Can you send instructions for use, as my microwave does not auto heat, speed thaw etc. only speed heat works

How about reheating food from the fridge, heating a cup of coffee or heating up a heat pack. The manual does not mention any of that.

I have a 20 litre microwave oven, model EM820 LMO(F), made in China for BIG W. I bought it from a charity whose members recycle electrical goods after checking them. The oven did not come with a manual, and I don't know how all the buttons operate. Could you help me please?

I cannot get the defrost function to work ... whilst reheat works fine when I try defrost I get an error code “ dEF2” .... any ideas

The turntable of this microwave is not rotating. Any solutions? The microwave is clean.

If the turntable is not rotating, I suggest the product has a mechanical issue(broken), which will entitle the purchaser to a refund if within the warranty period. I have not experienced any negative issues with my purchase of this product.

The Big W website did not answer this question when I was researching the purchase of this product. Yes, it is somewhat smaller than the M/W oven that the Brilliant Basics appliance replaced. In practical terms the smaller size has not been a problem, but then again I am not an adventurous cook, and use it mainly for reheating or just boiling water for a cup of coffee. The best I can do to provide an indication of size was to take a photograph of a large (575gram) size packet of Weet-Bix. I will try to add this image to the main review, as I don't think I can add it here. It (just)fits completely within the turntable. So far, the new M/W oven works well, and I believe it is excellent value for money. I hope this helps.
