We love this site - it helps us find a range of activities to do when we're on holiday. It used to be a little better a few years ago, with more different types of experiences, but we're hopeful they will add more activities over time.

Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting for Refund I booked a ferry through Bookme NZ, and the service was cancelled by the operator due to bad weather. ferry operator contacted them on my behalf, but there has been no reply at all. The worst part? They have no contact number, so there’s no way to speak to a real person or get help quickly.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you’re thinking of using Bookme, don’t. Save your time, money, and stress by booking directly with operators or a company that actually offers customer support. Bookme has shown zero responsibility or care for their customers. Very disappointing.

High cancellation fees – We wanted to cancel the snorkelling trip to Carins as the weather conditions are severe and still heavy flooding going on. The cancellation fees was high $60 for one cancellation.

Ridiculous – I booked whale watching. When we arrived we were told by a lady that we do not have any booking. Our booking did not show up in their system. We showed them our confirmation email, however, the boat was fully booked and we had to return back. I emailed info@bookme.com.au but I have not heard anything back from them. Never ever going back

The discounts were worthwhile and enabled us to make meaningful savings on activities. The only thing that didn’t work so well is that sometimes we didn’t receive the tour information from the actual operator in a timely manner. Eg the email telling us what berth at the Marina the boat was leaving from arrived after we had already caught the bus to the marina. Apart from that it was a great service. Show details

We recently booked a day trip to Phillip Island via bookme. Very easy to book and communications came through via our email quickly.
