Don't trust them!!! If you use this company, you must WATCH how they clean – Do not trust them! Terrible cleaners. They didn't do what they have promised. They didn't even clean the flyscreen and kitchen fan. They couldn't do even 'basic cleans'. How come they can do 'bond clean'??? The cleaners are NOT professional and NOT experts. They guarantee, but they didn't refund to my 3 hours of work - because they didn't clean, I had to clean.... WORST company I have dealt with in Australia.

Amazing cleaning job and super friendly cleaning team :) – The exit clean was completed quickly with very little notice and the apartment looked better than when we moved in!!! The couple were friendly and polite and offered to complete extra cleaning tasks to assist with getting full bond refund.

Very happy with the service – I organised to have carpets steamed cleaned and bathrooms bond cleaned, I was very happy with the work, I was happy with the service and the price. Everything was cleaned well, the shower screen had never looked cleaner. Show reply

Warning this cleaning company Bondclean.co are thieves – They take a $50 deposit They send the contractor over to push the price up an addition $200 Then they want full payment before providing the service. If you don’t agree they charge you 80.00 cancellation FEE!!!!

Bond clean was terrible – Had a bond clean done, paid extra for blind / curtain cleaning. Landlord came back and said she was horrified we paid for it because there was still dust around, drip stains and the curtains and blinds hadn’t been cleaned. DO NOT USE THEM.

Scam who tried to extort additional $900 – My daughter booked them online for $590 and paid the $50 deposit. When they arrived they stated the clean was 'more' (although she had put in all the details) and would be $1590!! When she told them no they asked for a $200 booking fee and said it was part of their 'terms and conditions'. Dont use them! I have put in a complaint with ACCC

Sister concern on cbcg – This company is a scam partnered company of cbcg. Aussies beware and don’t mess your time and money with these guys as they are scammers who try to rip of your money and no service offered and freaking call out fee be charged even though they denied to deliver the service on time.

RUN!! – Run as fast as your feet can carry you!!!! So many hidden figures. Lame as* excuses for not cleaning the the house. Wouldn’t recommend them. You’ve been warned so run

Worst Bond Clean Experience – Didn't come in the day advised. Tried to charge extra $400 on top of $500 already paid. We ended up cleaning ourselves. Never ever use this company. The manager is not great. I had to pay extra day for rent, electricity due to then being 1 day late. The manager didn't care. Instead tried to charge extra $400. For 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 living area unit. With small balcony around circumference.

SCAMMERS, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT – This place doesn’t even deserve a star. They completely scammed me. Turned up late, they used about 12 different burner phones to contact me, cleaned the floors only and actually left the place more dirty than it was to begin with. to arrange a 50% refund and they did that with great reluctance. They are rude and will demand you pay before they clean (we know why now). Do not use this ‘company’.

DO NOT USE – Total disappointment and bad quality cleaning. Do not complete all areas in the check list Demand huge extra on the last minute without a ligit reason. obvious failed job and still did not mean requirement. It ended another cleaner was used after their second visit.

Scam: Do not use – Also tried to fleece us for an extra $250. We said no, they kept $50 deposit. Cleaner did start while we talked with her boss, used non-eco jif in dishwasher

Very dodgy!! – Charged full upfront price which is not normal. Charged $400 extra for “extra work”. Did a poor cleaning job and their link to request a reclean is a scam. After I tried to call and email they said it was too late for a reclean and there was nothing they could do.

Absolute Scam – The company provided us with a quote of $850 to do an entire bond clean and took our deposit. Upon arriving at the property refused to undertake the clean unless we paid an additional $300 to clean the windows and balconies which were already considered in the original quote. After refusing to undertake the clean they ignored our multiple calls and refused to return our deposit. Absolute scam, do not use this company.

Legit Scammers – These guys are legit a scam. Upon arriving they called us to say it was too dirty. It was NOT too dirty. I am honestly laughing right now. Luckily we didn't pay prior or I think I would be taking legal action. They wasted 2 or 3 hours of my work day calling me and we had to do the bond clean ourselves. They even hung up on me. Rude humans.

Terrible service – After the "bond clean", I still had to clean half the apartment myself - they didn't attempt to clean the walls, the wardrobe and only a very surface level cleaning of shelves. The worse was one of the cleaners was coughing excessively, not covering their mouth, and not wearing a mask at all! It made me very uncomfortable.

Would not recommend this service.

SCAMMERS. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE – Absolute waste of money. We had to have another bond cleaner in to fix their mess with no refund. They not only did a terrible job of our apartment, they broke the air conditioning unit and left the house unlocked. Terrible communication and very unhelpful. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. They are not cleaners, they just want your money.

Don't use these scammers! – wish I had read the reviews before hand. They charge my husband almost double the quote on arrival and would not start working until it was paid. Didn't clean properly and I am waiting to see if they honour their guarantee and go back and correct what has not been done. Anyone wanting to take legal action against this company?

Do not use this company!! – We aren’t getting our bond back because they did such a bad job and are so hard to get in contact with and won’t refund. They show up hours late and don’t care at all!! I wish I read the reviews earlier! Do not use them!

I wish I could give them lower than 1 star – They were a day and a half late. promised me 4 different times. Charged me $250 more when they arrived. Do not use this company – I booked three weeks in advance for an end of lease clean. The clean was booked in for 8am- at 11.30am that day, they informed me that they were unable to complete the job. They provided no real explanation. I then had to scramble to get the job done before my agent had prospective tenants walking through. Very unprofessional and disorganised. I would not use this company.

trying to enjoy myself. They said they would refuse to guarantee the bond clean and wanted to change the clean to an hourly clean. I was a bit confused, because their website said they guarantee bond cleans and I needed a guarantee, so I requested that they honour the agreement that we made. Then the person on the phone started getting angry and impatient and threatened to leave... saying we will not guarantee it because there were marks on the wall that they couldn't get off. I asked for him to explain why, and send me photos of the areas in the house that made him want to leave. I thought it was an easy clean because it was a small unit with no oven, no rangehood, and I left it fairly tidy. I waited for the photos to come through via text. 15 minutes later the photos had not arrived and the cleaning company phoned me to tell me that the cleaners were leaving unless I'd agree to drop the guarantee immediately. I asked for the photos... they said that they emailed them through and now it was too late, the cleaners had left. I checked the photos. There were photos of dust on the fan, paint chips in the shower and other marks that would have been easily explainable had they come on the Friday as I'd booked them and could walk through the unit with them. I was incredibly confused and shocked by the behaviour of this bond clean company. They are awful, rude and lie about the service they intend to deliver. Luckily I'd only given a $50 deposit which of course I didn't get back. I strongly recommend you don't use them.

UPDATE: Bond Clean Co refusing court orders – We took our issue with the failed bond clean by Bond Clean Co to QCAT. We requested Bond Clean Co to pay the cost of the additional clean that was required because they failed to do their job. The court ordered Bond Clean Co to pay for the additional clean. We did not even ask for a refund. The order to pay was issued at the beginning of September and they have still not paid.

Should be banned for good – My tenants used this pethatic company to bond clean the house. It was the worst cleaning, I have ever seen. Absolutely non professional. Told tenants to get them to clean again but hardly any difference. Ultimately tenants didn't want to deal with them and gave up their bond. Basically hiring these guys mean not getting your bond back.

DO NOT HIRE – REGRET!!!!!! don't even bother, they are horrible to deal with, gave us FOUR different times to show up, finally show up and its one guy on his own, we feel bad for him as he was there for SIX hours cleaning our place. Have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and we are most likely going to loose our bond due to these guys, seeking legal action if anyone wants to join!

Needs to be shut down!! – If anyone wants to take further action, I would love to get a large group of us together. We have all had the same issues and clearly nothing is being done. There are hard working Aussies that have struggled during covid and lost jobs...yet this business is still allowed to operate? Not acceptable. Would anyone be interested in taking it further with me?
