogant truck driver. This has summed up my experience with Bevmarks Thomastown. Poor after sales service. Good sales. Such a small thing should be fixed with one phone call still waiting.

immediately was turned off by that remark. As I was on my way out I was approached by the salesman stipulating that the mattress had ticked all my boxes and I really should buy it and take it home now. We were then interrupted by an Aussie descent older man behind the counter (perhaps the so claimed manager) to interrogate me further why I should not walk out empty handed. I instructed that I wanted to do some research on the mattress and check the customer reviews first before making any decision. He laughed and said why would I want to believe what other people have to say. I asked the salesman to write down the mattress models that I looked at so that I could do research on them and he just looked at me like a stunned mullet. The older Aussie descent staff member then got personal in a derogatory manner in which he asked what my age, relationship, employment, living status is to make personal life judgement on me. What an ill-mannered noxious (Manager) - never judge a book by its cover on anyone and never try and get personal with a potential customer in order to belittle and get the upper hand mentally. How many times do I have to drum it into sales peoples heads - The Customer is the BOSS - they have the MONEY to keep your business afloat. You work for the Customer ok.
I left and walked nearby to another bedding store and received exemplary customer service and got a much better deal and they got my $700 instead. Very happy result.
Think clearly here Bevmarks Chirnside Park store - don't push, taunt or criticize potential customers as they will always have the last say if you like it or not.
To all potential Customers - there are plenty of bedding stores in the same vicinity to take your money to: Provincial Living, Nick Scali, Harvey Norman, Snooze.

The first suite he showed us ticked all the boxes and although we looked at several others we settled on the first one. Jordan was so helpful in explaining all the details and options of each suite. Later we spoke to Bevmarks about several other items and found that Semra was just as helpful. We Highly recommend Bevmarks to anyone looking for beds and mattresses as all the staff we had contact with were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about their range.

Rod at Bevmarks Waurn Ponds was a great help when choosing a mattress, very knowledgeable, and I’m really pleased with the choice. Also bought an Eco Active Smart pillow, very comfortable.
Do not buy from Bevmarks Nunawading on normals days. Buy only when they have a sales as the sales prices are the normal Prices. The normal days prices are high. They have many Sales Days. man in charge there. When asked if the business belongs to him, his answer was no. It belongs to my wife. I just work here. I bought and paid for a bed worth over $2K plus. The next day I changed my mind and it cost me over $500.00 (25%). If I have a business and my customers cancel their orders I will be very happy to get 25% of the purchase price for doing practically nothing. Beware!!! Of businesses like this.

though it was always used with a mattress protector and treated carefully. This was not the level of firmness or quality I was led to expect. When I raised this with the store, I was not offered a refund and was told a replacement was my only option. I agreed to switch to a cheaper mattress (around $1,250 versus the original $1,500) but was then charged extra delivery and cleaning/sanitation fees, leaving me out of pocket by about $250 despite the original mattress failing to meet expectations. I don’t feel this outcome is fair, especially when a product does not perform as described. Overall, I feel let down by Bevmarks in terms of both mattress quality and after-sales support. I would urge anyone considering a purchase to be very clear on return, exchange, and warranty terms before committing, and to think carefully about whether this level of service meets their expectations.
