Bev Marks Thomastown

The beds purchased are good so far. I was told the warranty for the base and mattress would be in the packing. We do have that in writing. There was nothing for the base. there is a fault!!!! We paid for delivery and install. It was installed ok but the truck was parked across 2 Neighbour driveways. There was plenty of room to park legally. Had to push the driver to back up. No problem just arrogant truck driver. This has summed up my experience with Bevmarks Thomastown. Poor after sales service. Good sales. Such a small thing should be fixed with one phone call still waiting.

accommodating and walked us through the bed and mattress options to suit our needs. We were happy with our mattress it was very comfortable just what we needed. Unfortunately, the bed base did not fit our staircase. The staff at BevMarks Thomastown Branch was very helpful especially Nitesh and Sam. They helped us with this very stressful event. Sam did his best to arrange something for us to change our bed base and we can't thank him enough. Nitish helped us with our options for the replacement of our bed base. BevMarks Thomastown gave us a great deal with our purchase. I can highly recommend BevMarks Thomastown to everyone. Thank you very much for all your help. carefully to our needs. She provided us great advice and outstanding service which was even better than 2014! Sam, who also remembered us from 2014, again provided us with the sharpest of prices. Mary assisted us through the delivery process (the order included custom bed and cabinetry and so took a few months to fill-as expected) and the goods were delivered on time and according to specification.

Following the delivery we contacted the store because some of the ordered and delivered product was unsuitable as it exacerbated one of my underlying medical conditions.

Sam, Hetty and Mary again got cracking and immediately made every effort to ensure we were entirely happy and resolved our concerns!

We are so glad that we dealt with Bev Marks Thomastown and we would thoroughly recommend them to any purchaser who is after top quality products at reasonable prices. Our experiences prove you can look forward to great customer service.

after 10 years was still better than our new mattress of 3 months. When I returned to complain the salesman replied "that's what we all have to put up with. All pillow tops will have a ridge down the middle of the bed after use." I said if I had known that I would have paid more to get another latex. He replied that latex mattressess are not what they use to be. They now contain other materials making them not so good.

We bought our mattress on the 50% off sale but that doesn't mean it is a cheap mattress. I guess reading other reviews we were lucky also with out delivery in that it was only 4 hours later than advised.

I will not return to Bev Marks, nor will I Ever recommend them to anyone. After spending good money on a new mattress I cannot afford to buy another.

Update:

After help from Bev Marks, I can now say we are happier with our exchanged mattress. I can recommend Bev Marks for their help and consideration with our problem. I can also recommend the delivery guys who did a great job, they were polite, helpful and certainly on time. Thankyou Mario, good job.

Very happy with Bev Marks Thomastown – Jack the sales guy was very helpful, knew the products very well. Lovely laid out store, easy to try the beds. Not pushy. We purchased a great bed for our daughter, way better than the piece of foam we shouldn't have bought from a well advertised online company with no stores

Very rude sales person at Thomastown store – Really rude staff member. Tried to force Bond and Markham down my throat. When I said I'll come with my partner later he said ,"no we won't give it to you". Someone else will take it. I said I will still come back and try it he again rudely walked off and said we won't give it to you. It was like a boss refusing my increment because of bad performance. Fast easy and verry freindly ro deal with – Wonderful to deal with, Mick was very helpful and not to pushy. Thut care more about the perfect fit than the sale which in my opinion was perfect and is what created the sale. If only more salesmen were like this, honest, helpful and genuine.
