Very happy with the Seiko Baby Tuna I bought , losing 2 seconds a day which is very good accuracy for a mechanical watch.
I had an issue with an in store purchase, however when i emailed customer service the girls were happy to help and got my issue resolved within a few days! Will be using Bevilles again! :D
Wrong product sent, they won't honour the sale
Bought a product online, was sent a different, cheaper product after 10 days (express post requested...). Bevilles refused to send the advertised product for the price I had purchased it for, despite it being in stock. Customer service advised "despite all reasonable precautions on our part, this website cannot be guaranteed to be error free". Beware - you may not get what you ordered online. They will waste your time and just give you your money back after a few weeks for their error. Stay away!

Ordered a bracelet Tuesday last week. Express shipping advertised as 1-3 days. Still yet to receive order confirmation and shipping details on Bevilles behalf. Terrible service.
Both Rings Wrong Size!!
My partner purchased 2 rings for me. Due to COVID we been shopping online, he paid for express post as well for it to arrive on my birthday. However, We ordered both in size Q but we got a S/P. Had to get it checked at the store and the girls couldn’t believe what they did. On the order form it said size Q for both when they weren’t. Couldn’t find the same ring at the store which I really wanted for my birthday :( , had to pick something else sadly. I won’t be shopping online with Bevilles. We don’t like running around for returns, it shouldn’t be our problem. The stores aren’t close to us.
Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a necklace and a bracelet from their online store on 7 August. Rather than sending the necklace I ordered they sent me a random pair of earrings. I made contact with their customer service straight away and they provided me with a returns label. Unfortunately I reside in Victoria and I couldn’t go to the post office to return the earrings due to Covid lockdown restrictions. I asked whether they can send me the necklace first as it was supposed to be a gift and I will return the earrings when restrictions eased. They said no. I asked w...hether they can organise someone to do an exchange, again they said no. Throughout the whole exchange I was the one suggesting ideas to try to resolve the issue they created but I was shut down each time. On 6 September, I again tried to resolve the issue by offering an alternative idea: I will keep the earrings and save Bevilles the cost of postage (both for the cost of return and posting the necklace to me) in exchange of them offering a discount on my next order. I didn’t specify what discount I wanted so it was up to Bevilles to make an offer. I thought if they wanted to keep me as a customer (I love buying jewellery and I’ve bought from Bevilles for years) they will agree to compromise. I received a reply today (16 September, 10 days later) saying that it would be my choice to keep the earrings and they’ve done everything they could by providing me with a returns label. I guess they don’t wish to keep me as a customer as they are not smart enough to realise that by offering me a discount on my next order I would actually be making another order! But then again what smart person would actually mix up a necklace with earrings?! And has anyone noticed that they’ve been increasing the prices of their jewellery all year?! I will not be buying from Bevilles again.
Poor made quality
Purchased an engagement ring for my partner & received a free bracelet with it!, the bracelet had a diamond fall out after 2 days of it being tried on, the ring has now lost a diamond as well after two months of careful use & wear expecting a refund

Low quality earrings and poor customer service
I ordered my girlfriend some earrings from the online store and within 6 weeks a stone from the earring fell off even though she had only wore the earrings about 2-3 times.
She really liked the earrings so we sent the earrings back and requested new earrings in exchange. I had to keep contacting Bevilles multiple times during the exchange to get things happening. They said they would send a shipping label and they never sent it until I contacted them a second time a week later.

Cheap, disposable, garbage for jewelry
Ordered my daughter a padlock bracelet with pink stone. She wore it 2 times and it broke...not the safety chain but the actual bracelet links...they replaced it but the same thing happened again after 3 hours of wear... note here that my daughter was only 9 months old when this happened the first time and about 15 months the second time...we were reluctant to let her wear it.
So upon contacting again I opted to choose something else...i chose what looked to be a thicker chain and no stone padlock bracelet. We gave it to her for Xmas back in Dec...
Defective watch sold to me
I ordered a Fossil watch - arrived not functioning. So to save time and effort, I had battery replaced at local jewellers. Still doesn’t work. Beville refuse to repair or replace.
Ring is too small
I waited 9 days for the ring to come they kept telling me incorrect information where the ring was coming from. I finally got it and it was too small

Absolute Rubbish Store and Customer Service
Do not buy the initials necklace with the love heart in the middle. I could not believe my mum got scammed to buying this crap product online for my girlfriend for Christmas. It looks nothing like the one you see in the photos.
It's so tiny you can't even see it and it looks like its made of tin. I don't know how they justify charging over $200 for it. Customer service at Bevilles have given my mum a very hard time and they don't want to know anything about it. Please do not buy from them.
I am going to take this matter further with the omb...udsmen and possibly "A Current Affair" to highlight how bad Bevilles are and they do not care about their quality and customer service. All they are about is ripping people off. Shame on you and you will hear about this soon!
Rip off scam
Please don't buy the initials necklace with the love heart in the middle. It's nothing like the one you see in the photos. It's so tiny you can't even see it. The smallest pin is bigger than the wordings. I don't know how they justify charging 230 dollars for it. Customer service don't want to know anything about it. To make it worse the chain had a knot in it when I received it. If you want to waste your money buy bevilles online. I tried to write a review under the product at bevilles website twice but they somehow stop the reviews from appearing on their website. I don't know how they get away with this.

Ordered earrings and they only sent one... no resolution made... do not buy from them!!!
I purchased earrings online and was rushed to hospital the day they were delivered. I live alone, no one had signed for them, when returning from hospital the parcel had been left at my gate with only one earring. bevilles has refused to rectify this
Wrong item sent
Ordered 2 rings and a necklace online. Necklace description said 65cm sent one that was 43cm. I phoned and the H.O person said that I would need to send it back then they would assess it, then they would contacted the warehouse to see if they have one in stock with the correct length and then send it. That’s excessive time wasting and outrageous customer service
If u want to waste ur money this is the jewellery place to buy, it's appalling cheap make with costly price, bout 2 rings within a day stones fell out, SHOP ELSEWHERE, don't waste ur money!!?
Sent email with pics and got a reply from customer service requesting to return it by post apparently my emails & pics wasn't enough...anyway they can get out of taking responsibility
