Would give zero stars if possible.
Brought a Nespresso machine for Christmas last November. Moved from Canberra to Darwin and got to open it in our new house in February. Was very excited to use it to find there was no seals on the water tank and the water leaked out of every area inside the machine when trying to make a coffee. Not to mention the $40 of free coffee in the bundle was a year out of date (2020). Took months to get them to send me a mailing slip to return the item and customer care number isn’t even in service. Then to find out, after them having it for a week with...out to much as a ‘we have your order this is the process’ email, they are going to repair it and have no turn around time frame! Could have just thrown my money in a lake. Horrible customer service and no real understanding of consumer law.
Binglee recently advertised an item for sale and immediately marked it out if stock. The following day price goes up by $200 and immediately stock magically appears. Spoke to chat to honour the sale price as i know it was being done and chat refuses to do it. Very very dodgy practices. If cant sell items at sale pricing then stop click baiting customers. One star is too many.

Very doggy dealers I ordered a Samsung Phone Order Number #BL02251780 for click and collect from Bing Lee Rhodes NSW. Seeing they have stock available online. Paid online soon after customer care called and said we have one stock which is opened. I said no I wont take a opened or used phone as I paid for Brand New. On which he said he has to arrange and will take 3-4 days. I agreed and hung up. However I lost trust and called back to cancel the order. To which he said oh we have another one we can give you that. Oh so doggy I asked him to cancel the order as they might just try stich back an open box and give it to me. I requested cancellation on which he banged the phone on me. Now I am struggling to get refund.
I had bought an online purchase for my partner's birthday. I was told it would be delivered by the 6th of June. I called the store on the 6th of June as no information was sent to me about delivery. They not only had not dispatched it yet, but told me it could take up to 2 more weeks for it to get to me!
When asking for a refund, they told me they couldnt organise it due to it being "Released". I also could not get it express posted as they dont do that. Disgusting customer service - just plain lies!

The return policy for online purchases is absolutely ridiculous and does not align with the Australian consumer rights and return policies. They are the most redundant in ecommerce practise and certainly the most ridiculous when it comes to customer experience. Their pathetic support is as good as Boss level structure asking every small damn thing to their managers. My first and last every product purchase. Imagine this. Catch.com.au was top notch service when to compared to this. Catch dot com agreed and accepted a return for a product which ...was not just opened but they fulfilled their policy inline with Australian COnsumer rights. Whereas Bing Lee, Just because a plastic strip was opened they declared it not fit for return and instead said 20% restock fee. Most insane purchase and response and certainly the worst ever experience in the last 5 years :D. The product is not opened and just wanted to return. The insides were never even opened, let along wear it or touched. They are very Non Australian and do not ever purchase any product ever ever on Bing Lee site.
What's happened to Bing Lee?
Bing Lee used to be great, but I've recently experienced very poor service from them. I bought some Samsung ear buds from Bing Lee. Unfortunately, I've got the wrong ear shape for these so they just wouldn't stay in and I couldn't use them at all. I went in to my local store to see what options I might have. They were completely uninterested in helping me, so now I have a product I can't use (I'll just have to try selling them). I then received an email from Bing Lee asking me to review the buds on their website. So, I took the time to review t...hem, and gave them one star. The text was polite and factual. After submitting a review I received an email saying they wouldn't publish it because it 'didn't meet all our website guidelines'! I always suspected that online reviews on a retail website would be censored, but it's disappointing to see Bing Lee is doing this. I am including the full text here so you can see what I wrote. If anyone has thoughts on what 'website guidelines' this might breach, i'd love to hear it. Just seems like blatant censorship to me. Here it is: "Couldn't get these buds to stay in my ears even though I tried all the different silicone tips. I can't use them. Bing Lee won't take them back. They told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung and they won't take them back either. They told me to contact Bing Lee. So I'm left with an expensive pair of buds I can't use with no options."
Terrible customer service, unable to handle order query without transfer
Ordered online for same day delivery which Bing Lee turned into Click&Collect. CS couldn't cancel, only Click&Collect Store could - unsatisfied.

Slow and complicated
I placed my order Thursday afternoon (around 4pm) and it wasn't fulfilled/dispatched/confirmed until Monday morning. Also, you can't access the invoice for the purchase without creating an account, they don't send you the tax invoice.
False delivery timeframe
Ordered Tuesday. Advised delivery Friday. Now Friday and not even packed yet.. They can't tell me when it will be shipped. First and last time customer

Bought a tv. Was doa. No help. Fair trade called.
Bought a 55in hisense TV. Had to wait a couple of weeks to open it why I waited for a mount. It turned out to be DOA. Binglee wouldn't help one bit. Just passed it off onto hisense. Wouldn't take it back. Now expects us to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come look at it.
Pathetic and against ACL. Fair trade has now been informed.
I would rather give Gerry Harvey my money in future.
I like Bing Lee
I needed to order a washing machine for my daughter who just moved into a new flat. I looked online and Bing lee had the best deal including delivery. Placed the order and received a call later that day to organise the delivery time.
Good communication on the delivery time by text, Truck arrived on time, guys called on approach, 3 flights of stairs were no problem, team installed, tested and took away all of the rubbish.
made it so easy would recommend above others even if the price is not the same, the no fuss service is the winner

i purchased a new phone at this store because it said they had it in stock and it would be here within a week, i needed it urgently. when it wasn’t here in a week i emailed them and they said they wouldn’t get stock in until the end of june ( a whole month and a half away ) that was the first problem. after waiting for a few more weeks with no updates, i emailed them to get a refund so i could purchase somewhere that actually has stock. i needed the refund because like most people, i don’t have $2000 to spare. they wouldn’t give me refund so now i’m stuck with no phone and no money. pathetic.
Excellent experience from start to end
Didn't expect to be writing a review for Bing Lee however the experience far exceeded my expectations.
Ordered a television late evening on a Thursday anticipating a delivery early next week, however received an update Friday morning stating it would be delivered almost within 24 hours.
What impressed me most was the continuous communication as part of the delivery service. We've all been in a situation waiting around for a delivery that may or may not turn up, not knowing when it will arrive.
I received multiple messages email and text thro...ughout the process letting me know when it was out fur delivery, a 3 hour time frame and then a message and a phone call from the driver to let me know the status. A seamless efficient online experience from my phone to my door which allowed me to plan my day within almost 24 hours.

We bought a set of head phones which arrived ok. Inside was a $100.00 wine voucher from Naked Wines. I ordered the wine but could not get to pay at the check out. After numerous emails the problem with naked wines has not been fixed. Could you tell me why you give these vouchers out that do not work?
Sorry we fell for the same dodgy trick. You have to spend $250 with Naked Wines to get the $100 credit. These sort of fake promos should be banned IMO. Wasted half an hour of my time and now I would n...ever deal with the company that gave me the voucher or Naked Wines. Bunch of scammers!
