Bond Cleaning Brisbane

Fraudsters. Paid them to do a bond clean, carpet steam clean and pest control. They didn't even vacuum let alone steam clean the carpets (I work in flooring so I can tell), didn't clean it up to standard, wouldn't be surprised if they didn't actually do the pest control. They had a guarantee to go back if the clean is disputed, suddenly their emails are bouncing back and their website is gone.

Takes your money doesn't clean anything dishonest company [Name Removed] continually lies about turning up takes your money never completes the job. Don't hand your money to thus company

Very polite – They locked up after the job was completed. Very trustworthy and polite with the service. Even when more money was needed she handle it respectfully and sincere. Will definitely recommend

Happy – Did a great job clean completed as outlined, however a little difficult to communicate with at times and requested to change start date and time of the clean frequently. Thanks

Raj is an excellent Cleaner – The cleaner Raj did an excellent job. She was on time and worked alone the whole day. House was left in very good condition. She finished on time and texted me on completion. Highly recommend her.

Worst experience. Booked for 9am and showed up 4pm. Strong armed me to wave my right of service guarantee or pay extra $400 before they could finish the job at 7pm. I didn’t get bond back. DO NOT HIRE!!

Avoid this company at all cost . Will take your money for a deposit but not show up . Tried to call several times . Cleaner would just disconnect you , waited all day but didn’t show. Was meant to be there at 9am . Now will be losing bond as it had to be cleaned today .

Booked for bond clean on 31st and prior to the date that a new tenant moves in, and was contacted at 5:30pm on 30th to advise that there was no-one available to complete the task. Left me with no opportunity to find an alternative. Hold bond for 5-7 business days even though their cancellation has now cost me money. Very unhappy.

Unprofessional, poor communication, misrepresentation on quoting, unreliable. I had someone booked. They didn't show. Called for over 1 hour to get to the bottom of it. Another cleaner showed up only to nit pick the job & left. Requested a refund only to be be told that the job was cancelled on-site due to the cleaner being emotional due to my frustration that she was uncooperative. Disgusting migrant scammers

delay. I waited almost an hour before calling the provided number, where the first person I spoke to said they would call the cleaner and get back to me with an ETA. After another 30mins of no response I call again to be told that the booking reference number I provided was not correct, then when I confirm that yes, the reference number I provided was indeed what was emailed to me I was put on hold and transferred to another person who told me my cleaner had supposedly had their car breakdown and couldn't make the appointment.

They then rescheduled my appointment to the next day, only for the same exact thing to happen with nobody turning up at the agreed time. I call again over an hour after the rescheduled appointment only to be told they had rescheduled the appointment AGAIN to the next day (a time I could not be present for) without my knowledge. They said they had supposedly tried to contact me about the first rescheduled appointment (which they had not). I tell them that I cannot do the second rescheduled time and they reluctantly reschedule me a THIRD time to an earlier date at 8am, but only after I inform them that I need to hand over the property keys to the rental manager before the second rescheduled date.

So after that a few hours pass, only for me to receive a text from the cleaner that they can make it to the property at 2pm the day I need to hand over the property keys. At this point I am running out of time so I have no choice but to accept to this FOURTH rescheduling.

The cleaner arrives on time to this latest rescheduled booking and I show them to the apartment. I leave them to it and go back to work (at this point I couldn't take any more time off my own work schedule with all the previous booking no-shows) only to receive a text from the company that I had not noted that the property had 3 window blinds, a fridge and a 'big mirror' i.e. a mirrored closet door and will need to pay an additional cost before the work could begin (which by the way, there is no option in the original booking form to note of these things when getting a quote).

So after rescheduling me 4 times (not including the original booking) and putting myself hundreds of dollars out of pocket due to the last minute cancelations forcing me to cancel my own work schedule, they have the audacity to squeeze even more money out of me because I unknowingly left out an extra detail that I was not originally asked about due to the way the online booking system is designed.

This business is an absolute SCAM. I am making this review before the cleaning job is finished, so I am not even commenting on the quality of the work done. The online booking system is maliciously designed to not include the full cost of the job in the initial quote - do not be fooled by the price. The customer service is both rude and incompetent and will more than likely cost you more in lost time having to reschedule than the actual cost of the service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

had received a deposit payment from her. It is totally unacceptable that you let customers down in this way, and advertise your company as being so professional. The result of this poor form is often a loss of bond, and this is very distressing for anyone, especially given current times of financial difficulty.

Big zero – Worst cleaner. I have hired them for bond clean. They didn't do carpet shampoo clean,just did vacuum and told me the cleaner did carpet shampoo clean. No walls done and charged me $600. They will tell you 7 days warranty but When I complaint they told me they will ask cleaner and now dragging me. They are fake people.

Horrible company to deal with – I paid a deposit and then wanted to cancel. I msgd to ask for a refund which went unanswered so I called. They agreed to refund me but didn’t. I asked multiple times for them to send proof they have refunded and msgs were ignored. Was able to get a refund through my bank.

DO NOT USE – SHOCKING!! DO NOT USE. Ended up paying for another bond cleaner to come in and fix the job, after paying more on the day than the quote. Misleading and unreliable.

Misleading pricing – They are horrible to deal with and should be reported for misleading conduct. They quoted me $525 for a cleaning job. On the day, they claimed that some walls needed cleaning and extra balcony and stairs and said it would cost an extra $260. That's a 50% mark up! Even if there was some extra cost I wouldn't expect a 50% increase. It's their tactic in relation to pricing so be warned.

smeary, when we complained they wanted to come after dark to redo... Carpets are not professional deep clean, use a cheap wet vac and left carpets wet.. They are [Content Removed] do not use... Their web page shows pics of happy smiling white Australian workers, all we dealt with were Indian asian people who's English not good especially the girl left to do cleaning... The Indian gut who presented himself as the manager had a really aggressive manner on the phone when we complained.... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ... use someone who does not want to be paid up front....

Bad clean – Firstly, this company is a scam!! Makes you pay upfront and delivers the most horrendous result!! Worst cleaning service ever! Do not go with this company. Have to go with another company to do a 2nd clean just so could get bond money back! Wouldn't recommend them to clean a toilet bowl. Beware of these scammers!!

Warning These People Are Scammers – We contacted them for a bond clean, in which they quoted $715 including carpet cleaning. They asked for money UPFRONT and we refused! Then when they arrived at the property a 3 bedroom single level house, they price became an extra $600 so $1315?!?!? And they wanted payment before they started. We refused and told them to go!! So be warned, we went through a different company For $650 including a carpet clean.

DO not recommend – Horrible cleaning service. Took advantage of an 18 year old student and requested more money after the quote was confirmed - then decided to not clean entire apartment. Balcony, cupboards and laundry were untouched. Ended up coming back and still being insufficient, demanding more money again. Ended up contacting RTA and going to tribunal to get our money back. Please do not book this service.

Scam company – Took a $50 deposit. Waited all day and then the office rang to say a cleaner turned up to the property and no one was home despite someone being there the whole time waiting specifically for the cleaner. Horrible avoid at all costs – Impossible to get in contact with someone. Cleaner not assigned, no one calls back, highly unprofessional, no organisation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If zero stars was an option, I'd pick it – Selected as a last minute option for a basic clean, arrived late and when they were 'finished' it appeared as if nothing had been touched. Multiple areas still dusty/dirty, windows still smudged, etc. Very suspicious of the number of glowing 5 star reviews they seem to possess considering the poor job we recieved.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT USE – The owner of this business needs to contact me. The job isn’t done, place is a mess. Cleaner claims they have been back and they have not. I have made 25 calls, many emails and messages and keep getting stuffed around. I would like a full refund as I now have to pay someone else to do the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
