I ordered on line - 2 Philips Hue Colour Globes. I received in two deliveries - a little strange - but it's there freight- might have been helpful to tell me as I wasted time checking on why only one.
The second one turned up - wrong globe... OMG how hard is it to get the right globe.
Chase answers - not ok
Send Picture to verify - ok.

Than it's my problem - No exchange or refund until I have to go to a post office / 20 min drive/ que/ my packing cost and send back their problem - to which they say if not received in...
10 days and yet to deliver
We have ordered a laptop 10 days ago and it is still shown as under processing. We have email BingLee a few times and no reply. Finally manage to get through the chat line a week ago but despite assurance, it has yet to be shipped.
No communication, slow shipping, and ignoring the customer emails.
Total disappointment with delivery
Last night I purchased a washing machine from Bing Lee and the reason I chose to buy from this store is that they stated that my item would be delivered the next day, which is perfect since my current washing machine just broke. Firstly, I got a message saying my item would be delivered between 7 am and 10 am. However, at 7:40 am I got a message from the driver saying he would be here soon and he never did. At 11 am I got in touch with customer support asking for the status of my order and I was told the driver tried to deliver the item at 7:20...am which does not match with the text message sent on my phone. End of story and I have to wait till Tuesday to have my washing machine now. This is really frustrating as this is my first experience buying online from Bing Lee and is and probably the last as I don't think I will ever buy from them again. They will refund the delivery fee thou and that is the least they can do.
Unbelievably bad online experience..
Ordered a TV that was listed as in stock. Paid for the item plus postage ($1400) and selected a delivery date for two weeks which was the next available. Received a message straight after saying they are just waiting for the stock to be transferred to the Melbourne warehouse and they'll be in touch to confirm my delivery date. Two weeks goes by and the TV is due for delivery. I get a message saying they have no stock and they can't deliver. I can pay more for another product or get a refund. I ask why they can advertise an item as in stock when...they have none and point out that they are still advertising the TV's even though they can't sell them. My emails go unanswered. I request a refund. My emails go unanswered. I have to reach out to them on live chat to be told my refund will take 3-5 days. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
Awesome online customer service, great price match, orbi wifi improved my wifi speed to a consistent 98Mbps throughout the house.
Sebo vacuum cleaner = The Very Best
Bing Lee offers the Sebo vacuum cleaner - the very best for pet fur removal from carpets. Easy to purchase, easy to receive.

No Proper Price Match Policies
The price match policy is not as per Australian standards. I bought an item which costed 1250 and in less than 2 weeks the item dropped to 999. The call centre guy said they don't have own price match policy like any other consumer provider like jbhifi or costco. This makes customers at loss overall due to pure marketing policy. I will write to ACCC as well.
Faulty vacuum cleaner
Ordered 700 dollars vacuum, it arrived in open dirty box and faulty! Horrible customer service, manager pretends hardly understanding anything, he says he is not receiving emails, admit istrator does, but he manager did not see correspondence that was sent week ago, very horrible, do not buy from them, do not waste your time and money!
what a dodgy company(

Broken OLED TV
Online order of LG65CX OLED was delivered and when unpacked later discovered a small crack in the screen. No picture, nothing. Directed by Bing Lee Customer Service to contact LG Customer Service who claimed it was not a manufacturing fault and redirected back to Bing Lee who also claim it's not their problem. I must have broken it. I didn't! Everybody pointing at the other, no one claiming responsibility and all I'm left with is a $4500 paper weight. Absolutely no customer support from a company that promotes a company-wide commitment to the highest customer service standards. Don't believe it. ACCC to be advised.
Purchased a tablet in December to find it was faulty and unable to charge. After numerous phone calls and 2 months later we still have no result. Customer service is non existent.
Products are good - communication could be much better.
I made a $1500 BingLee purchase when I saw a $50 Coles voucher promotion on coupon just after Christmas. The order was delivered partially and I was only told after I rang them three weeks later that the other half of the order is not in stock and I have to wait another month. I can live with that but would’ve appreciated some communication on their part before I rang them. When I enquired what the progress with my $50 voucher was they said it was part of the promotions department and I would hear back....which was 5 weeks ago but I have very ...little confidence that they honour their word. In a nutshell they’ve got my money and I’ve got half my order minus the $50 coupon promotion. 6 weeks later: Got my order and product is good. Regarding the $50 voucher I’m still unclear if I was scammed by nine coupon webpage... “sometimes you win sometimes you lose...”. I do appreciate that binglee did respond to my review (it is my opinion they do care about customer satisfaction....but they need to respond way quicker when initial contact is made).
Horrible and a waste of time
Spent my entire Saturday trying to get an answer from Bing Lee after they lied and gave me incorrect information and then spent the whole day making it worse and impossible to get answer.
Called in the morning to confirm if I made an online order I could organise for a sensitive freight company to collect - was told by the customer service person that was fine, and then she recommended which Store to purchase from online for collection. I was then told once I had made my purchase they could then sort the details with the order number, ie time ...of collection, as I was organising a freight company to collect items before shipping down to Tasmania. Put my order in. Sent email and called to confirm details. Was told unfortunately that it wasn’t possible and I had to collect in person in Melbourne. No further comment or offer for assistance. Tried to change my order to be delivery for Bing Lee to deliver to the Sensitive Freights depot warehouse - not possible, a manager would have to authorise - he will call you back in 30 minutes. 30minutes passed. I called back. He will call you in an hour. Three hours passed. Meanwhile I am waiting to enjoy my Saturday, I have friends and family over and I can’t spend time with them whilst I am waiting to get this sorted. I explained I want to know if possible because if not I need to order from somewhere else to make sure I get my order..... oh no you will get an answer soon and I’m sure we can get this product to you.
It’s worse never go with binglee
I bought product online and paid charges for delivery but they don’t deliver at home but they drop a card at home collect from post office
It’s a really a worse experience with first and last time with binglee even after paying charges for delivery you don’t get it home you have to go post office for collection.
Plz go with option click and collect it’s better to save postage and handling charges
Otherwise jb hifi is the best they delivery by toll.
With exact date and time instead of rogues binglee

No communication - No ETA - No help
It was easy to navigate page and purchase an iPad that said to be in stock with free delivery between 31-38 days. One follow up email after purchase and then nothing for a month and a half until I call after 40 days waiting to find out they haven’t had any stock since my order and can’t give an estimated time whatsoever as they have over 500 backed up orders. No notification of this over 40 days, whatsoever. No refund as the orders already been made. My daughter starts school in 2 days. Thanks for the help bing lee.
Stock delay, no updates, poor service
Ordered an item that was listed as in stock on the website. Turns out it was out of stock, delaying my order. When I first chased up I was told it could be a couple of weeks away still, after that time i was told that it would be late December. Now after chasing them up again on the 7/1/2021 They are still waiting on stock. I never received an email or anything telling me about the delay, I had to ask for an update through their customer service to find out where. On this last time of asking for an update, I asked for a refund as I can get stock from Officeworks locally. Very disappointing service overall apart from the time it took them to process the refund, I would not recommend this business.
Cancelled my order before i even want to cancel
I order the Razer Kraken Kitty BT on Binglee. It took a little while so i reached out to livechat and was adv it will take 3-4 months. I reached out to livechat a few days later to check for eta, and decided to cancel the order. As i requested to cancel, the agent told me my order has been cancelled already and adv me to check for refund. Refund was made after my last chat and order was cancelled then. That is so rude. I really hope i can put neg star for this one. Dont think it is legal to cancel the order i paid for without my consent in the first place.

Easy and simple transaction
We were looking to purchase a fridge but were told by most stores that they didn't have the stock and wouldn't until at least April 2021. I contacted Bing Lee online via chat on Sat 9th Jan and asked about their stock levels. Customer service advised they had 4 in their Noble Park warehouse and that delivery would be booked for Tuesday 12th Jan.
I was a little nervous to order based on previous reviews but decided to try as they said they would happily refund should delivery not occur. I received the delivery notification a day after purchase, confirming Tuesday and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon just stated.
Very slow to send order. Misleading website. Not impressed
The website says "next day delivery" but my order was sent 16 days after I placed the order and when I contacted Bing Lee they blamed Australia Post for the delay. Communication has been poor and they shouldn't advertise next day delivery on their website when that's clearly not the case. There was one public holiday during the time I placed my order and when it was dispatched from Bing Lee but 16 days is a bit of a stretch when "next day delivery" is what they promote. Hmm ......

Appalling breach of consumer rights
Purchase a product from them 11 months ago and has become faulty in the last few weeks. Bing Lee refused to assist and advised me to contact the manufacturer directly. In their words “ Unfortunately we require you to provide us with a case id or reference number from the manufacturer in order to proceed with returns procedure”.
ACCC website clearly states that:
“The retailer who sold you the product or service cannot refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer or importer.”
Even when provided with this statement, Bing Lee continued ...
Not even one star if possible
Trying to support a local company and its been the worst EVER! Brought a portable AC as recommended by your sales team. Turned out to be a faulty machine. Back and fourth with your online team. It has been 6 weeks since I brought the AC and the customer care team.... Does that even make sense? They don't care don't take call don't call back. Care?
Was told to return the item to a store front for testing and now it's been 3 weeks and no one has called back. Just called myself and now they are going to transfer the AC to your own store for inspection. Again customer care team too busy to take my call.
Do not recommend this shambles of a company at all!
Questions & Answers
We bought a set of head phones which arrived ok. Inside was a $100.00 wine voucher from Naked Wines. I ordered the wine but could not get to pay at the check out. After numerous emails the problem with naked wines has not been fixed. Could you tell me why you give these vouchers out that do not work?
Sorry we fell for the same dodgy trick. You have to spend $250 with Naked Wines to get the $100 credit. These sort of fake promos should be banned IMO. Wasted half an hour of my time and now I would never deal with the company that gave me the voucher or Naked Wines. Bunch of scammers!
I’m so annoyed and frustrated that I cannot get through to customer support via live chat. It’s taking ages and then it freezes on 10 person in the queue and drops out (it happened twice). Prior to that I was on the phone for already half hour and still couldn’t get through. What type of business is this? It’s ridiculous
