Late, but satisfactory – They did a reasonable job. Arrived 2 hours later than planned, but the quality was good. I chose them because they were cheap, and you get what you pay for. Didnt do any of the scammy stuff other reviewers mentioned. But I prepared the property to be easy as possible to clean.

Absolutely disgraceful – AVOID !! Do not use this company. SCAMMERS If there was 0 stars -that’s what these people would get from me. Worst cleaning job ever. I had to go over everything they apparently cleaned and clean it myself. Complete waste of money. I asked them to return to re clean, they never showed up. DO not use. Never ever again.

Bad experience – I organised a bond cleaning today. Price quoted was just to get the cleaners in the door, then got phone call to upsell as what was supposed to be cleaned, was no longer going to be cleaned. Money has to be paid up front. I would not recommend this service as I have to go back tomorrow and do all the cleaning that was supposed to be done. Never use this company

Absolute scammers – If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scammers. They took my deposit but never turned up for the clean. I called them when they were 45mins late where the women said she would call me back with an ETS but she never did. Have tried to contact them multiples time however they keep ignoring my calls and messages. DO NOT USE!!

After the tenant advised me of issues getting them to turn up on the day she had booked she finally managed to get them there & get the clean completed in time. estate industry I have seen many. The tenant had left the property reasonably clean to begin with, however, after they had been all windows & doors left filthy, bathrooms barely cleaned, dust & cob webs left everywhere, smears & streaks on almost every surface. My tenant demanded they return and complete a list of specific items that had not been completed as she had requested. They did re-attend the property but I'm not sure what they did except for wipe down one of the many dirty window. A claim was made against the bond & the cleaning costs for having the property completed properly by another company were deducted.

Not sure how companies like this survive in this day & age. The only thing they did a half reasonable job on was the oven, however, it wasn't great.

Didnt turn up - then hung up onme – They were meant to clean windows. They never turned up or accepted my calls. Then when I finally got through, they hung up on me. Time wasters and not happy!

Terrible clean, terrible service – Stated a bond guarantee and a return if cleaning isn't completed properly - none of this was provided. They also took all of my cleaning products that were left for any touch ups. Just awful.

Scammers – This is a scamming company. Came to clean property for EOL cleaning and all that was done was vacuuming and mopping of the kitchen and carpet. They left without getting anything else done and when I called back to rebook they didn't turn up on the day again and told me unable to get in touch with their cleaners! Asked for a refund and haven't heard anything back yet

Canberra'. They use key words to get the listing and then they make you pay upfront and either dont do the job you paid for or damage your house. We were left with a dirty house and damaged floors which came out of our pocket. They denied responsibility and refused to reimburse or refund the money/They have been reported to fair trading by multiple people and are still in business!!!!

If there is zero star, I will give that to this company – Paid $320 last week to do 1br EOS cleaning. The spanish cleaner only carried a baby size vacuums claimed she could use it for vacuuming the carpet. (didnt know what's she doing), when my mum and I went for check, we both surprised nothing changed, we had to vacuum by ourselves and cleaned the door and floor as she refused to do so claiming she doesn't understand English. She rushed to leave, forgetting to take her jacket and mop at my place. The real estate agency refused to return my bond as the cleaning was terrible. Tried to call/email to Bond Cleaning, they agreed to call the real estate agency and send another cleaner on the same day, it turned out they never call the agency and only asked the same Spanish girl to contact me. Now they completely disappeared, and I was forced to use the real estate agency's preferred cleaner and paid one more time. And now, I just found out the invoice they sent me was a fake one without showing the invoice number.

Go with someone else – Acted unprofessional, refused to start work until paid in full first even after paying a deposit to book. Demanded extra money on the day. was a problem with parking despite a car park behind the apartment. I had even offered to reimburse the cost of parking. They then cancelled the job and said they would do it the next day. The real estate was showing the apartment the next day so the job needed to be completed on the day it was booked. I told them I would get someone else and asked for my money back that I had paid in full. They then called me again at work (really busy day at work) to tell me that they had found a cleaner that could clean on the booked day. I had already cancelled them. They told me they would keep a third of the payment as a cancellation fee!!! My opinion of this company is they are useless. I do not recommend them.

So they started telling us they will not be cleaning for number of things including mould near the kitchen sink area, microwave, walls and glass door outside etc., which we agreed that we will pay extra $$ for glass cleaning. However, one of the cleaner (female) started arguing that – they will not provide us guarantee (If the cleaning is not up to the mark for the Real Estate manager – they will not come back and redo the items identified). We told them that everything is agreed with the Cheap Bond Cleaning Sydney – do not understand your purpose of complicating the situation. After 20 min of arguing with them one of the cleaner gives the statement that – they took this job as this was in City and we don’t have to do much. And trust me our apartment was very much clean and just need the standard cleaning but then also they had so many issues. So we had enough and called their manager and told them the entire story. (Time 5:00pm) He told us that the cleaners don’t wish to work on this job anymore and he can’t arrange any new cleaners on Sunday and this time. It seems these guys outsource the cleaning jobs unprofessional individuals who just wish to make extra cash over weekend. The manager agreed to refund the advance booking $50 at least. Nightmare - In the end they went way and my wife and I had to clean the entire apartment ourselves as we had committed the keys to be handed over next day Monday. OMG. Run away – Cleaning not complete. Charged extra for key return to Realestate and just put them in next doors letterbox. Didn’t return as promised to clean house after inspection. Blamed us as the client for being dirty as to why they didn’t clean the house. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM – Paid a $50 deposit to secure a cleaner at 10am 2 weeks in advance. The day before they call me to tell me they cant come till 3pm I told them I need to hand the key back at 2:30pm so it wont work. They said theyll call back to organise, they never did. Called them multiple times no one can give me an answer. So I canceled them and they tell me I need to pay a cancellation fee. That wont happen. Requesting my refund of $50 through the bank.

Scam artists – These guys are classic bait and switch. Rock up and then say they don't actually do things like clean windows without being paid more money. Then they try and stand over you. I was lucky enough that they left and didn't do the job because by the look of these other comments they also do a terrible job.

Terrible experience – Guy rescheduled as his 'van broke down'. On the day he was then supposed to show up he never did, didn't answer his phone and finally turned up 7 hours after he was supposed to. Also did a poor cleaning job, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy

Worst cleaners in Sydney! THEY ARE A SCAM! – Do not trust this company! They are a complete scam. I paid $480 for an end of lease clean plus carpet steam cleaning for a two bedroom unit. The steam cleaning guy never showed up, and the house was nowhere near clean- there was dirt all over the floor, & the bathroom & kitchen weren't even wiped down - it was a disgrace. I had to clean the place myself after they'd finished. Complete waste of time and money. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Terrible, no bond back – We had to pay extra onthe day, for additional ‘work’. Then they took away the bond back guarantee. Our real estate came back with 7 (!) issues of items that were not clean enough. We could not reach bond cleaning, no reply to our emails. We have now had to pay for another cleaner. Terrible- do avoid at all costs – Avoid! Shoddy business practice. Don't come close to delivering on their 100% guarantee. If you request a refund their email trail will just go cold. If you persist in arguing with them you'll be met with menacing emails threatening to ruin your credit rating / get debt collectors on your case. I wish I had bothered to google the company for reviews before getting their service, but at the time I was in a rush and didn't bother.

Not sure what I paid $600 for, I think a 'token' clean was done, ie only what was most obvious and visible. One of the toilets had not been cleaned at all; the sides of all of the toilets were dusty; corners and edges of all floors had grime and dirt/dust in them and hadn't been wiped; no spot cleaning done on the walls at all; cobwebs still in place; floors not cleaned properly (in fact one I could tell hadn't even been mopped at all - there was still a muddy footprint from my window cleaner that I had noticed at the time but thought "I'm moving in a couple of days, the cleaners will get that"....was still there, no mop had gone near it; vacuuming throughout house not done thoroughly; ducted heating grates not wiped, they were filthy; shower glass not properly cleaned; kitchen sink was not clean; oven hob was not wiped clean. I'm left wondering what they actually DID do. Also after the last visit by them, the agent reported that they left the hose on, the garage light on and a bathroom light on, plus one of the back doors unlocked. This was all left overnight and luckily the agent went in the next day. I don't think I'll ever use a cleaning service again, first and last time. Biggest disgrace of a business – Don't use these people. Massive scam! Didn’t even clean place properly, I had to go back and clean the place myself.
