$430 gold filled bracelet began to break right on 13months. it was splitting at the seem of the bangle. not normal wear and tear, fair enough if the colour was fading but that’s a manufacturing error. was told it’s a ‘piece that’s not meant to be worn regularly’ never did and never did it state that when purchasing the bangle. they have no interest in resolving issues with their products ! escalating to consumer affairs

service from a person name Fin was outstanding, he replied me ASAP, at first it wasn't in stock, then I requested to be put on a wait list which Fin did for me. he contacted me few days later saying that they are in stock and did up a invoice for me so not to miss out. I replied to ask if I can have pics before etc. but he didn't reply which again had me worried. but turns out Fin was on leave for a day and replied the next day. Even though he couldn't send pics he assured it comes direct from the Company, I figure a watch direct from the company surely can't go wrong. there no misinterpretation and plenty of unboxing videos already online to go with so I took the chance. I am not a watch collector so this is a huge purchase for me, Almost 40 year old and this is my biggest purchase jewelry wise for myself, it not going on some wall to stare at. lol, it going to be used daily. So now the next part, the wait for the package, I was given a complimentary upgrade to express which I was very appreciative of. Tracking it daily, today it arrived, I wasn't at home went to the post office and i collected it. I have attached photos of the unboxing. All is in order, no complaints what so ever. It was tracked very well with AUS POST and came quite fast, within a week. It was double bagged and no damage to the box, (i'm not a box keeping fan , As I actually want the watch but I know some people are) I promised FIN and myself to do a honest review and I have. thank you , Give Fin a pay rise lol, Almost everyone was like it probably be fake for that price, But I don't think so, it comes with the certificate and warranty stuff you get with any Casio watch.

Highly recommend – Couldn’t say more positive things, watch was very quickly dispatched, unfortunately for me, I missed the memo from my son it needed to have a leather strap…which it did not, I returned the watch and the process was very quick and refund was done extremely fast. all floor stock. And their only solution was to give me a $25 refund. And they said everything is going online now and mostly there are no instruction manuals. Which is not true of G-shock watches. I called Casio and they told me that all their watches are sent sealed to shops/retail and all should have manuals. So beware of purchasing online from them. They false advertise. Would never buy from this retailer again..

Sonically screwed over (waste of money ) – Don't buy these sonic cleaning units . They discontinued the fluid and expect you to order off ebay or Amazon. They stated that they couldn't post the liquid but then state that ebay and Amazon can . So annoying as the fluid was the only good part the unit itself is rubbish and I will return it to the closest store

proper explanation. Instead, they blamed it on “customer care” and offered nothing beyond a cleaning service. It’s frustrating to be told the fault lies with me when the product was clearly defective. Even clearance items are covered under Australian Consumer Law if they fail to meet acceptable quality — which this absolutely did.

I expected better quality and far better service. Sadly, this experience has shaken my trust in Bevilles, posting the review to future customers so they can make informed decisions.

They can give any nonsense reasons to cancel your order just may be you use their $25 credit welcome bonus for extra discount. I can see other people experiencing same as me here. process my orders. It is unbelievable to take that time to process the orders. Firstly, I had to verify the payment with the code sending to my registered phone already. follow only to be told the supervisor was not available and that I would have to return the item to get a refund. I have had enough of Bevilles. They did not record initial conversations and now I am paying for it. As the chain broke I no longer have it. They sent the item to me knowing it was wrong and has been more than 4 months since the original purchase which was about $120.

I would not recommend using Bevilles online. The whole thing has been a stress from the beginning when all I wanted was a keepsake for a dear pet I had lost. What a horrible experience.

Long story short, almost 8 weeks have passed, almost 20 emails to or from, and a couple of phone calls I am currently still out of pocket $100.00. And waiting….

Beware when you make a purchase from Bevilles online, sight unseen.

Only thankful that it’s not a larger amount.

Parramatta to get photos and videos of the ring that helped us to decide it was the right one and worth the risk of an online purchase. This was necessary as there were no photos of the ring on a finger on their website, or available when we contacted the customer service email address.

Shortly after the order was placed, I received an email that asked me to provide a screenshot of the credit card transaction. I did so, and several days later was told this was not sufficient as it didn't have a timestamp. I don't know how to get the required timestamp and despite a few emails back and forward I'm still not sure how exactly I would have obtained this. I believe my bank should be the ones involved if there is any need to dispute a transaction, not Bevilles themselves.

In addition to this, in looking around at other black diamonds, we've become aware of the grading system. In asking about the grade of the diamond in the ring, we were told it was not possible to let us know as the ring had not been picked and packed yet. I do not understand how you can set a price of a ring without establishing the grade.

At the end of the day, this whole purchase has been nothing but stressful since the order was placed and turned what should have been a lovely and stress free experience for myself and my fiancee into a negative one.

So I've cancelled the order and I will never again even consider Bevilles.

The live chat customer service are rude, unhelpful, I had to send question marks 5 times before they would respond. I sent through the photos that are on this review and they told me just to put it in a “silicone bag” and the tarnishing will go away. I repeatedly asked for a refund and then finally they offered to send the necklace back with me under the impression that I will finally get my refund!! I hop on live chat yesterday and of course 45 minutes and many questions marks later they tell me they’ve given this necklace a polish and it looks sparkly and brand new, how can the necklace look sparkly and brand new from the photos I have sent them?? I asked for photos of this necklace “sparkly and brand new” before they send it back and of course no response! I just want a refund!

they were the wrong earrings. Fast forward lots of back and forth emails, they send the earrings THEY sent out is not Bevilles stock and basically copped out and gave me no solution..so I'm down $80 and have a pair of earrings I don't want. Take responsibility for your mistakes Bevilles! Someone in your dispatch team messed up majorly, your customers shouldn't have to pay for it.
