size you can order 2 different sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.( I do this if I really like something. That way you won’t miss out because sometimes it’s hard to know what size will fit you best. ) Because it’s online that might put you off but rest assured you can return your unwanted items very easily. When you place your order you can choose a Birdsnest Change Room option and that will be included in your order from Birdsnest. You try on your items and whatever doesn’t fit or if you don’t like them you just complete your return online and attach the returns label and hand it in at the Post Office. They give you a receipt with the tracking number on it and Voila! I love so many things about Birdsnest. The variety, The returns policy, The customer service over the telephone. All in all a wonderful company and my number one choice for buying anything for my wardrobe! Thanks Birdsnest for being such a great Australian Company!

size bust i.e. My bust is a 14, I bought the size 18 dress, but the full-slip, or under-dress, is too tight in the bust. This is clearly a distinct lack of quality control in the Indian factory, and on the part of the retailer.

It is all well & good offering returns, credits etc, BUT when a product has a KNOWN ISSUE, it should be withdrawn from sale, and either rectified (by BN's Indian supplier sending them replacement slips) or, at the very least, customers should be informed of the mis-matched sizing prior to being messed about, wasting money and time.

As a former retail fashion business owner myself, I will NOT be a returning customer, and will take my shopping for pure cotton & linen products back to EU & USA where quality and sizing is always on point, buyers experience a far superior product, true value for money, and prices that are NOT inflated.

Sure, I've had to send some things back which didn't suit or fitted incorrectly, but it was super-easy to return (via ParcelPoint) and they have a genuine 365-day returns policy. What is outstanding about Birdsnest is the customer-focus which is evident behind everything they do. A hand-written note thanking you for your order; easy and guilt-free returns as mentioned above; choices of how you'd like the product packaged; styling tips that are genuine and helpful; any queries or issuses and they are quick to respond with a positive outcome (not that I've had any problems per se). Their customer base, the way they give honest feedback on the product page about the fit, fabric and cut of items seems to be in-tune with the genuine, positive and kind vibe of the Coy - these reviews are enormously helpful in choosing items as you get real-life honest feedback about a product. The brands and lines that I have tried from Birdsnest (there are heaps of products!) are all high quality and as-described, as-pictured. You can even look at styles on different sized models to get an idea how it might suit you. I really am very impressed, and will continue to buy from Birdsnest in full confidence in future. I know my review sounds glowing, but I have absolutely nothing to do with the company or its owners, I'm just a happy customer who is grateful for the consistently good experiences with this organisation. Please don't change from being like this Birdsnest! I'm surprised they didn't get a recent award on this site!

Extremely happy with Birdsnest. My order was promptly dispatched & is now in my hot little hands. I am still waiting for orders made weeks ago from other sites. I love shopping online at Birdsnest- this is because they have a “material” option in their menu. They’re selection of natural fabric garments has one of the best range of beautiful clothing and I’ve found them all true to size. reviews and I can pretty much guarantee the garment purchased has man made fibre in it, hence there issues with the garment looking cheap, feeling scratchy or falling apart(customers words in their reviews - not mine!). This is why natural fabrics are the way to go and personally I wouldn’t pay what is charged on birdsnest or any other store for a man made fabric garment. Have been shopping with Birdsnest for a few years. They sell a wide variety of clothes and majority of which are good quality. Have great sales and offers. On the odd occasion that something is poor quality they are quick to offer return or resolution. Have a great recycle program called rehatch Quick deliveries, great service and easy return process. Love the A line midi dress. Perfect for travelling! – This was just what I need when I travel for work. At the moment, I am flying weekly and I needed some work clothes that travelled well and didn't require ironing at the other end.
