the booked time and was told no one was available. I reluctantly accepted the later time and arranged for the key to be left with the building's receptionist. Nearly two hours after the cleaner said they'd arrive, I got a text saying they couldn't get into the building. I called reception and was told no one was waiting. By the time I got back to the cleaner, she had left. The company sent no replacement and simply said she'd come back the next day.
The next day, the cleaner again arrived hours before the agreed time. It was pure luck that I was nearby. She told me she'd be finished by 3pm, so I left her in the flat and went to work. At 6pm she was still cleaning, and the real estate agent, who had arrived for the inspection, couldn't carry it out.
After all that time, the result was still unacceptable. The cupboard under the sink hadn't been touched, cupboards hadn't been wiped down, the extractor was still greasy, and mirrors and bathroom doors were left streaked and water-marked. A return clean was arranged through the company, and again it took almost an entire day. Even then, I had to point out areas that had been missed.
On top of this, the carpet cleaner never showed up for the original clean. No one told me until I chased them for an update. When I asked to reschedule, I was told the machine was broken and no one could help.
At no point did the company apologise or take responsibility, despite knowing how stressful moving out already is. They turned an important, time-sensitive job into days of missed appointments, wasted time, sub-standard work and constant chasing. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

their cleaner to come finish her work but she was uncontactable, the company wasn't at all helpful in raising her, and so I had to get a new cleaner to come. Now they are refusing a refund and hung up on me, whilst still constantly emailing and texting demanding extra money for the carpet cleaning I already paid for! Please please please don't ever use this company they are essentially a scam.
Absolutely amazing bond cleaning service! The team was so professional, thorough, and left the whole place spotless. dodgy, the review button didn't work, the buttons leading to other social media account e.g. facebook/Instagram also did not work. I was quoted $350 for a 33m² tiny studio apartment. This morning when I got there at 9am, there was an Indian cleaner coming herself with no cleaning supplies. We went to the room, she took pictures & made a call, speaking in Tamil. She left me alone in the apartment & the next minute I received a message from her saying that she is an independent contractor and she has sent all the pictures to the cleaning company and the company will call me regarding the quotation. I was left confused. After 15 mins of waiting, the company sent me a whole additional list of items to add on to my $350 bond clean. Mind u, it's a studio with just a bed, a leather couch, a study desk, a small side table, a small table with 2 chairs, a TV cabinet. I argued with her asking why are there additional payments for the furniture or even a small microwave and fridge. If I have to pay the additional costs, what did the $350 bond clean includes? There are lots of items which I do not have in their checklists like fans, or aircond (just replaced so no cleaning needed), or curtains, so if those are not available there's nothing much they can clean. They did not accept my reasoning and insisted that they want to charge all those extras. I was taken by surprise. I told them just proceed with grout removal. They pestered me to add on furniture ($120) cleaning as well, which id rather do it myself because there was just 3 items to wipe (As shown in pic). The cleaner then left the key in my room and left without me even cancelling the job. Then when I requested to cancel, they want to charge me cancellation fee of $180. It is highway robbery. The cleaner did not even do anything and she left the job herself! The customer service was really bad, we can barely understand their "English". They have already taken $50 without doing anything and still threatened me $180 to cancel the job. In the end I cleaned the apartment myself & asked the property manager to take some funds from my bond for the cleaning. It took me 1 hour to wipe everything down which the company wants to charge additional $300+ on top of my $350 bond clean. After I made the deposit payment, they did not issue an invoice number as well. They were not upfront of their charges nor cancellation procedures. There were no mention of additional charges by items as well. They lured u in and add on hidden costs later on because they know u are desperately needing the cleaning to be done and u have no choice but to agree with the add ons or risk paying more for the cancellation fees. They should not impose the cancellation fees. If they want, they should have mentioned it prior. I think they have multiple websites. The account that they take payment from through PayID is "Cost Comparison Pty Ltd".

The business was aware that I needed to return the keys the following day, and I felt pressured into agreeing as I had no time to find another cleaner. I was also required to pay before the service was completed or they wouldn't start.
After the clean, the property was nowhere near bond standard. Floors and grout were still dirty, a sticker was still stuck to the floor, and basic areas such as sinks, toilets, oven and cooktop were not properly cleaned. It appeared rushed and incomplete.
I contacted the company within their 7-day guarantee period and was told they would return. They failed to attend the first scheduled re-clean, which caused further delay. At this point I had completely lost confidence in their service and requested a full refund. This was refused, and they continued to insist on re-cleaning despite already failing to fix the issues . After follow-up and escalating the issue, they eventually returned, however the property was still not cleaned properly and many of the same issues remained.
I would not recommend this service to anyone needing a reliable bond clean.

Do not use this company. Came a day late due an apparant medical emergency. The cleaner then rang me direct and said car wouldnt start. to clean the missed items but when the agent inspected again they weren't done. The agent had to get an emergency clean because new tenant was coming that week, which cost me an additional $250. This company refused to cover the cost of the reclean of the apparent reclean. Limited t 10 photos on this site. That diesnt even allow half of the issues. Absolute scam.
These are SCAMMERS!! do not use them! I booked them, paid $50 fee, called twice to confirm the booking and then the day came and they NEVER showed up! I tried calling on the day and never picked up, I message them and called them out for being scammers and they had the audacity to pretend to be legit. I told them I would review them every day and asked for my deposit back. Then got no response.

in their checklist, fans not done, rangehood cleaned with a dirty cloth and you can see in photos after how yuck it is. We agreed for them to come back to the house to rectify and they didnt. we were there to meet them. Unlucky for them because I have all the evidence against them and will taking them to consumers affair.
The best part is the cleaner who attended is the buisness owner. So save yourself a headache and go with a local australian owned buisness to get a bond clean

Follow-up · They still arent taking accountability and continue to say "the service provider cleaned in accordance with the checklist" not the case at all. They've only offered half a refund at this stage, but im in the wait list for consumer affairs, so will check back later. I beg everyone to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Follow-up · So after 3 months of contacting through to consumer affairs they refunded 400 of the 500, but it still stands that I hope no one uses this mob, definitely not worth it, find a local small buisness owner thats trying to make an honest living. These guys and their service providers are crooks.

My experience with Bond Cleaners is they are dodgy at the core. Do not use! Their terms of trade are illegal and contravene Australian Consumer Law. They offer no guarantees. carpet cleaner completely failed to show up on moving day. (This was confirmed three days prior, the night before and the morning of. Even by the cleaner before she left) I wasted hours waiting, had to scramble to find an emergency replacement company at a premium rate, and had to fight to get a $170 refund for the unrendered service.
Failed Inspection & Broken Guarantee: The real estate agent inspected the property within two hours of the cleaners leaving and flagged standard checklist items that were missed (wardrobe shelves, scuff marks, and stains near power points).
Shifting Terms & Gaslighting: When I requested they return under their advertised "7-day job guarantee," their customer service team completely changed their terms. First, they admitted in writing that spot cleaning near power points was included. Days later, their "Dispute Department" reneged on this, fabricating a false timeline claiming I had "declined additional services" on the day. No such conversation ever occurred.They completely abandoned their service guarantee, forcing me to do the physical labor and rectification work myself to protect my rental bond. They eventually offered a token $80 settlement to close the matter, but only after extensive threat of reporting them to the authorities and telling them I'd claimed the money back through my bank for fraud.
Verdict: They operate as a middle-man booking platform that takes your money upfront and completely wipes their hands of any accountability when their contractors fail. Save your time and stress—use an independent, local cleaner recommended directly by your real estate agent instead.

Called the company who said they could do a re-clean and to be told the cleaner who came out “is one of their best” Not really good enough as I had to hand back to the agent the same day and the extremely sub standard first time around.
Also was told if they came back before the exit inspection that they wouldn’t come back if there were still issues raised by the agent and also “not to worry”
