dodgy, the review button didn't work, the buttons leading to other social media account e.g. facebook/Instagram also did not work. I was quoted $350 for a 33m² tiny studio apartment. This morning when I got there at 9am, there was an Indian cleaner coming herself with no cleaning supplies. We went to the room, she took pictures & made a call, speaking in Tamil. She left me alone in the apartment & the next minute I received a message from her saying that she is an independent contractor and she has sent all the pictures to the cleaning company and the company will call me regarding the quotation. I was left confused. After 15 mins of waiting, the company sent me a whole additional list of items to add on to my $350 bond clean. Mind u, it's a studio with just a bed, a leather couch, a study desk, a small side table, a small table with 2 chairs, a TV cabinet. I argued with her asking why are there additional payments for the furniture or even a small microwave and fridge. If I have to pay the additional costs, what did the $350 bond clean includes? There are lots of items which I do not have in their checklists like fans, or aircond (just replaced so no cleaning needed), or curtains, so if those are not available there's nothing much they can clean. They did not accept my reasoning and insisted that they want to charge all those extras. I was taken by surprise. I told them just proceed with grout removal. They pestered me to add on furniture ($120) cleaning as well, which id rather do it myself because there was just 3 items to wipe (As shown in pic). The cleaner then left the key in my room and left without me even cancelling the job. Then when I requested to cancel, they want to charge me cancellation fee of $180. It is highway robbery. The cleaner did not even do anything and she left the job herself! The customer service was really bad, we can barely understand their "English". They have already taken $50 without doing anything and still threatened me $180 to cancel the job. In the end I cleaned the apartment myself & asked the property manager to take some funds from my bond for the cleaning. It took me 1 hour to wipe everything down which the company wants to charge additional $300+ on top of my $350 bond clean. After I made the deposit payment, they did not issue an invoice number as well. They were not upfront of their charges nor cancellation procedures. There were no mention of additional charges by items as well. They lured u in and add on hidden costs later on because they know u are desperately needing the cleaning to be done and u have no choice but to agree with the add ons or risk paying more for the cancellation fees. They should not impose the cancellation fees. If they want, they should have mentioned it prior. I think they have multiple websites. The account that they take payment from through PayID is "Cost Comparison Pty Ltd".

The business was aware that I needed to return the keys the following day, and I felt pressured into agreeing as I had no time to find another cleaner. I was also required to pay before the service was completed or they wouldn't start.

After the clean, the property was nowhere near bond standard. Floors and grout were still dirty, a sticker was still stuck to the floor, and basic areas such as sinks, toilets, oven and cooktop were not properly cleaned. It appeared rushed and incomplete.

I contacted the company within their 7-day guarantee period and was told they would return. They failed to attend the first scheduled re-clean, which caused further delay. At this point I had completely lost confidence in their service and requested a full refund. This was refused, and they continued to insist on re-cleaning despite already failing to fix the issues . After follow-up and escalating the issue, they eventually returned, however the property was still not cleaned properly and many of the same issues remained.

I would not recommend this service to anyone needing a reliable bond clean.

DO NOT use this company at all. They demanded full payment before work starts, and then they left the premises long before the cleaning finished. their cleaner to come finish her work but she was uncontactable, the company wasn't at all helpful in raising her, and so I had to get a new cleaner to come. Now they are refusing a refund and hung up on me, whilst still constantly emailing and texting demanding extra money for the carpet cleaning I already paid for! Please please please don't ever use this company they are essentially a scam.

Do not use this company. Came a day late due an apparant medical emergency. The cleaner then rang me direct and said car wouldnt start. to clean the missed items but when the agent inspected again they weren't done. The agent had to get an emergency clean because new tenant was coming that week, which cost me an additional $250. This company refused to cover the cost of the reclean of the apparent reclean. Limited t 10 photos on this site. That diesnt even allow half of the issues. Absolute scam.

These are SCAMMERS!! do not use them! I booked them, paid $50 fee, called twice to confirm the booking and then the day came and they NEVER showed up! I tried calling on the day and never picked up, I message them and called them out for being scammers and they had the audacity to pretend to be legit. I told them I would review them every day and asked for my deposit back. Then got no response.

Anju did a fantastic job cleaning the unit I have been renting in preparation for the final inspection. She was so professional and lovely. She made sure I inspected the property once she was finished and I was happy with her work. Bond cleaners have been great to deal with in general, good communication and great customer service :)

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They charged for additional work to be completed and then it wasn't done, they refused to refund me what I had paid. Do not use this company! Extremely bad customer service, demanding and rude, threatened that if we did not pay up front that the cleaners would leave. We paid extra for Hallways and nothing was done. were very rude and blunt and said they did everything according to the checklist which I screenshot it and showed them was not true. It was then my responsibility to try and coordinate with the cleaners to come back to finish what they didn’t do only for them to cancel last minute twice. Do not use this company. They don’t even have Google reviews on their website probably because they are so bad.

I have never used a cleaning service before and was sceptical but Anju did a fantastic job. Cleaned top to bottom and really did a deep clean on the exit clean for our tenancy. Window tracks, walls, cupboards filters - the works. Would recommend her.

terrible. They didn’t know we had requested carpet cleaning - great to hear at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. It was resolved thankfully but obviously at the expensive of the clean. Just a hassle of messages back and forth and still a bad job at the end. Go elsewhere if you don’t need the headache.

I booked the service with bond cleaners for bond cleaning they arrived on time, worked professionally, and thanks to them, I received my full bond back from the real estate.

I used bond cleaners for my move out clean. price was fair, hey arrived on time, and were really polite. They did the job well and when the real estate asked for a small touch up, they came back quickly. Got my full bond back without any hassle. Highly recommend.

The entire process was very easy to organize, and the team arrived right on time. They delivered a spotless clean and paid great attention to detail. not actually cleaned, tiles around the rest of the bathroom not touched. Two shelves in kitchen not dusted, cooktop cleaned but tiles around cooktop still dirty, oven not touched. Marks on floor throughout house still dirty, I was able to get the marks up with a paper towel and water. Things from their cleaning checklist not done: interior doors not wiped, ceiling fans and AC vents still dusty, cobwebs in ceiling corners not removed. It has taken me an additional 3 hours to re-clean to an adequate standard. Provided feedback to company following day who told me my feedback was too late to let them know to enact their 7 day service guarantee. Absolutely would not recommend this company at all. Leading up to the clean, I was contacted by three different people confirming time/day, each time with different details, so I to constantly adjust my work schedule to fit in with their schedule changes.

Bond cleaners did an outstanding job at my place. They arrived on time, were exceptionally polite, and left the property clean and spotless. Absolutely fantastic!

Anju did an amazing job, the place looks fantastic, and she was very thorough, professional, and methodical.
